ESD测试作业指导书ESD Testing Work Instruction1. 环境控制I. Environmental Control:1) 所有工作区的相对湿度和温度应该保持在一定的范围并进行监测。一旦相对湿度百分比降至限度以下,立即通知QC和工程部进行处理。Relative Humidity and temperature in all works areas shall be monitored and maintained. If % relative humidity falls beyond the limits, immediately inform QC and engineering for disposition.2) 在将装配的产品置于无静电工作站前,在整个生产期间,使用离子发生器的生产线都应处于工作状态。离子发生器被安装在容易发生静电的区域。检测其衰减时间,小于或等于5秒钟,或者根据客户要求;检测平衡电压,小于或等于5伏,或者根据客户要求。Lines that uses Ionizers shall be in operations prior to handling of assembled products to static free work stations and shall be operating during the entire period of production. Ionizers are installed on areas where the chances of static build up occur. Check for the decay time , =/ 5 seconds or as required by the customer, and the balance voltage =/ 5 volts or as required by the customer. 2. 个人接地线系统Personnel Grounding System1) 在生产线的不同站点,随机抽检十个员工。Randomly sampling at least 10 personnels from the different station of the production line.2) 员工手腕上带着静电手环,将静电手环与地线系统相连接让员工握着电荷分析仪的金属杆,如图1所示:With their groundstrap on their wrist, connect their groundstrap to the grounding system and let the personnel hold the metal rod of the Charge Analyzer . See figure 1.3) 让员工移动或跳跃起来,电荷分析仪则会监测出电压在人体上的波动情况。Let the Personnel move or jump. The charge analyzer will monitor the voltage fluctuation on the person.4) 从机器上读取人体所产生的电压,并记录所显示的数据。Read the voltage generated by the personnel from the instrument and record the measured data.备注:产生的静电压等于0伏。Note: Static voltage generated = 0 volt3. 对所有原料、工作服、鞋子,手套进行检查。Checking of all Materials, Uniforms, Shoes and Gloves利用711电荷分析仪或其它同类检测仪Using 711 Charge Analyzer or Equivalent checker1) 利用没有电极的711电荷分析仪,按下RANGE键选择适当的电压范围。Use the 711 Charge Analyzer without electrodes and select the appropriate voltage range by pressing the Range button.2) 用其它物品磨擦被测试的原料或物体,比如:玻璃、塑料等。监测静电电压和极性。Rub the material or the object under test with other materials e.g. glass, plastic, etc. and monitor the static voltage and its polarity.3) 数字显示器上第二行显示了与测试材料之间的测量距离为25mm(1英寸)The recommended measurement distance to the charged material is 25 mm (1inch) as displayed in the second row of the digital display.4) 监测材料电压显示在第一行,在LED条上也有如图2所示:The voltage of the monitored material will be indicated in the first row and also by the LED bar. See figure 2. 5) 记录测量结果并反馈到相关部门,以便针对合格测量结果采取适当的措施Record the measurements and feed back to the concern department to take proper actions regarding non-conforming measurements. (规格说明:静电电压等于或小于100伏)(Specification: Static Voltage = / 100 volts) 备注:在一些设备较隐敝的地区,则可以不用遵守静电电压小于100伏的要求当设备被密封或卷起时,不易受静电电压影响。Note: Areas where most of the devices are still sealed can be exempted to the static voltage requirement of 100 volts . Devices are still safe to static voltages when sealed and reeled.利用709静电传感器或其它同类检查器。Using 709 Static sensor or equivalent checker1) 用其它物品磨擦被测试的原料或物体,比如: Rub the material or the object under test with other materials e.g. glass, plastic, etc. 2) 在打开ON键将原料置于LO位置测量静电电压前,执行Zeroing the sensor命令,然后,压下电池开关/零开关在ZERO位置,直到屏幕显示为000Perform the Zeroing the sensor before taking the static voltage measurement of the material by turning on to the LO position , then depress and hold the battery/zero switch in the ZERO position until the display shows 000.备注:当握住传感器时,传感器操作员应与一个接地点相连(地线系统)将指向传感器远离正归零的检测体表面。Note: While holding the sensor the operator of the static sensor should contact a known ground point (grounding system) and point the sensor away from charged surfaces while zeroing.3) 在对原料进行静电电压测量时,(在约有10英寸远的位置)将传感器指向被检测的物体和材料。In taking the static voltage measurement of the material, point the sensor (at a distance of about 10 inches) toward the object or materials to be measured.4) 如果传感显示超出了范围(如:显示为1),调到HIGH范围后,重新归零。If the sensor is over ranged (i.e., display reads 1.), switch to HIGH range and re-zero.5) 观察显示屏,把物体移向传感器,直至达到一英尺的最小距离。避免传感器接触到物体或原料。如图3所示:Move the sensor toward the object while observing the display until a minimum distance of one inch is reached. Avoid touching the object/materials with the sensor. See figure 3. 6) 记录测量结果并反馈到相关部门,以便针对不合格测量结果采取适当的措施(规格说明:静电电压等于或小于100伏)Record the measurements and feed back to the concern department to take proper actions regarding non-conforming measurements. (Specification: Static Voltage = / 100 volts)备注:静电电压等于仪表上的数值与传感器和物体之间距离(英尺数)的乘积。Note: The static voltage is equal to the meter value multiplied by the number of inches between the sensor and the object.可参看如下的表格,得到确切的测量结果。See the following table to obtain the correct measurement.LO Scale 低范围 Reading读数Distance距离=Static Voltage 静电电压HI Scale 高范围Reading读数Multiplier乘数Distance距离=Static Voltage 静电电压备注:当用HI规格时,显示数必须乘以10 。Note: When using the HI scale, the display must be multiplied by 104. 检测离子发生器Checking of Ionizers1) 放好711电荷分析仪,该分析仪离子发生器中的电离空气流内带有平坦的金属板电极。如图4所示:Position the 711 Charge Analyzer with the attached flat plate electrode in the ionized air stream of the ionizer. See figure 4.2) 通过mode按钮,自动选择正负极。Select automatic positive-negative by means of the mode button.3) 按下开始按钮,数字屏幕将会显示平坦金属板电极有约1500伏且布满LED杆。Press the Start button and the flat plate electrode will be charged to approximately 1500 V shown by the digital display and full scale of the LED bar. 4) 三角形符号上的箭头闪动,显示出1000至100伏的静电下降时间。The arrow in the triangle symbol will flash, then the static decay time from 1000 to 100 V will be measured.5) 记录测量结果并反馈到相关部门,以便针对不合格测量结果采取适当的措施Record the measurements and feed back to concern department to take proper actions regarding non-conforming measurements. 电离空气会压制平坦金属板电极上的电荷,然后测量出静电下降时间和偏移电压。Note: The ionized air will neutralize the charge on the flat plate electrode and the decay time and offset voltage will be measured.下降时间Decay Time = / 5 seconds 平衡电压Balance Voltage = / 5 volts5. 工作台、货架、地板上的垫子检查Checking of MATS on Tables/Racks/Floor1) 利用电阻检查仪检查表面特征,特别是直接放置元件的静电耗散垫子。如图5a所示:Using the resistivity checker, check the characteristics of the surfaces especially the static dissipative MATS where units are being laid directly. See figure 5a.(静态耗散规格:Specification for static dissipative : 106to109 ; 导体规格for conductive: = or 105 )2) 记录测量结果,针对不合格测量结果采取适当的措施Record the measurements and take proper actions regarding non-conforming measurements. 3) 同时,记录传导表面的特性和测量结果,针对不一致读数采取适当的措施。如图5b所示:Also, measure the characteristic of the conductive surface then record the measurements and take proper actions regarding non-conforming readings. See figure 5b.4) 点对点,点对地检查耗散垫子和传导垫子的电阻,如图5c所示:记录测量结果,针对不一致的测量结果采取适当的措施。Check the resistance of Dissipative and Conductive Mat from Point-to-Point and Point-to-Ground. See figure 5c. Then, record the measurements and take proper actions regarding non-conforming measurements. 备注:地板上的垫子只在必需时检查,特别是带有Class 100和 Class 1000类型的无尘室Note:MATS on floors are being check only when necessary, especially for Clean Room with Class 100 and Class 1000 types.6. 设备/机器。Equipment / Machines .1) 利用万用表(或其它同类品),检查机械设备和地线设施之间的地线接点的连续性。Using a multimeter (or any equivalent), check the continuities of the connections of the grounding from the machine/equipment body to the grounding facilities.2) 将万用表的一个测试探针接触到机器/设备,另一个测试探针接触到地线系统设施,读取万用表上的数据可测出其连续性。Point 1 test probe of multimeter to the body of the equipment/machine and point the other test probe to the machine grounding system, then observe the continuity reading of the multimeter.3) 如有必要,维修连接线路。Repair connections, if necessary. 7. 烙铁检查Checking of Soldering Iron1) 用万用表或其它同类器械测量烙铁的遗漏电压和电阻。Measure the leak voltage and resistance of soldering iron using a multimeter or any equivalent.2) 在烙铁末端放置一个探针,另一个探针放在接地设备上。Set 1 probe at tip of the soldering iron and the other probe to the equipment ground.3) 记录测量结果并反馈到相关部门,以便针对不合格测量结果采取适当的措施Record the measurements and feed back to concern department to take proper actions regarding non-conforming measurements. 备注:开启烙铁后进行测量。对每个生产线上用到的至少3个烙铁进行漏电压和电阻测试Note: Perform the measurement while the soldering iron is ON. Conduct leak voltage and resistance check to at least 3 soldering iron used per line.渗漏电压Leak Voltage = / 0.005 volt电阻Resistance = / 5 ohms8. Personnel Ground on Tables and Racks1) 利用万用测试仪上的欧姆表(或其它的仪器),检查连接到接地系统的电阻器。Using the Ohmeter of the multitester (or any equivalent), check the presence of the resistor connected to the grounding system.2) 将万用表的一个测试探针放在接地线系统上,另一个探针直接连在地线(电线)上。Position 1 test probe of th
