毕 业 论 文 论文题目 城市土地开发整理潜力分析 晋中市榆次区为例 学 院 资 源 环 境 学 院 专 业 土 地 资 源 管 理 班 级 土管052 姓 名 杨 虹 指导教师 王 瑾 职 称 讲 师 2009 年 06 月城市土地开发整理潜力分析晋中市榆次区为例摘要：土地开发整理潜力包括土地整理潜力、土地开发潜力、土地复垦潜力。进行土地开发整理可以补充耕地数量，基本实现“占补平衡”； 提高耕地质量，增强耕地生产能力；优化利用结构，促进土地集约利用；改善生态环境，取得经济效益、社会效益、生态效益三者的协调统一。由于榆次区近年来人口的不断增长，工业化、城市化进程加快，大量的耕地被占用，人口与土地之间的矛盾更加突出，严重影响了社会经济的持续稳定发展。因此，加强对土地开发整理潜力研究，对保持耕地总量动态平衡，稳定农业生产，保障国民经济稳定、健康发展具有重要的战略意义。本文通过对榆次区耕地、居民点、未利用地的开发整理潜力的分析及对土地复垦潜力的现状分析，可得榆次区可增加农地总面积为14812.4公顷，并在此基础上提出了加强土地开发整理的合理性建议。关键词：榆次区；潜力；土地整理；土地开发；土地复垦。Analysis of the Potentiality of Urban Land Development and Consolidation-Take the District of Yuci in the city of Jinzhong as an Example Abstract: The potentiality of land development and consolidation includes the potentiality of land consolidation, land development, and land reclamation. Land development and consolidation can add to the number of arable land, which can achieve the balance fundamentally. Besides, it can improve the quality of cultivated land, as well as enhance the production capacity of arable land. And also, it can optimize the structure of land, and promote the intensive use of land. What is more, it can improve the ecological environment and make the benefits of economic, social and ecological coordinated. In recent years, because of the continuous grow of the population in Yuci, the accelerating process of industrialization and urbanization and large amount of arable land that is occupied, the conflict between population growth and land has become more prominent. This seriously affects the socio-economic development. Therefore, strengthening the research potentiality of land development and consolidation, has strategic importance to keep the total amount of arable land in dynamic balance, to make the agricultural production stable, and to guarantee that national economy develop steadily and healthily.By analyzing the potentiality of development and consolidation of cultivated land, settlements, and unused land in Yuci, along with the present analysis of the potentiality of land reclamation, this paper comes to the conclusion that a total area of agricultural land that can be increased is 14812.4 hectares.
