Familiarize as per the work schedule and maintain the quality and safety requirements.3.2 施工部署 Personnel and responsibilities3.2.1 劳动力资源配置 Personnel arrangement 安装人员需求根据安装任务及相关要求合理安排,根据实际情况及时调整人员需求,作业人员初步安排见下表: Personnel should be arranged according to installation task and make adjustment as required. E-House 吊装 4. E-House lifting4.1 E-House 检查 4.1 E-House inspection 根据ABB提供的厂家资料,对E-House尺寸进行检查核对,并根据清单清点附件,外观检查应无损坏及变形,油漆完整无损。Verify the dimensions of E-House according to ABBs vendor manual and drawings. Inventory checks the accessories against the list. Observe if any physical damage or distortion. The paint should be intact.4.2 E-House 倒运 4.2 E-house reshipment 4.2.1 道路事先勘察清理,保证平整畅通。4.2.1 Check road for cleaning and make sure the road is smooth.4.2.2 倒运是用350T汽车吊,将E-House 吊至60T板车上,运至安装区域。4.2.3 Use 350t mobile crane to shift the E-house onto the 60t low bed then move the installation area. 4.2.3 倒运时应注意E-House 放置平稳、稳固牢靠,拖车车速不能超过 20KM/h。 4.2.3 e-house should be laid on the low bed evenly and firmly and the speed shall not exceed 20KM/H during reshipment4.3 E-House 安装流程4.3 E-House installation process4.3.1 场地清理及土方压实4.3.1 House keeping and soil compaction4.3.2 场地安全措施的安装4.3.2 Safety facility installation 4.3.3 安装位置确定及标记 根据设计图纸及E-House尺寸数据,在支撑基础上标记每个E-House的安装位置以便安装一次到位,E-House 位置示意图见附图4.3.3。4.3.3 Installation locating and marking As per design drawing and the E-house size, mark the installation location and supporting foundation so that E-house lifting can be successes once. E-house location sketch 4.3.3 is showing as below 4.3.4 吊装前准备在把E-House 倒运到吊装现场后,吊装前在地面上进行临时密封板拆除,以便E-House 单元个体在基础上组合对接,然后在进行吊装作业。 Shift E-house to site, and remove all packing plate so that the e house section can be assembled on the pedestals, then start the lifting work.4.3.5 吊装作业根据E-House 的单体重量、尺寸及安装位置等,采用350T吊车(参数见附图4.3),利用4根吊带及4个卸扣扣在2 根吊装扁担上,再从每根吊装扁担上用8根吊带及8个卸扣扣在E-House 的吊环上完成吊装到位。吊装时,吊装至安装基础处E-House 底部必须高于安装基础顶部,以防引起撞击,采用缆风绳牵引调整方向,由上至下放置就位,完成吊装。吊装示意图见附图4.3.4; 4.3.5 Installation work As per unit weight, size, installation location etc, use 350t crane (see the attached sketch4.3). Put 4 shackles and 4 slings onto the lifting pole, then connect the pole onto the lifting ring by these 8 shackles and 8 slings. During lifting, then bottom of e-house shall be higher then the top of foundation to avoid knocking. And leading rope shall be used to charge the direction.吊装顺序: 3300-ER-704( 3300-ER-704-3/4, 3300-ER-704-4/4,3300-ER-704-2/4,3300-ER-704-1/4);5 完成安装,场地处理 House keeping after erection5.1 E-House 拼装 在吊装到位后,E-House(标高239.830)3300-ER-704需搭设脚手架进行整体的拼装,其余各E-House在其钢平台进行。E-House每一单元在拼装时需利用手动葫芦和千斤顶使其合并靠拢,然后用螺栓进行固定。After positioning, E-House 3300-ER-704( 239.830 elevation) need to be assembled by installing scaffold, and for other E-House can be assembled on platform.
