FNX型高效斜管浓密(分级)箱使用说明书 广州粤有研矿物资源科技有限公司(广州有色金属研究院)一. 概述: 斜管浓密(分级)箱是一种在浅层沉降理论基础上发展起来的高效沉降浓缩(分级)设备,由于其体积小,占地少,适用范围广,沉淀效率高,不需要动力,投资小,运行成本低,安装容易,近年来得到广泛应用。二. 设备结构及原理:反冲水管底流排砂口沉降浓缩区溢流水槽斜管区给料区斜管浓密(分级)箱的结构如图1所示: 图1. 设备结构示意图正常运转中的浓密(分级)箱,在沉降浓缩区的上部会形成一个相对动态平衡的悬浮过滤层。矿浆由给料区进入沉降浓缩区后,矿浆中粒径较大的颗粒,由于其沉降末速较大,克服水流的脉动力,经沉降浓缩区悬浮过滤层过滤,很快沉淀进入底部排料口附近;未能克服水流脉动力而沉淀的粒径较小的颗粒,随着上升水流进入斜管区。斜管区按一定角度填充了六角型薄壁多孔斜管,将水流分成许多小的沉淀单元。由于斜管湿周大,水力半径小,因此每根斜管中的雷诺数很小(200,雷诺数反应了流动过程中水流惯性力与粘性力的比值),处于层流状态,颗粒在其中的沉降过程没有紊流干扰,按层流水力沉降规律沉降。当进入斜管区的较细颗粒,在层流水力沉降条件下沉降到达斜管壁上,积累到一定量以后,在重力的作用下,沿斜管壁下滑至沉降浓缩区,根据分离粒度、处理能力设计的要求,未能在斜管区沉降的微细颗粒,将随着溢流排出,从而实现了分级与沉淀浓缩过程。特殊设计的多级浓缩(分级)箱则将给料矿浆给入粗分级区按干涉沉降原理,首先将粗粒分离沉淀,然后矿浆流才进入斜管区进行细粒分级浓缩,分级原理和实现过程和以上相同。三. 设备特点 FNX系列高效斜管浓密(分级)箱和传统周边(中心)传动型浓密机相比,具有体积小、效率高、可在同一组设备上实现分级兼浓密二种功能,也可作为单独的浓缩设备使用,具有安装方便、配置灵活、可控性好等特点。特别是可根据不同矿山的实际情况灵活地在选矿厂内配置,而无需将矿浆自流到厂外浓缩后又再用砂泵扬送回厂内进处理,同时省却了用水泵才能回水利用的麻烦,大大地节省了能耗,是较为理想的矿山浓密(分级)设备。在有条件的矿山,还可为实现高浓度尾矿输送、回水厂内直接利用,为进一步降低能耗和矿浆输送及回水成本创造条件。四技术参数型号沉降面积容积/m3斜管内切圆直径/mm斜管倾斜角度/重量外形尺寸FNX-1010平方米28 35604.9T6700x2784x4485五安装及注意事项:1设备须安装在坚实、水平的基础之上。选厂在建浓密机基础时,应已确定好浓密机的摆放方向。根据已建好的浓密机基础,结合设备外形尺寸图,按如下步骤安装: 每根支撑柱两个端面均有一块方形钢板,钢板上有螺栓孔的一端朝上。 确定六根支撑柱的位置。俯视示意图如下: 用连接角钢和螺栓将六根支撑柱连接起来,先装水平的角钢,再装交叉的。 所有的螺栓先不要上紧,以利于调整。等斜管主体吊装到位,所有螺栓全部连接上后,再上紧。 角铁交叉连接时,方板夹在两条角钢之间。螺栓孔对不上时,用一根长一点(半米长足够了)的粗钢筋,一端加热敲成尖状,插进螺栓孔里撬动来对孔。 将六根支撑柱和十八根角钢连接成一个长方体结构后,用吊车将大锥斗调入长方体结构中,然后将浓密机主体吊装到位,对好支撑柱上端面的螺栓孔。 将大锥斗的大法兰用布清理干净,把密封垫放在法兰上,打好螺栓孔,密封垫之间的拼接缝用裁纸刀切成长斜口。分段拿掉密封垫,在法兰上用玻璃胶打一圈(注意:胶要连续),然后再在每个螺丝孔周围打一圈,打好后将密封垫对回原位置。在密封垫的上面再用玻璃胶打一圈,在每个螺栓孔周围打一圈,在密封垫的接口处要沿接口多打一点玻璃胶。将大锥斗吊装到斜管浓密机主体上,注意法兰上的对位标记,对好位后用螺栓连接。将整台设备上的螺栓全部拧紧。 安装胶管阀和四分球阀。胶管阀的调节手轮应朝同一个侧面方向,以利于调节。四分球阀的另一端应接供水管。 用水平管校正溢流水边(斜管外面那一圈,不是最外圈)的水平度,要求所有的溢流水边都在同一水平面上。 浓密机底流出口的胶管阀最好不要直接接管道进入下一级选别流程,以防浓密机底流堵塞了便于清通。建议在胶管阀出口下方做个方斗,再从方斗边上引管进入下一级选别流程,如下图所示。2为防止阳光暴晒加速斜管老化,影响使用寿命,应将浓密(分级)箱安装在阳光不能直射的地方;室外安装使用时 ,应搭建遮阳棚或保持机内液面淹没斜管顶面;当设备停用时,要将设备清洗干净后注满清水,并保持水面高过斜管顶面。 3要防止5mm粗粒和木渣等杂物给入浓密(分级)箱(可能堵塞排料口),应在给料前用筛网隔除并定期进行清理。4严禁踩压浓密机内斜管。5反冲水压应保持0.2MPa。六 设备使用:1每次开机前,检查排矿口的阀门是否畅通,不得在阀门堵塞的情况下给料开机。2开机顺序:开启排砂阀给料调节各台浓密(分级)箱给料矿浆量平衡。3停机顺序:停止给料待浓密(分级)箱中液面低于塑料斜管下端面时,用水把塑料斜管冲洗干净排砂阀排出清水时,即可停机。4当添加絮凝剂辅助沉淀时,根据所处理矿浆中固体含量的多少,结合矿浆流量和溢流水的澄清度调节絮凝剂的添加量,使溢流水质能满足生产使用要求。5排砂阀在正常生产时应保持在全打开的状态下,出现堵塞要及时清通,排矿浓度靠选定合适出口大小的沉砂嘴来调节(设备出厂时配备了12、15两种口径的沉砂嘴,如排矿浓度不合适再定做其它规格的沉砂嘴)。6当底流排矿口排矿困难时,开启反冲水阀门辅助排矿。7浓密机存矿体积有限,因此,对非连续生产或非连续排料的厂矿,正常生产时,每个班至少排矿二次,以免沉砂堆积,堵塞斜管。8当给料泡沫较多,配置有消泡喷头时,要定期检查消泡喷头是否畅通。9为防止斜管堵塞,建议每个月(或停机检修时)对设备清理维护一次:将浓密(分级)箱中的水位放至斜管下端面以下,用水顺斜管的管孔方向逐一冲洗,将斜管内的沉积物清理干净。10长时间停机时,必须排干净浓密(分级)箱内泥砂,将斜管冲洗干净,然后注满清水,并保持水面高于塑料斜管顶部,以避免塑料斜管老化而缩短使用寿命。生产单位:广州粤有研矿物资源科技有限公司(广州有色金属研究院)地址:广州市天河区长兴路363号联系人:王威、陈俊明、郑承美电话61086392传真址: Metals)1.SummaryInclined tube thickening(classification) box is a high efficient sedimentation equipment which was developed based on the shallow layer sedimentation theory.It has been widely used rencent years because of its small size and less land occupation and wide applicability and high deposition efficiency and no dynamic and less investment and low operation cost and easy installation.2.Structure and principle of the equipmentThe structure of the inclined tube thickening(classification) box as fig 1 showed:Inclined tube areaFeeding areaSpilled flumeSedimentation concentration areaRecoil pipeUnderflow discharge outletFig 1 Schematic diagram of equipments structureA relatively dynamic balanced suspension filtration chromatography can be formed in the upper of the normal operated thickening(classification) box.After the pulp entering into the sedimentation concentration area from feeding area, the larger size particles in the pulp will overcome the impulsive pressure of the water flow and filtrated by suspension filtration chromatography of the Sedimentation concentration area and deposit quickly,entering into the nearby underflow discharge outlet because of its large settling velocity.The smaller size particles which cant overcome the impulsive pressure of the water flow will enter into the inclined tube area with the upward flow.Hexagonal thin porous inclined tube were filled according to a certain angle in inclined tube area which separate the water flow into several small settling unit.Because of the large wet circle of the inclined tube and high hydraulic radius,the reynolds number of each inclined tube is very small(200, reynolds number responses the ratio of flow inertia force and viscous force in the flow process.).In the laminar state,there is no turbulent interference in particless settling process which settled according to laminar hydraulic sedimentation law.When the smaller size particles enter into the inclined tube area,they settled on the wall of the inclined tube on condition of laminar hydraulic sedimentation.After quantitative accumulation,the smaller size particles downslide into sedimentation concentration area under the action of gravity.According to the design demand of separation size and treatment ability,the fine particles which cant settle in the inclined tube area will discharge with the overflow.Thus the process of classification ang sedimentation concentration will be achieved.Special designed multistage thickening(classification) box will give the feeding pulp into the rough classification area according to the interference settling principle, first will separate and deposite the large size particles, then the pulp flow will enter the inclined tube area to carry on the fine grain classification concentration, the classification principle and the realization process is same as the above.3. Equipment characteristicComparing the FNX series highly effective inclined tube thickening(classification) box with the traditional peripheral (center) transmission thickener,the former has sevral good characteristics of small volume, high efficiency, realizing two functions of classification and thickening on the identical group equipment, using as the independent concentration equipment, conveniently installment, nimble disposition, good controllability and so on.Specially may dispose nimbly in the ore dressing plant according to the different mine the actual situation,with no need that the pulp to flow automatically to the factory outside to concentrate and then using the sand pump to raise again into the factory to process.Simultaneously it saves the trouble that using backwater only by pump and saves the energy consumption greatly.It is an ideal mine thickening(classification) equipment.In some conditional mine, it also can realize high potency debris transportation and backwater useing directly in the factory,which creates the condition for further reducing the energy consumption and the cost of pulp and backwater transportation. 4. Equipment setup and matters needing attention1) The equipment must install on the solid and level foundation.Before constructing the thickener foundation,processing plant should determine the place direction of the thickener.According to the constructed thickener foundation and the equipment contour dimensional drawing, installing as the following step:Each props two surfaces have the square steel plate, the sueface on the steel plate which has a screw aperture should face above. Determine the position of the six roots prop.Overlooking schematic drawing to be as follows: Connect the six roots prop with the connection angle steel and the screw.Install the level angle steel first , then the overlapping. All screws need not applied (hand to twist line) first, favors the adjustment.While the inclined tubes main body hoist the right position, all screws connect completely, then applied. When corner iron cross connected, the square plate clamps between two angle steels.When screw aperture to not on, using a long (half meter is long enough) thick steel bar, one of the end heating knocks to be sharp shape,then insert into the screw aperture to move in the hole. After Connecting six roots prop with 18 angle steels to be a cuboid structure,using the crane to lay the big awl calls in the cuboid structure, then lay aside the main body on the right position, make sure the prop on the screw apertures surface be on the right place. Clean the big flange with the cloth, place the gasket on the flange, hit the screw aperture.The joint between the gasket should sliver the long slanting mouth with the paper knife.Pick off the gasket partition,hit on the flange with the glass cement (attention: The cement must be continuously), then hit continuously around each screw aperture again and return the gasket the original position. Hit on the gasket by the glass cement, hit around each screw aperture, must hit more glass cement in the gasket connection place along the connection.After ten minutes, waits the glass cement to be dryed, fights the big awl onto the main body of inclined tube thickener.Pay attention to the position mark on the flange, connecting after the good position with the screw. Screw tight all the screw of the equipment. Install the rubber tube valve and four minutes ball valves.The adjustment handwheel of rubber tube valve should face the identical side direction, favor the adjustment.Another end of four minute ball valve should connect delivery pipes. Use plain tube to adjust the levelness of overflow waters edge (outside slope tube but most addendum circle), requests all overflow waters edge in the identical horizontal plane.If not, adjust the PP boards of overflow four board. Finally insert the inclined tube into the thickening (clasification)box (maintain level of each group of slope tubes between end surface to achieve desired effect), complete the equipment setup. Rubber tube valve under the thickener engine base outflux should better not meet the pipeline to enter the level classification flow directly, guarded against the thickener undercurrent to stop up advantageous for lucid and coherent.Suggesting making a square bucket underneath the rubber tube valve exportation, enter the next level classification flow from square bucket, as the following chart shows.2)In order to prevent the sunlight insolation accelerating slope tube gets older, affect the service life, should install the box in the place where there is no sunlight; When installing the outside, should build the visor awning or the maintenance within the aircraft liquid level submergence slope tube top; When the equipment stop using, must clean the equipment clean and filled with clear water, and maintains the water surface higher than slope tube top.3)Must prevent 5mm large grain and wooden dregs give into thickening (classification) box (possible to stop up dump mouth), should separate with the strainer eliminates and carries on the cleaning up regularly.4)Forbid strictly stepping on the thickener the slope tube.5)The recoil hydraulic pressure should maintain 0.2Mpa.5.Equipment use1) Before starting each time, inspect throat valve whether unimpeded, forbiding starting when the valve stops up.2) Starting order: opening row of sand valve feeding- adjusting the balance of material pulp quantity for material in thickening (classification) box.3) Engine off order: stop feeding- using water to flush the plastic slope tube cleanly after liquid level is lower than under the plastic slope tube when discharging the clear water, then engine off.4) When adding flocculant for assistance precipitation,according to the solid content in the pulp, adjust flocculant recruitment according to the union pulp current capacity and the overflow water transparency to make the overflow water satisfy the production operation requirements.5)When regular production,row of sand valve should maintain unobstructedly, lucid and coherent promptly if jammed, its opening size should maintain the dump speed to be continuously unobstructed, the density conforms to the design to request to be limited to.6) When undercurrent dicharge the ore difficulty, opening recoil water valve gate to auxiliary discharge.7) For the limited volume of the thickener to save the or
