“Finance Department” role play旁白：钟楚君演员：蔡桂荣finance department manager 关浩全、蔡月霞finance department manager assistant 陆婷婷、罗庆环owners 王永锋tenement剧情简介： 月底，B，C在整理本月账目，准备入账，发现有两位业主尚未交物业管理费，于是分别给两人打电话过去，让其尽快交费，而D坚持认为自己前几天刚搬进来，没有交管理费的义务，便气势汹汹的来到服务中心想找经理讨个说法，E解释说自己已将房子租给F，让物业管理服务中心找F，服务中心便派人到F家催缴管理费剧情如下：（B、C坐在办公桌旁整理账目）B:（拿着一份缴费单认真的查看着，突然皱了皱眉说）：oh, there is something wrong with the money ?C:let me see ,whats the problem ? (B将缴费单递给C，C接过来跟手中的对比一下，对B说)：I see ,there are two owners have not paid the property managerment fee B: oh no ,whos that ? maybe we should make a call to them at once C:Its miss Lu and miss Luo ,I make a call to miss Lu ,you make a call to miss Luo (拿起桌上的电话打给D) hello,this is property managermentFinance department ,are you miss Lu ?D:Yes ,but whats up ? C:Miss Lu , are you too busy to forget to pay for the property managerment fee ?D:what ? your sure that you havent made a mistake ! I moved in just a few days ago, why do I pay for the fee ? C：Oh ,miss Lu ,this is your duty ,you have been charge since the day you received the key to your flat , not the day you moved in D: No ,I do believe that ! I will go to the Service Center to find your manager! (气愤的挂掉了电话) B:(拿起电话打给了E) Excuse me this is property managerment finance department ,are you miss Luo E: Yes ,this is Luo speaking , whats the matter ?B: Im sorry to tell you that you have forgot to pay for the property managerment fee , would you please pay the fee sooner?E: Im sorry ,sir ,but my building have rent for Mr Wang , you should go to Mr Wangs home to charge the property managerment fee B: Ok ,I see ,but have you told Mr Wang that he should pay for the fee when you rent the building to him?E: Yes ,we have got agreement B: Thank you , Im sorry to trouble with you ! byebye E：It doesnt matter ,bye (不一会，D气冲冲地走了进来)D：Where is your manager ?(请先坐下，拿水过来给D)B：Please sit down ,madam ! what can I do for you ?
