Bn A phi cung cp cho Bn B danh sch m s khch hng mua phiu, Bn B s thng qua xc nhn tnh chn thc v c hiu lc ca phiu VNdoan, nu nhng m s m khch hng xut trnh c hiu lc, Bn B mi cung cp sn phm-dch v.4. Bn A c quyn quyt nh gi bn trn website , nhng khng c thp hn gi m hai bn tha thun. 5. Mt khi hot ng mua theo on c tin hnh, Bn A khng c php n phng hy hot ng, nu khng s phi bi thng thit hi cho bn B l VND.(2). Quyn li v ngha v ca Bn B: 1. Trong qu trnh hp tc, Bn B khng c t thay i cht lng, gi c, ni dung ca hng ha dch v c ng trn website di bt k hnh thc no. Mt khi hot ng mua theo on trn website c tin hnh, Bn B khng c php n phng hy b hot ng , nu khng s phi chu trch nhim bi thng tn tht cho Bn A l VND. Phng thc thanh ton1. Trong thi gian hp ng c hiu lc, bn A s chu trch nhim thu tin t pha khch hng, Bn A s gi li khon chi ph k thut v dch v( trc mt chi ph dch v k thut l 0 ng), phn cn li s gi li vo ti khon ngn hng m Bn B ch nh.2. Chi ph qung co l : 0 VND (Ch p dng trong thi gian hin ti).3. Cch tnh chi ph v gi cS lng giao dch ti thiuGi ban u ca sn phm dch v Bn BGi khuyn mi casn phm dch v Bn BChi phk thut, phc v Gi mua theo on (tham kho)04. Hnh thc thanh ton : 1) Trong vng 5 ngy lm vic bnh thng (nu gp ngy ngh, ngy l s c li li) k t sau khi hot ng mua theo on thnh cng, bn A s thanh ton cho bn B 40% s tin thu c thc t v gi vo ti khon ngn hng m bn B ch nh; 2) Trong vng 03 ngy (ngy lm vic bnh thng) sau thi gian hiu lc ca phiu VNdoan kt thc, hai bn s thanh l nghim thu hp ng, Bn A s thanh ton cho Bn B s tin cn li tng ng vi s phiu VNdoan c s dng thc t ti Bn B; 3) i vi nhng tranh chp xy ra trong qu trnh giao dch Bn B phi t chu trch nhim gii quyt vi khch hng. Xc nhn v sa cha ni dung ng ti1. Bn B cn phi hp cung cp cho Bn A nhng thng tin chnh xc v hp php v ni dung cn ng v cc thng tin c lin quan khc 2.
