吾爱教育 课型:初三年级读说课 课题:Module 11 Population Unit 2 It was a quiet country village.设计思路 新课程理念下的英语课堂教学强调学习过程,强调学生参与,强调学生发展。在设计本课书时,以新课程理念为指导思想,突出学生能力培养、突出学生语言能力发展,注重以学生为中心,注重学生知识与能力的共同发展,遵循英语教学的规律,采用交际法的原则,在明确教学目标的前提下,运用任务型和交互式教学方法, 以学生为中心, 以活动为主线, 来设计这节课。通过设计有效的多样的教学活动,充分调动学生的积极性,开发学生智力与潜力,使学生逐步理解课文大意,掌握所学的短语、结构,采用Interactive 交互式方法进行教学,强调阅读中语篇和语意的理解。在技能发展上使学生学会如何介绍一个城市,能够简单谈论大城市的问题并给出一些解决问题的建议,通过完成真实任务来加深对新知识的运用,使学生的学习过程是在一种自然、真实的情境中理解并完成对新语言的理解、掌握与应用。利用拼读及速记法帮助学生在有效的时间内学会并记住10个短语。教材分析 本模块的话题是人口,本模块的功能是感知冠词的使用,但本课书是阅读课文,谈论人口方面只涉及到很少部分,我对教材进行了重新整合,除谈论人口问题外,把重点放在通过阅读理解掌握文章大意后,学会如何介绍城市,及谈论Arnwick城市还有哪些方面需要改进,从而引导学生找出自己所居住的城市需要改进的地方,使他们关心、爱护自己居住的城市,并能提出一些简单的建议,并培养他们在实际生活中提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。 学情分析我是借班上课,对学生的学习状况,学习习惯,英语掌握程度都不了解,只听个别老师介绍此班学生比较稳定,学生在学完Unit 1之后应能准确读出大数字,所以用大数字谈论人口对学生来说不是很陌生,因此对文中出现的大数字及在情景中的应用接受起来不会很困难。利用拼读法帮助学生快速记忆短语,可能会有些难度,因他们没有受过这方面的训练。教学目标Knowledge aims: 1. To learn 10 expressions in four skills about describing villages and cities. 2. To be able to get information of visions of the city through reading.3. To be able to simply talk about the problems of cities and make suggestions to solve the problems and then write them down.Ability aims: 1. To be able to improve the reading ability of getting specific information through fast and careful reading.2. To be able to talk about what cities need for the people who live there.Moral aim: To educate students to love their hometown and care about the city theyre living in.教学重点和难点(一)教学重点 1. Show Ss some pictures and ask some questions.While-reading Fast Reading(1)Get the Ss to read the passage for the first time and find out the answers. Detailed Reading Get the Ss to read the passage part by part. Part 1(2)Ask Ss to read Part 1 as quickly as they can and get the answers for two Questions. Part 2(3)Get the Ss to read this part again and do Questions and answers and then call back the answers in pairs.(4)Sum up how to introduce a city.Part 3(5)Get the Ss to read Para 3 and 4 then finish completing sentences.Part 4 (6)Get Ss to read Part 4 and fill in a chart and then discuss with the partner.
