铬镍奥氏体不锈钢焊缝铁素体测试程序Ferrite Testing Procedure目录1适用范围Service scope22引用标准Reference23一般要求General requirements24试验准备Treating preparation35试验Testing36数据分析Data analyzing47记录Record41 适用范围Service scope1.1本程序适于xx罐区工程的铬镍奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的测量。This procedure is applicable for the measurement of ferrite composition in Cr-Ni austenite stainless steel welding of xx tank area project.1.2测试范围:对于同一种规格的管口焊缝和同一种规格板厚对接焊缝,在其焊缝上测3点。 Testing scope: pipe joints with the same specification of base material and the same thickness of plate joints shall take 3 test points on the welding seam.2 引用标准ReferenceGB1954-80铬镍奥氏体不锈钢焊缝铁素体含量测量方法GB1954-80Measuring Method for Ferrite Composition in Cr-Ni Austenite Stainless Steel WeldingPMC焊接和NDE一览表167Welding & NDE Matrix-Form167 of PMC3 一般要求General requirements3.1设备要求Requirements for testing equipments设备名称Name型号Model精度Accuracy量程Span铁素体测定仪Ferrite meter德国1.054German1.0545%0-50%3.2试样要求Requirements for testing piece.试样的试验面应清洁,不得有氧化皮及其他污物。The surface of testing piece should be clean, no oxide skin or other filth.3.3环境要求Environmental requirements试验一般在-20-50温度范围内进行,现场环境无强烈震动和摆动。Temperature range should be 20-50, mo strong shakes or swings on testing site.3.4人员Personnel3.4.1试验员职责:检验前调试并保证设备处于良好状态,数据分析并填写记录。Test personnel responsibility: Before inspection, adjusting and ensuring the equipment in a good state. Analyses data and fill in the record.3.4.2理化工程师:负责数据分析和报告的审核。Physical and chemical engineer: Be responsible for the audit of data analysis and report.4 试验准备Treating preparation检查铁素体测定仪电量是否充足。Check the battery in ferrite meter.5 试验Testing5.1检测前先用标准试块对铁素体测定仪进行校验,检查其精度是否符合要求。Calibrate ferrite meter with standard test block before testing, check whether the accuracy can meet requirements.5.2在开机之前调整相应的螺钉,检查和调整测定仪的机械零点,将操作选择开关转到“Batt”位置,检查电池的连接情况,指钉应到达或在表盘的绿色区域内。Before turn on the meter, adjust the related bolts, check and adjust the mechanical zero of ferrite meter, turn, check the battery connection, the pointer should be reached or in green area on dial plate.5.3在调节电零点时,操作选择开关需转到“Messen Open”,同时范围开关调到“O”位置,可以用机器的左边开关上边的电位器,校正零点。电零点的调整必须与机械零点的调整相对应。Turn operating option switch to “Messen Open” when adjusting electrical zero, and span switch to “O” at the same time, then adjust zero with potentiometer which is at the top of left switch. The adjusting of electrical zero must be corresponding to adjusting of mechanical zero.5.4操作选择开关调到“MESSEN”位置,范围开关放在“1%FG”位置,触头置于环境中,通过粗选和精选补偿开关调整仪器指针到零点。Turn operating option switch to “MESSEN” span switch to “1%FG”, the contact finger of detector in atmosphere, and adjust the meter pointer to zero point by coarse and fine switch.5.5范围开关放在“12%FG”位置,同时探头垂直放在仪器盖内的校准试样的中心,通过开关可以调整指针所示的标准试样给定的值。Turn span switch to “12%FG”, and also vertically place the detector at the center of standard sample which is in the cover of instrument, and the set-point of standard sample which is displayed by pointer can be adjusted by switch.5.6在测量前根据材料的性能,适当的选择铁素体含量的测量范围,同时需要看“零”点是否准确。Before testing, select proper measurement range of ferrite composition according to the material performance, and view whether the zero point is correct.5.7各项准备工作完备后,在开机15分钟后用于正式测量。If the preparation is finished, turn on the meter, and begin to test in 15 minutes.5.8将铁素体测定仪的探头垂直放置于所测试样上,待指针稳定后读取度盘上所显示的值。探头式仪器在任何情况下进行测量时,均需保证探头的触头与被测面之间的点接触。Vertically place the detector of ferrite meter on testing piece, read from the after the pointer stable. For the measuring by meters with detector, the contact finger of detector must be touched with the surface of testing piece in any conditions.5.9试验完成后,将铁素体测定仪电源关闭,将探头收好,将设备擦拭干净,具体按铁互体测定仪操作规程执行。When the testing completed, turn off the meter, store the detector, and clean the instrument, as can seeOperating Rule for Ferrite Meter.6 数据分析Data analyzing6.1探头式仪器测量结果的评定是根据在选定的测量部位取10个均匀分布的测量的平均值作为测量结果。测量试棒中铁素体含量时,以3个试样的平均值作为测量结果。当客户需要提供单个铁素体含量时,可按委托要求的数量提供,但不得进行评定。The evaluation of measuring result with detector-meter: choose 10 measuring values uniformly distribution at the measuring location, and the average is the measuring result, If measuring the ferrite composition in test bar, choose 3 values, and the average is the measuring result. If single ferrite composition is required by user, we van provide according to the entrusted requirement, while it can not be evaluated.6.2对于铁素体分布特别不均匀时,应给出平均含量、最高含量和最低含量及其部位。If the distribution of ferrite is very uneven, the average, the highest and lowest ferrite composition and its location should be provid
