The makers test engineer will be present if necessary;1.2 试验应在外观检查,安装位置检查及接地可靠性检查后进行,同时也要确认保护装置的可靠性;Tests to be carried out after inspection of appearance, proper installation and earthling, also to confirm the protection & safety device satisfactorily;1.3 用于轮机和甲板辅机的电气设备试验方法,参照轮机及船体部分的系泊试验大纲;The test method of electric equipments for machinery & deck auxiliaries shall be conducted in according with schedule mooring test of machinery and hull parts1.4 船厂应最少在试验前24小时提供试验程序。试验前应提供数据记录表格;Shipyard to inform of any testing program/inspection at least 24 hours in advance. The form of data-collection table to be submitted for recording results before inspection1.5 试验结束后,试验结果应提交船级社及船东;The test results shall be submitted to class and owner after finishing tests;2. 主发电机 Main diesel generator2.1 柴油机的安全装置试验 Safety device test of diesel engine2.1.1试验程序中应有辅机的设定点应详细情况,同时完成主发电机机系统报警功能试验;MSB(主配电板)的保护应得到认可本试验参照“轮机系泊试验大纲”。Set points of aux. Engines to be detailed in the test procedure, main diesel generator alarm function test should be check on board.MSB protection as well shown for approvalThis test shall be carried out under conducting of “Schedule mooring test machinery part”;2.2 绝缘电阻试验 insulation resistance test在发电机负荷试验前和试验后,用直流500V兆欧表测量以下部位绝缘电阻(热态不低于1M):定子绕组船体壳;空间加热器船体壳;Measurements of insulation resistance shall be carried out by a DC 500V meager meter before and after load test for following position: (not less than 1MW in hot condition).Stator ship hull;Space heater ship hull;2.3 柴油发电机负荷试验 Load test of diesel generator调节连接在主配电板汇流排上的水电阻负载(COSF=1),进行发电机单机负荷试验,空载运转15分钟,25%、50%、75%负荷时各运转15分钟,在100%满负荷运转1小时,在110%超负荷运行15分钟。负荷试验后,测量发电机定子绕组温度和热态绝缘电阻并记录。Load test of generators to be done by means of an adjustable water resistance (cosF=1) connected to busters of MSB. The generators to be running at no load for 15 minutes: at 25%, 50%, 75% load for 15 minutes, at 100% load for 1 hour and at 110% load for 15 minutes. After load test, each stator winding temp and hot condition resistance shall be measured and recorded.2.4 柴油发电机电压特性试验 Voltage characteristic test of diesel generator用水电阻作负载(COSF=1),把每一台发电机调整到额定的电压和频率,然后从满载到空载再返回到满载使电压和频率的变化得以稳定。测量并记录每档(25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)电压和频率的变化值。稳态电压变化: 11.2 V (额定电压的2.5%之内)稳态频率变化: 3.0 Hz(额定频率的 5%之内)It is to be initiated that generators are adjusted to rated voltage & frequency by use of water load (cosF=1). Then steady voltage & frequency variations from full load to no load and back to full load. In each step(25%, 50%, 75%, 100%), the value of voltage & frequency shall be measured and recorded.It is to be verified that drop of voltage and frequency is within allowed limitations.Steady voltage variations: 11.2 V ( 2.5% of rating voltage);Steady frequency variations: 3.0 Hz ( 5% of rating frequency);2.5 柴油发电机组加载试验 & 调速器试验 External characteristic test of diesel generator & governor test本试验要验证瞬态电压、频率变化及恢复时间应在允许的范围内。当发电机满负荷运行时,突卸全部负载,检查瞬态电压频率变化,频率变化及稳定时间,待稳定运行后,突加35%的额定负载,待转速变化恢复到稳定状态,再加35%的负载, 检查瞬态电压频率变化,频率变化及稳定时间, 再加35%的负载, 检查瞬态电压频率变化,频率变化及稳定时间.瞬态电压变化: -382.5 V +540 V (85% 120%之内)瞬态频率变化: -54 Hz +66 Hz (10%之内), 每级稳定时间不大于5秒;稳态频率变化: -3Hz +3Hz (5%之内)This test shall be verified that transient voltage, frequency variations and settled time are within allowed limitations. When a generator is running with full load, suddenly to take off all load, check variations(transient voltage, transient frequency, settled time). After steady running the generator can suddenly be loaded to 35% of the rated power, followed by added 35% after an interval sufficient to restore the speed to steady state. check variations(transient voltage, transient frequency, settled time).Then, add the last 35% load, after an interval sufficient to restore the speed to steady state. check variations(transient voltage, transient frequency, settled time)It is verified that the variations of voltage / frequency and the settled time shall be witting allowed limitations.Transient voltage variations: -382.5V +540V ( 85% 120%)Transient frequency variations: -54 Hz+66Hz ( 10%), Settled time: within 5 Sec for each step;Steady frequency variations: -3Hz+3Hz ( 5%).2.6 发电机并车试验 Parallel running test of diesel generator2.6.1 每两台发电机并车试验 For each two generators parallel running test 将1号主发电机作为主用发电机,分别进行1号&2号, 1号&3号主发电机并车试验; Select NO.1 diesel generator as main use generator, parallel running test for generator NO.1&NO.2, NO.1&NO.3 should be done on board.通过布置在主配电板上的同步指示器、发电机调速开关及主空气断路器合闸按钮,将主发电机组进行两台之间的手动并车试验;Manual paralleling test of two generator shall be finished by the synchronoscope, speed regulator and push button of air circuit breaker which installed on MSB. 先将一台发电机投入75%(COS=1)负荷,手动起动待并发电机组,调节其频率,根据同步指示器,选择适当时机合上待并发电机的主空气断路器;At first, the load of one generator to be set 75% (cosf=1), start the ready parallel generator manually. Regulate the frequency, and close the air circuit breaker of the ready parallel generator by synchronoscope.同时调节二台发电机组的速度调节开关进行负载转移;Same time shift load by mean of regulating the speed regulation switch of two generators.增大负荷,调节每台并联运行的发电机,使其能负担各自75%的额定功率,然后使并联发电机的总负荷按如下变化(COS=1):75%50%20%50%75%100%75%测量上述各点每台发电机的有功功率、电压和电流,并计算并联运行发电机负荷相对于单台发电机额定功率分配比例偏差值,最大的偏差应不大于任何一台发电机额定功率的15%。(计算公式为P=,P1、P2分别为并联的发电机的实际功率,Pe为单台发电机额定功率)。When two generators are running in parallel, reach load, adjustment shall be done so that each generator may carry 75% ( 337.5kW) load of its rating power respectively. Then the total active load (cosf=1) is changed as:75%50%20% 50%75%100%75%In each point of above loads, an active power, voltage and current shall be measured, and the deviations from load of parallel running generators and its the proportional share in total load to be calculated. The maximum deviation shall be confirmed no more than 15% rated power of anyone generator. (expressions is: P=, P1 & P2 are practical power of parallel, Pe is rated power of one generator).负载要求:20%, 50%, 75%, 100% 每一步时间: 35分钟Load requiring: 20%, 50%, 75%, 100% for each generator;Time requiring: 35 minute. 2.7 自动并联和自动解列(PMS自动状态) Auto parallel and auto disconnect (PMS AUTO MODEL):2.7.1 NO.1机组运行供电,NO.2机组备用No.1 set is running and supplying to network. No.2 set is stand-by.2.7.2 增加电网负载 90 (513kW);Increase the load of network to more than 90% (513KW). 2.7.3 延时30S左右,NO.2机组自动起动同步,和NO.1机组并网供电;Delay abt. 30s , No.2 set starts and synchronizes automatically. And it joints the network and parallels with No.1 set.2.7.4 稳定一定时间后,检查负载自动分配;Let them run stably for certain time and check the auto-distribution of load.2.7.5 减少电网负载,每台发电机至35 (228kW)。延时10分钟后,负载应自动转移至NO.1机组,NO.2机组自动停车。Reduce the network load to 35% of each set (228kW), Load should be transported to No.1 set automatically after delay 10 mins. And No.2 set disconnects automatically. NO.2 机组运行入网,NO.3机组备用No.2 set runs and supplies to network. No.3 set is stand-by.NO.3 机组运行入网,NO.1机组备用No.3 set runs and supplied to network. No.1 set is stand-by.依次进行上面项目的试验Carry out the test by following above steps 2.7.12.7.52.7.6 重载请求试验 Heavy load request test 检查克令吊重载请请求功能正确有效 Check the function of heavy load request from Crane3. 应急发电机 Emergency generator3.1 柴油机的安全装置试验和机械起动试验 Safety device test and mechanism start of diesel engine试验程序中应有应急发电机的设定点应详细情况, 同时完成应急发电机系统报警功能试验;ESB 的保护应得到认可本试验参照“轮机系泊试验大纲”。Set points of aux. Engines to be detailed in the test procedure, emergency generator alarm function test should be check on board.ESB protection as well shown for approval.This test shall be carried out under conducting of “Schedule mooring test machinery part”.3.2 绝缘电阻试验 Insulation resistance test.在发电机负荷试验前和试验后,用直流500V兆欧表测量以下部位绝缘电阻(热态不低于1M):定子绕组船体壳;空间加热器船体壳;Measurements of insulation resistance shall be carried out by a DC 500V meager meter before and after load test for following position:(not less than 1MW in hot condition).Stator ship hull;Space heater ship hull;3.3 负荷试验 Load test调节连接在主配电板汇流排上的水电阻负载(COSF=1),进行发电机单机负荷试验,空载运转15分钟,25%、50%、75%负荷时各运转15分钟,在100%满负荷运转1小时,在110%超负荷运行15分钟。负荷试验后,测量发电机定子绕组温度和热态绝缘电阻并记录Load test of generators to be done by means of an adjustable water resistance (cosF=1) connected to busters of MSB. After steady running the generator can suddenly be loaded to 100% of the rated power, check variation of voltage and frequency.again瞬态电压变化: -382.5 V +540 V (85% 120%之内)瞬态频率变化: -54 Hz +66 Hz (10%之内), 每级稳定时间不大于5秒;稳态频率变化: -3Hz +3Hz (5%之内)It is verified that the variations of voltage / frequency and the settled time shall be witting allowed limitations.Transient voltage variations: -66V +88V (85% 120%), Transient frequency variations:-54Hz+66Hz (10%), Settled time: within 5 Sec for each step;Steady frequency variations:-3Hz+3Hz (5%).3.6 蓄电池起动试验 start test 起动蓄电瓶充足后,柴油机在冷态情况起动不少于三次。After battery fully charged, it is to be sufficient for start not less than three times without re-charging for diesel engine at the cold condition.4. 主配电板 Main switchboard (MSB)4.1 检查配电板上各设备的标识Signs on the equipment in the switchboard etc to be checked. 。4.2 绝缘检查Insulation check 断开所有外部负荷,测量主配电板母线的绝缘电阻,其值应不小于1M。Switch off all external loads and measure insulation resistant of the main switchboard bus, it should be not less than 1M. 检查监视报警电路的绝缘(使用万用表)。Check up insulation of monitoring -alarm circuit(Use multi-meter).4.3 发电机保护装置试验 Generator safety protection test4.3.1逆功率保护试验 Reverse power protection test逆功率继电器必须正确地延时动作,空气断路器延时断开.Reverse power relay cut properly and the air circuit breaker trip in setting time.发电机逆功率设定值:10 %额定功率(57Kw);设定时间:5秒。Generator reverse power setting data: 10% of rating (57Kw);Setting time: 35% 35% 70% Un0.5s 4.3.3 欠频试验 Under frequency tripping test欠频脱扣设定值: 10% 5sUnder frequency setting: 10% 5s4.3.4 过电流继电器脱扣 Over-current relay tripping test 采用电流互感器二次回路的模拟电流进行过电流继电器脱扣试验,空气断路器过流装置调整在下列设定值,确认其动作正确,且空气断路器延时断开。Increase wattles reaction power or simulation current of secondary circuit of current transformer used for the test of tripping devices where no overload is caused on the prime over. The over-current device of the air circuit breaker shall be feed with currents and mentioned below and shall be confirmed that the device acts properly and the air circuit breaker in a setting time.长延时脱扣 Long time delay trip;发电机电流设定值: 1.3In (1206A)30s;Generator over current setting: 1.3 In (1206A) / 30s;短延时脱扣 Short time delay trip;发电机电流设定值: 3In (2742A)0.4s;Generator over current setting: 3In (2742A) / 0.4s4.3.5 非重要负载自动卸载 Non-essential consumers auto. tripPT1: 自动卸载 1 Preferential trip 1;动作设定值:100% In (914A)Trip setting: 100% In (914A);动作时间:第1级:5秒Operating time: 5s;自动卸载 2 Preferential trip 2;动作设定值:100% In (914A)Trip setting: 100% In (914A);动作时间:第2级:10秒Operating time: 10s;自动卸载 3 Preferential trip 3;动作设定值:100% In (914A)Trip setting: 100% In (914A);动作时间:第3级:15秒Operating time: 15s;具体每级脱扣对象, 请见图纸: OH408A-610-001_Main power systemDetail list of every step; please refer to drawing of OH408A-610-001_Main power system4.4 检查ACB、MCCB开关分合可靠性Inspection of reliability of open / close of ACB MCCB etc. manual operation.4.5 联锁功能试验 Interlocking function test验证下述联锁电路的功能:Function of the following interlocking reliability shall be demonstrated.发电机空气断路器(ACB)和岸电开关MCCB联锁;Between the air circuit breakers of generators and the MCCB of shore supply.发电机空间加热器和发电机空气断路器(ACB)联锁;Space heater interlocking with the air circuit breaker of generator.4.6 顺序起动试验 Sequential start for all equipments在主配电板失电又恢复供电后,下列用电设备将按下述时间顺序自动起动:Following consumers will be started automatically in sequence when the power supply is recovered after black out.具体起动对象, 请见图纸: OH408A-610-001_Main power systemDetail list of re-start, please refer to drawing of OH408A-610-001_Main power system5. 应急配电板 Emergency switchboard5.1 检查配电板上各设备的标识Signs on the equipment in the switchboard etc to be checked. 。5.2 绝缘检查Insulation check 断开所有外部负荷,测量主配电板母线的绝缘电阻,其值应不小于1M。Switch off all external loads and measure insulation resistant of the main switchboard bus, it should be not less than 1M. 检查监视报警电路的绝缘(使用万用表)。Check up insulation of monitoring -alarm circuit(Use multimeter).5.3 检查ACB、MCB开关分合可靠性Inspection of reliability of open / close of ACB MCB etc. manual operation. And check the alarm indication5.4 联锁功能试验 Interlock function test验证下述联锁电路的功能:Function of the following interlocking reliability shall be demonstrated.发电机空气断路器和发电机空间加热器联锁Between space heater control and ACB of generator.发电机空气断路器和主配联络开关联锁Between BUS TIE breaker and ACB of generator.5.5 发电机保护装置试验 Generator safety protection test方法同主配电板;Same method for Main switchboard;5.6 应急配电板失复电试验 ESB power loss recovery test试验将在试航期间完成。Test will be carried out on board during sea trail.在主电源故障(汇流排失电)的情况下,应急发电机应该在不大于45s内自动起动,并且主空气断路器自动合闸,记录应急发电机起动的时间及恢复供电的时间;应急发电机在主电源故障(汇流排失电)情况下,应自动起动。控制装置将连续起动三次,三次起动失败后报警。Emergency generator will be started and main A.C.B closed automatically within 45s while main power failure (MSB bus-bar no voltage);Record the emergency start time and the power supply recover time;Emergency generator will be started automatically by main power failure signal (bulbar no voltage). 3 start attempts to be selected and tested. The start fail alarm will activated, when fail start.6. 分电箱效用试验 Power distribution box function test 分电箱效用试验和设备报验实验时完成;Function test of power dist. Box will be carried out together with the function test of each ELEC. Consumer;检查外观、分电箱的安装及负载接线,确保可靠;Check the outline, installation of the power distribution box, check the connection of the consumers;在试验过程中增加负载时,需确保馈电支路的可靠性。Confirm that all feeder circuits are reliable in function when feeding the load as far as practicable.用500V的兆欧表测量带电部分和接地之间以及带电部分和反向极性部分的绝缘电阻值,不低于1M. The insulation resistance between current-carrying parts and earth and between current carrying parts of opposite polarity is to be measured by a 500V megger and not less than 1M.7. 充放电板效用试验 Battery charger panel function test对电板上的绝缘装置进行效用试验(不低于1 MW);充电器和蓄电池浮充效用检查;检查充放电板上的开关、仪表和指示灯等设备的工作状况,它们必须工作良好。验证充放电功能,测量电压和电流以及报警。检查蓄电池充放电故障报警。Effectiveness check for the insulation device in the board (not less than 1 MW );Effectiveness check for charger and battery floating;Inspection of working conditions switch, instrument and indicator lamp on panel, it must be kept in good condition.To measure the voltage and current at auto.
