It cant be cut off, otherwise the previous efforts you have made will be just in vain. After years of studying, I have come to know such universal truth. I have heard of an interesting saying, which compares English-studying to meal-having. You cant eat too much at a time, nor can you eat too little, because your digestion system isnt able to bear too heavy burdens and neither is your stomach able to work normally without much energy supply. Needless to say, you should keep your enthusiasm of learning English at any time but never expect too much reward for your perseverance and hard work. With respect to this, I view an interest in English as key to bright successful doors and a deciding factor in your progress in English. No one can be forced to pick up a habit. Maybe I think an English-learner ought to try as many methods as he /she can, such as seeing English films, listening to English songs, going to the English Corner and so on, which are beneficial. In a word, I embrace that nothing can be a success at a single stroke. On my way of learning, I suppose therere snow storms waiting for me, large amounts of difficulties chasing me and even some wild-life getting in my way. However, I complain no more and will have faith in myself. Im determined to enjoy my English-learning journey. Student B:Its obvious that none of us are illiterate, but most of us are still ignorant of the skills of learning efficiently. We should escape from an innocent thought that as long as we count on teachers, we can make great progress. In many ways, learning to be an efficient listener is similar to learning to be an efficient reader. One can never get the hang of the way of learning without lots of practice. So we need to find as many opportunities as we can for hearing English spoken. Some possible methods such as seeing English films and listening to English songs are available. However, the idea that you can improve your listening skills only by doing this is just wrong. Listening requires not only a broad knowledge but also a good understanding of the context. So we should not put aside our textbooks and tapes. Holding conversations in English with friends can also be useful, which can benefit everyone. In terms of reading, the first and the most important thing is to get a general idea of what is being said. Especially when we are holding an exam, we need to scan the passage first, which helps us form a brief introduction. As it is unnecessary to understand every word in the passage, the most effective way is to underline the supporting sentences, analyze them and try to draw a basis conclusion. After finishing the exam, its essential for us to refer to a dictionary in order to make out all the unknown words. Writing and speaking can not be torn apart. Some students may be drowned in their dream of getting high marks by writing as much as possible. However, one can never learn well unless being physically active. Participating in activities such as debating is of great benefit. Not only can it improve your oral English, but it can raise your courage and bravery as well. Besides, we should also allocate some time to writing and concern ourselves with writing communications. In a word, if we fix our attention on learning and apply the methods mentioned above to practice, we will have a steady improvement. Student D:对于英语的学习, 我认为最重要的是“用心”。1） 在积累上“用心”。掌握一定量的课外词汇很重要。在阅读等篇章练习中，很多同学的正确率不高，这跟理解有密切关系，这归根到底还是和单词的掌握有关。某些单词关系着你对文章内容的整体把握，但这些单词我们从何而知？这就是我们要在平时练习中注意发现自己觉得有用的单词，并将它们记录下来。这样，知道得越多，看文章时也看得也越明白。同时，在写作中我们也可以用这些单词来丰富文章。掌握一些适合自己使用的句型很重要。在英语考试中，对于我来说，时间也还是会比较紧的，这其中主要是作文比较花时间。我认为若平时不先预备好一些句型，到考试时才思考，那么这不仅可能会写不好，而且也不划算。这需要我们在平时要注意积累句型，并思考怎样将它们进行组合，以此作为模板。2）在读书上“用心”。读英语，不只是大声读出以培养语感，更重要的是在文章中留意搭配。我在读英语时是比较留意句中的搭配、句与句之间是怎样连接的。主要是针对语法填空和写作的。对于语法填空，在平时注重复习语法固然重要，但如果我们在平时的读书中能注意好一篇完整的优秀文章中的衔接和介词的用法，那么这比单单一点一点去复习掌握语法知识会更有效。同时，我们也可以借鉴它们，用在写作中。3）在生活上“用心”。英语离我们其实不远。想看电视时，不妨寻找说英语的节目。对于一个高三学生，我们是可以基本明白的。这主要是增强听的感觉。若不看英语节目，也可以听听其它的英语内容。除此以外，在平常也可以令英语更靠近我们。例如，当和别人谈话时，尽管没用英语交谈，但我们可以在心中想想这句话那句话怎样用英语表达。Student E:英语是我在机械的高中生活中得以找到乐趣的科目，当有关英语的东西来了，我的兴趣也就来了，尤其是在考试中，听力就像在听英语电台广播，一篇篇的文章就像是一本包罗万象的杂志，有时让人恍然大悟，有时让人领会人生哲理，有时让人窥探科学奥秘。至于作文，就是一个得以展现自我的舞
