秸秆燃料成型机的原理 生物质成型机是将垃圾、木屑或农作物秸秆及森林采伐剩余物经粉碎、除尘、压缩、定型等工序,压缩成棒状压块的一种固化成型设备。 压缩后的燃料呈块状,体积小,密度大,无任何添加剂。便于储存和运输,使单位面积的燃烧值提高十几倍,产热性与抗炼性与中质煤接近。 该设备采用螺旋预压,活塞冲压,二级压缩工艺,机油强制冷却保证设备润滑解决了普通环模、平模压块机对秸秆的含水量要求较高和成型模具磨损快的不足。该设备具有电能消耗低、生产效率高、机械运行寿命长、维修率低等特点。 成型可替代煤、油等常规能源,广泛应用于生物质发电、工业生产、城镇居民的供热采暖、高档壁炉原料。 成型物料 原料:各种垃圾筛上物、生物质秸秆(牧草、稻草、谷草、麦秸、玉米秸、花生秧、豆秸、树叶、棉籽皮等粗饲料和棉花秸、灌木、林产品下脚料等) 秸秆燃料成型机,采用平模块状与压轮之间挤压力和模孔摩擦力相互作用原理,使物料获得成型。 物料在加工过程中无需加入任何添加剂或粘结剂。秸秆等物料中含有一定的纤维素和木质素,其木质素是物料中的结构简单体,属于苯丙烷型的高分子化合物。具有增强细胞壁、粘合纤维素的作用。木质素属非晶体,在常温下主要部分不容易任何溶剂,没有熔点,但有软化点。当温度达到一定值时,木质素软化粘结力增加,并在一定压力作用下使其纤维素分子团错位、变形、延展,内部相邻的生物颗料相互进行连接,重新组合而压制成型。 工艺流程: 原料收集原料粉碎机械制粒成型装袋销售 根据农作物的收获期不同,要及时大量储存原料,随后粉碎,成型。成型时注意不要随即装袋,因热胀冷缩的原理待冷却 410 分钟后,再装袋运输。 秸秆燃料成型机性能介绍: 一、自动化程度高、产量高、价格低、耗电少、操作简单、移动方便。如无电力设施可用柴油代替。 二、物料适应能力强:适应于各种生物质原料成型、秸秆从粉末状至 60mm 长度之间,含水率 5-30之间,都能加工成型。 三、压轮自动调节功能:利用推力轴承双向旋转的原理自动呢调节压力角度,使物料部挤团、不闷机,保证出料成型的稳定。 四、操作简单实用方便:自动化程度高,用工少,仅需 3 人,使用人工上料或输送机自动上料均可。 五、模盘使用寿命长:该模具采用特种钢材加特殊耐磨材料研制而成,三年内无需更换。秸秆燃料成型机使用说明: 一、操作要求: 1、开机前请先注入齿轮油 25 公斤(一次加油可连续使用 10 以上),加油后拧紧注油孔塞头。 2、认真检查电力线路,预防串点、漏电、确保使用安全。 3、仔细检查机器电机,传动部件连接部位的螺栓,螺丝是否坚固,有无松动现象,以便及时紧固。 4、根据物类的种类设定预热温度玉米、小麦秸秆在 80 到 90之间,花生壳稻壳在 80 到 100之间。 5、开机后先空转一分钟,检查机器转动是否正常,正常时再少量进料,待机器内的余料出净后,才可均匀上料。 6、上料前,请务必注意原料中的坚硬杂物,杜绝石料、铁块等进入料仓以免损坏机器。 每运 7、 行 8 小时须为万向节上的注油空加油一次,一次注油 2-3滴即可。停机前请上少许湿料,以便次日开机后顺利出料。 二、注意事项: 1、使用前请仔细阅读本说明书各项内容,并按照操作规程及先后顺序操作。 2、成型机对水分的要求:玉米秸秆、小麦秸、稻草的含水量在10-30之间均可成型,以 15-20之间为最佳。花生壳、稻壳的含水量在 12-14之间时,成型效果最好。 3、料斗内无料时请勿空转。如因原料水分超过 30发生闷机(不出料)现象时,应及时关闭机器,清理料斗内的湿料,再加入符合要求的原料即可正常生产。 4、听到机器有异常响动时,立即停机检查,严禁取下料斗开机,以防压辊伤人。 秸秆燃料的特点: 成型后的颗粒燃料,比重specific gravity大,体积小,耐燃烧,便于储存和运输。成型后的体积是原料体积的 1/3040,比重是原料的 1015 倍(密度为:0.8-1.4)热值可达 34006000 大卡,是高挥发酚的固体燃料。 附录:外文 Biomass briquetting machine is trash sawdust or crop straw and theforest harvesting residues by crushing dust compression setting andother steps compressed into a rod pressing block of a curing equipment.
