Hair 头发General Standard 总体标准1.1 Hair must be untidy, look presentable & neat.头发必须保持整齐,美观干净。1.2 Female staff with long hair must use the hotel standard hair net. Hair accessories must be a black color and no striking fancy colored are permitted. 女员工长头发必须使用酒店统一标准的发网，发夹只可用黑色的。不允许戴珠光宝器的发饰品。1.3 Hair must be kept off the face and never allow it to fall forward on to the face.发型要符合酒店的标准,不要遮盖脸部及眼睛。1.4No fancy unnatural colored hair.头发不可染刺眼或不自然的色彩。1.5Never touch your hair during service.对客服务时不要接触头发。1.6No fancy jewelry. You are allowed a simple wedding band, a watch and a pair of small ear studs for females.不要佩带耀眼的首饰，只可佩带结婚戒指、手表，女员工可佩带耳钉, 且一只耳朵只可带一个耳钉。1.7No fancy necklaces不要佩带怪异项链。2. Make Up 化妆2.1Female staff should light make-up. 女员工要化淡妆。 2.2 No strong perfume.不可用刺鼻香水。2.3Must be flesh-colored and clear light polish.只可涂抹肉色或透明色指甲油。2.4No black or dark maroon color lip stick. 不可涂抹青色或深褐色的口红。2.5No tattooed eye brow.不准纹眉。2.6No beads, Hair accessories can be a solid color or shining color and match the uniform.不许佩带珠光宝气的装饰品，可带与制服相搭配的暗色或亮色发卡。2.7Acceptable hair accessories are a hairband , a small bow, clip barrette, bun holder.可以佩带发结，小蝴蝶结，小发卡等。2.8Brooch, bracelet, anklets and lip / nose not allowed.不允许佩戴胸针，手镯，脚链，嘴鼻环。2.9No heavy make-up. Only pastel colors skin shades. brilliant lipstick It should be tastefully applied. 化妆要适当,允许化彩妆 要求必须涂眼影，涂粉底 划亮色口红。1. Eye Make Up:眼部化妆Mascara描眉 Female Staff Must Have 女员工必须执行Eye Shadow眼影 Eye Liner眼线. 3. Eyebrow眉毛 Pencil Dark Gray 深灰色All must be nicely trimmed 所有必须有适当的眉形.4. Hair 头发1.1Hair must be clean, neat, tidy and trimmed at or above eye brow, the ears and standard collar line.保持头发干净、梳理整齐，头发长度不可过眉毛,耳及衣领1.2 No premed hair.不准烫发。1.3 No crude cuts, fancy designs hair styles.头发不要过于蓬乱。1.4 No earrings of any sort allowed.不准佩戴耳环及其它小饰品。1.5No strong hair spray, gel, lotion on hair不要在头发上涂抹过多的发胶或发膏2. Face 面部2.1 No beards, goatees, moustaches.男员工要勤刮胡须。2.2 Face must be clean shaven at all times.保持面部清洁。2.3 No beards, goatees, moustaches.不准蓄骆腮胡, 山羊胡及短髭Kitchen Staff 厨房员工标准1.1 Hats must be worn at all times工作时必须佩戴工作帽1.2 Hair must be washed everyday每天必须洗头1.3 Females must wear hairnets女员工必须佩戴发网1.4 No jewelry of any sort allowed不准佩戴任何装饰物1.5 Must wear kitchen shoes/boots必须穿厨房的鞋和靴子Uniform 制服1.1Uniform must be clean 保持制服干净、整洁及纽扣完整1.2The button should be tight, especially on the collar and sleeve.制服上的纽扣要扣牢，尤其是袖口和领口1.3Make sure your tie is smartly tied and properly positioned.领带、领结要求整洁平整、位置端正1.4Name Badge: Should be worn on the left side approximately 2-3 inches below your collar during whole office hour.员工名牌：工作时间必须佩戴在左胸领子以下23寸位置1.5Never roll up the jacket sleeves.衣袖不可卷起1.6Never walk around with the top button of your shirt or the high collar on your jacket undone; Never let your long underclothes show beneath your uniform.当班时不要解开衬衣的第一颗钮扣;内衣裤不可外露。1.7Uniforms should not be worn on the street or to any other place, except work, unless authorized by Management. 制服不可穿出酒店外任何场所，除非得到部门经理的批准。1.8Skirts must always be worn with pantyhose stockings. Plain, skin colour and no runs / no holes. 应穿酒店统一发放的丝袜, 并保证丝袜无抽丝, 无破洞Hand & Odor 手与体味1.1Finger nails should be clean, short, well trimmed. 指甲要干净,短,整齐。1.2Avoid garlic, onions, strong spicy smelling food and strong body smell before reporting to work.工作前要去除口腔或身体的异味，如蒜,葱等刺激性食品或较强的体味。1.3Hands must be washed with soap liquid after each visit to the toilet, before and after meals and handling of food.饭前便后要用洗手液在温水中洗手。Shoes & Jewelry 鞋与饰物1.1No fancy jewelry, you are allowed a simple wedding band, a watch and a pair of small ear studs for females.不要佩戴耀眼的首饰，只可佩戴结婚戒指、手表，女员工可佩戴小耳钉。1.2No necklaces may show outside the uniform.项链不要戴在制服外。1.3Shoes should be polished.保持皮鞋的光亮。Hygiene 个人卫生1.1Bathe and brush your teeth daily.每天洗澡、刷牙。1.2 Wash your hair and keep it clean and dandruff free.清洗头发，保持头发干净，没有头皮屑。1. 3Use deodorant.可使用除臭剂。1.4Use perfume or cologne in moderation. 可使用温和、清淡的香水。1.5Change your underclothes regularly.内衣要经常换洗1.6Never pick your nose and ears in the hotel.不可以在酒店内挖鼻孔；掏耳朵。1.7Turn away from guests and staff when sneeze. Never sneeze near food or drinks.不可对着客人或员工或在靠近食物或饮品的地方打喷嚏。Posture 仪态1.1Always keep your backbone straight and never lean against the wall or the door. 站立时应挺直腰部,不要依靠在墙上或门侧1.2Never walk arm-in-arm with your colleagues in
