于是在2月上旬将货物运到天津 由天津办事处负责订箱装船 不料在货物在天津存仓后的第二天 仓库起火 甘草膏全部焚毁 办事处立即通知内地公司总部并要求尽快补发货物 结果该公司因货源不济 只好要求日商将信用证的有效期和装运期各延长15天 分析要点 我国外贸公司比较习惯使用FOB CFR CIF 但是使用集装箱运输的情况下 船舷 已无实际意义 应尽量使用FCA CPT CIP等贸易术语 如使用FCA内陆城市交货 不仅可以提前转移风险 还可以凭承运人签发的货运单据立即在当地银行结汇 CPT运费付至 指定目的地 运费付至 指定地点 是指卖方向其指定的承运人交货 但卖方还必须支付将货物运至目的地的运费 亦即买方承担交货之后一切风险和其他费用 承运人 是指任何人 在运输合同中 承诺通过铁路 公路 空运 海运 内河运输或上述运输的联合方式履行运输或由他人履行运输 whichtermincludestheresponsibilityforandtheriskofthecarryingoutofcustomsformalities andthepaymentofformalities customsduties taxesandothercharges forimportinthecountryofdestination Such duty hastobebornebythebuyeraswellasanycostsandriskscausedbyhisfailuretoclearthegoodsforimportintime However ifthepartieswishthesellertocarryoutcustomsformalitiesandbearthecostsandrisksresultingtherefromaswellassomeofthecostspayableuponimportofthegoods
