谎言毕竟是谎言，是一种对对方的欺骗，在道义上讲是对对方的不公平，是对对方的一种蒙蔽，善意的谎言虽然是对对方的一种关心和爱护，但是这也要看对方的理解，有些人心里不能接受某些事实，相对来说善意的谎言要对对方是有好处的，但是对另一种来说，他们的心理素质特别好并且有能力去保护自己，那么告诉这种人事实会更有利于解决问题，而不是选择善意的谎言。作为班长，我经常组织班内同学参加一些集体活动，比如篮球比赛、野外拓展训练等活动。让同学们能够在实际的活动中理解到合作的重要性，就像拓展训练中的电网游戏一样，只有大家齐心协力的共同面对困难，共同努力去想办法克服困难，才能获得最后的成功穿越电网。在这个参与的过程会让每个同学认识到合作的重要性，并且都愿意参与进去。我经常阅读重庆市晚报和读者杂志，前者是社会的一种缩影，让我增加了很多社会知识，让我了解到社会的发展情况，懂得很多生活和学习的经验，让我在真正走到社会中去的时候可以很好的面对社会的挑战。后者则是一种浓缩的知识精华，把各种知识用文章的形式表现出来，让我们更快的吸收。选择中广核，我最看重的是集团的发展能否使我实现自身的价值，如果集团不能让我实现自身的价值，那么我选择离开，如果我的努力不能使集团有所发展，那么我也选择离开。事情的发展往往都会或多或少的与自己的计划有所差别，当出现偏差时，我觉得最重要的是要分析出现偏差的原因，从而找出解决偏差的方法，尽最大可能的使现有的发展趋势走向自己的最终努力的目标。每个人都有自己的个人极限，能力的极限，体能的极限等等，有些人面对挑战自己的极限会望而生畏，在他们看来经历了极限是痛苦的。但对我来说，能在自己的能力极限范围内把工作做好，那是一种快乐，时间就像海面里的水，挤一挤总是会有的，相信工作中的每一个人都还没有达到自己的极限，如果领导交给我额外的工作，那么我将尽自己的极限去完成，如果我完成了，那么将是我的最大的快乐，那是一种成功的喜悦，我会选择接受，并且合理的计划时间努力的完成。去单位实习首先第一件事就是要与所要实习的单位负责人联系，安排好实习的一切流程，包括所去的部门、所要了解的信息以及所要学习的内容等等。其次，要制定实习大纲，让每个同学明确实习的目、实习的内容和具体做的工作。这样才会有目标，有了目标才能有一个实际的方向去努力。最后，要做好交通工作和安全工作，比如行车的路线，以及在企业里所要注意的安全事项等等。首先第一个困难是知识的匮乏，当对课题的研究深入，越来越发现知识的匮乏，归因于学习的习惯和对新领域的学习不足，平时学习是一个积累的过程，针对当前的情况，需要从点滴的知识做起，不要放过哪怕是一个词的知识，对知识的梳理也很重要，有了条例才能牢固。其次是个人经济的问题，读研期间深知自己已经长大，要尽量减轻父母的负担，所以我决定自力更生，自己通过代课、助教、兼职企业顾问等手段解决了自己近两年的生活费问题。这也是我自己的一个小小成功。对于我来说，工作永远都是第一位的，如果让我不做工作而去看自己喜爱的节目，我自己是不会体会到乐趣的，因为我有种自责感，娱乐毕竟是娱乐，如果没有工作也就不存在娱乐了，所以我不管在什么情况下都会选择把工作做完后再去娱乐，针对两者冲突的情况下，我会选择先完成作业，让自己的家里人把节目录制下来就可以解决。如果没有这样的工具我会选择看重播或者重网上下载来看。Whats your more interested product in Ingersoll Rand?
