高校体育教育论文:促进阳光体育运动开展的高校体育考核评价研究【中文摘要】本文结合阳光体育运动的特点和要求对普通高校体育考核评价体系进行改革,试图达到推进阳光体育运动开展的。首先,查阅和搜集近年来有关阳光体育运动、高校体育考核评价改革方面的资料,收集一些相关的科研论文和学术论文,为本研究提供理论和方法的支撑。再利用电话或实地访谈的方法,对广西壮族自治区内10所高校的部分教师、学生进行交流。一了解阳光体育运动的开展情况,课外体育活动状况;二调查目前广西普通高校体育教学体系;三征求阳光体育运动背景下的高校体育课程考评体系改革的可行性。最后利用逻辑分析法,对收集的数据和资料,进行逻辑分析和整理。从普通高校课外体育活动的形式、管理模式及学生参与课外体育活动的情况分析普通高校课外体育活动状况;从学校、教师、学生三方面入手分析普通高校开展阳光体育运动中遇见的问题和困难;从普通高校体育课程设置、教学形式、教学内容及方法分析普通高校体育课程的教学体系;通过对普通高校体育课程一般考核评价方法的分析,得出目前高校的体育考核评价存在:对体育考核评价特点、功能、的认识存在偏差;专项运动技能考核评价方法缺乏科学性;体育理论考核评价的不规范性;不重视或缺乏课外体育活动内容的考核评价;忽视对体育能力的考核评价这五个方面的问题。根据以上分析和阳光体育运动的目标制定出阳光体育运动背景下的高校体育课程考评体系。设计体育课程考核评价的内容为体育课堂内的评价占60%,包括体育专项技术(40%)、体育理论素养(10%)、体育态度(10%)三大块。其中体育理论素养包括:体育鉴赏力、制定健身计划能力、常见运动损伤的紧急处理能力。课外评价占40%和奖励分数,包括体质健康测试(15%)、课外体育活动(25%+奖励分数)两大块,其中课外体育活动包括参与课外体育活动的时间、次数、体育能力等方面。体育课程考核评价的方式由诊断评价、过程评价、结果评价、奖励评价组成,具体以定性评价与定量评价相结合、自评与他评相结合方法对以上内容进行评价。其中,体育专项技术的评价要注重学生的个体差异性,肯定学生的努力和进步程度,要有纵向比较,提高学生的自信心。课外体育活动利用体育参与积分的形式建立学生课外体育参与积分卡,进行评价。为鼓励学生发展、提高自己的体育多方面的能力,使课外体育活动逐步走向学生自治,学生在课外参与校内外的体育竞赛的组织工作、裁判工作或以运动员的身份参加比赛,并在竞赛工作中取得优异成绩或获得荣誉称号的可根据具体情况给予适当的奖励加分。在自评和他评的过程中教师要正确引导,指导学生如实评价,并且要注意教师的第一主体评价地位。在广西区内10所高校随机抽取302名在校大学生为对象,对其体育态度、体育、现行体育考核评价模式的合理性、拟定体育考核评价方式、内容的合理性进行调查统计,分析阳光体育运动背景下的高校体育课程考评体系改革的可行性,得出此种改革有利于阳光体育运动的开展,具有可行性。【英文摘要】The thesis, combining the characteristics of sunlight sports, studys on the reformation of P.E. test evaluation system in ordinary universities and aims to promote sunlight sports.Collecting the materials about sunlight sports, the reformation of university P.E. assessment and evaluation in recent years, referring to related research papers, which offer theoretical support for the thesis, meanwhile, the author made an exchange by phone or on-the spot interview with some teachers and students of ten universities of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. By three steps, namely, learning of the development of sunlight sports and extracurricular sports, investigating the present P.E teaching system of ordinary universities in Guangxi, and requesting for some feasible strategies for the reformation of university P.E courses assessment and evaluation system, the paper at last applys logic analysis method to analysing the collected data and materials. The article explors the situation of extracurricular sports activities in ordinary universities by analysing the forms of extracurricular sports, management style and the attendancescondition, and analyses the common problems emerging from sunlight sports activities in ordinary universities from as three aspects as university, teachers and students, as well as studys the teaching system of ordinary universitiesP.E. course from curriculum, teaching form, teaching contents and methods. The analysis on common methods to assessment and evaluation of ordinary universities P.E. course illustrates the five existing problems:deviation of conception in evaluations characteristics, functions, and goals; lack of scientific methods to evaluate specific sports skills; non-standard assessment on theory examination; discounting or lacking extracurricular sports contents; and neglecting the assessment and evaluation on sports ability.According to the above, the paper offers a design of sunlight sports for university P.E. courses assessment and evaluation. The P.E. courses assessment and evaluation consists of three parts:specific skills(40%), theoretical attainment(10%), and the attitude toward to P.E. The theoretical attainment is made up of the ability to appreciate P.E., to make a body-building plan, to handle the emergency of common sports injury. Extracurricular sports assessment takes 40% and rewarded scores, which is composed of Physical Fitness Test(15%) and extracurricular sports activities (25%+ rewarded scores), among which attending time, times, and the ability are included. The methods to P.E course assessment and evaluation consists of diagnostic evaluation, process assessment, result evaluation and reward assessment, in which qualitative evaluation is combined with quantitative evaluation, self-evaluation is attached with others-evaluation. It is underlined that specific skills evaluation considers the difference between students, acknowledges the students intelligence and improvement by Vertical comparison, aiming to improve self-confidence. Extracurricular sports adopts scorecards to evaluate the activity participation. At the same time, students are encouraged to organize sports competition, act as referees or players in a game held inside or outside the university, so as to develop versatile P.E. Abilities. Those who perform outstandingly in a competition and gain an honor will be rewarded by adding an extra score. The teacher should offer a correct guidance in making self-evaluation and others-evaluation, for students to make a fact-statement, and put the the teacher in the subject position as well.s with a randomly selective examination-based on 302 students in ten universities of Guangxi Region, this thesis is to analyse their attitudes, P.E. Functions, the present module of P.E. assessment and evaluation, the formulation of P.E.
