Purpose目的1. Protect the plant from unauthorized people entry and exit.确保只有经过许可的人员才能进出我厂。2. Protect the plant from loss of materials, business secret and other DSPC property.防止我厂资料、商业机密和其他苏州杜邦财产的丢失。3. Protect the visitors from avoidable injuries. Ensure that visitors to DSPC site experience the same safe environment as DSPC employees.保护访客免遭伤害。确保访客在苏州杜邦能体会到和我公司员工一样的安全环境2. Responsibility责任A DSPC employee (host) may authorize a visitor to come on site. The designated DSPC host is responsible for the visitors safety. The host must inform visitors of the safety procedures used in areas to be visited, provided with appropriate protective equipment. Visitors should be taken only into areas where they are involved and should never be exposed unnecessarily to hazards or dangerous areas.苏州杜邦的员工（东道主）可批准一访客进常。苏州杜邦指定的东道主将负责访客的安全。必须告诉访客所参观区域的安全规定，提供适当的个人防护用品。访客只可以带去与业务有关的区域，决不可处在不必要的有害或危险的区域。Security guards control the procedure for the visitor entry/exit. They take responsibility to remind the visitor to read the Safety Rules (see Attachment I) those are printed on the backside of visitor badge before the visitor enters our site. Explain and answer visitors questions on these safety rules.保安控制访客进出的程序。他们有责任提醒访客在进厂前，阅读印在访客证背面的安全规定（见附录一），并解释和回答访客有关这些安全规定的问题。3. Procedure程序1. All personnel and vehicles are required to enter and exit plant through security controlled south main gates.所有人员和车辆进出我厂均需通过保安控制的南大门。2. All visitors are required to sign in and sign out at the main gate. Visitor badge will be provided to the visitors for identification by security guards and DSPC other people. Visitors must go through the electronic gate by visitor badge to enter our plant. All visitors should wear the visitor badge above the waist visibly at any time to identify their status. Our employees have the responsibility to inquiry those people who do not have DSPC visible badge.所有的访客都要求在南大门签进和签出 。保安提供访客证给访客，以便保安和 苏州杜邦其他人员识别。访客必须用访客证由电子门入厂。所有访客任何时候都应将访客证佩戴在腰部以上的明显位置，以便于辨别他们的身份。对于没有明显证件的人员，我们的员工有责任上前询问。3. If the visitor badge is lost, defective or forgotten, the visitor should sign the Log-book at the gate guard after entering and before exiting the main gate.如果访客证遗失、损坏或遗忘了，访客必须在进厂后，出厂前在门卫处的记录本上签出。4. DSPC host must meet visitor from the main gate and escort visitor all the time to prevent visitors wandering in the plant alone. If the visitor is very familiar with our site safety rules and circumstances, they can go to the host s office directly or exit the site by themselves after getting the entry permission by DSPC host. But the DSPC host is responsible for all visitors violations and safety. 苏州杜邦的东道主必须一直陪同访客，防止访客在厂内单独游走。如果访客对于我厂的安全规定和环境非常熟悉，在获得东道主入厂许可后，访客可以由他们自行直接的到东道主办公室。但苏州杜邦的东道主将对访客的所有违规行为和安全负责。5. Visitors vehicle can enter the plant only after getting DSPC management approval by call from GM, DGM, Department Manager, Sourcing Senior Supervisor and Marketing personnel. The above mentioned people must be responsible for visitors vehicle and all violations of visitors vehicle which they approve to enter our plant.访客车辆进入我厂，须经苏州杜邦管理层通过电话批准，他们是：总经理、副总经理、部门经理、采购部高级主管和市场部人员。以上提及的人员必须对他们批准进厂车辆的违规行为和安全负责。6. And all visitors vehicle must stop at the main gate, follow DSPC security registration procedure, be issued a temporary vehicle pass(see Attachment II) and obey DSPC safety driving rules. All vehicles must be checked by security guard before entering our site to assure that vehicles are in good and safe conditions. (See Site Traffic and Security Rules of Administration Of Facility Management)所有访客的车辆必须在大门口停车，遵循苏州杜邦的门卫登记手续，发给“车辆临时通行证”（见附录二），并遵从我公司安全驾驶的规定。所有的访客车辆必须经保安的检查，确认车况良好后方可进厂。 （参见总务管理程序之厂内交通及安全规则）7. When visitors vehicles leaving the plant, the vehicle will be checked by security guards. Any visitors vehicles must not be allowed to exit the plant before effective and authorized material gate pass is provided if any material or equipment will be taken out by the visitor.当访客车辆离厂时，车辆要接受门卫的检查。如果有任何材料或设备由访客带出厂外，必须提供有效的、核准的“物料出门证”，否则车辆不得离厂。8. Visitor can only be taken to the business-related area. Before entering operational area, a prior approval of operation area leader is required.访客只可以到与业务有关的区域。在进入生产区域前，需要先获得生产区域领导的许可。9. Review with visitors all safety procedures posted in special areas before entering operational areas. Make sure that visitors understand the procedures and adhere to them, especially the need to stay in the aisles and out of temporarily marked areas. Provide necessary PPE, such as hard hats, ear-protection equipment, safety glasses and etc. The host should check these PPE to assure they are safe and fit for visitors.进入生产区域前，和访客重申贴在特殊区域的安全规定。确保访客理解并遵守规定，尤其是需要访客呆在走廊或临时划出的区域外的规定。提供必要的个人防护用品，如安全帽、护耳器、安全眼镜等。东道主应检查这些个人防护用品，保证对访客安全、适合。10. No cameras or video recording equipment shall be allowed into plant without getting authorized permission.照相机或摄影器材不得进厂，除非获得批准。11. In the event of building evacuation, the host is responsible for escorting the visitor outside the building and accounting at the muster pointer.在有大楼紧急疏散的情况下，东道主负责陪同访客到大楼外的紧急集合点，并清点人数。3.12 All visitors must follow the plant general safety rules for PPE and traffic.(See DSPC SHE STD)所有访客必须遵守我厂有关个人防护用品和交通的一般安全规定（见苏州杜邦安卫环保标准）4. Children On Site在现场的儿童Children under the age of 16 should not be allowed in areas where hazardous chemicals are in use or hazardous operations are underway. Children should never be left unattended.
