It integrates various recourses of government, finance, media, business to build high-end full-service platform. It has a large number of members with the economic strength 伊朗商会可以提供便利的贸易和商业环境更好地理与政府部门的互动,帮助解决贸易纠纷。Iran Chamber of Commerce may facilitate trade and business environment and help with better interaction with Iran government agencies and resolve trade disputes三、战略协议如下The Strategic Cooperation Agreement甲乙双方经友好协商在平等、互利、自愿的基础上签订战略合作协议，为双方信息资源共享，携手走向共赢打下基础。Both parties through friendly consultation on an equal, mutually beneficial, voluntary basis, sign this strategic cooperation agreement to share information resources and form a basis for win-win. 1、甲、乙双方皆承认对方为自己的贸易战略合作伙伴双方收集研究关于两国贸易、工业、经济相关成果的数据和信息；为两国商会感兴趣的公司或企业提供此类信息；促进两国之间的贸易、经济和工业往来。Both parties acknowledge each other as their strategic partner in trade. Both parties shall collect information and data on trade, industry, economy and relevant results in both countries and provide that information for interested companies or business associations of both countries. They shall promote the contacts between the two countries in trade, economy and industry.2、甲、乙双方并建立长期交流制度化机制，定期举办文化、互访活动，加强双方之间的了解。The two parties shall establish institutionalized mechanisms for long-term exchanges and shall regularly organize cultural visits to enhance mutual understanding. 3、甲、乙定期举行商务会议,交换意见提供最双方新贸易信息，为两国商人投资创造便利和更好的商业环境。Both parties shall held regular meetings to exchange opinions and update trade information to facilitate the businessmen of two countries for better economic environment4、甲方积极欢迎伊朗代表团来中国进行交流访问，推动经济交往。Party A expresses warm welcome to the Iranian delegation to pay a visit for promoting economic contacts. 5、乙方在中国有法律、金融、政策、公益、媒体、教育培训等需求时，甲方应全力提供支持。Party A shall assist Party B in activities, at Party Bs request on law, finance, policies, public welfare, media and educational training,etc. in China 6、战略合作方向具体细则以合作合同为准则。Apecific details of strategic cooperation refer to Cooperation Agreement四、
