The operator should pay attention to self-protection.氦气比空气轻且能令人窒息,操作人员应注意自我防护。2.2 The test site should be dry, lightful, with no airflow or electromagnetic disturbances.试验场地应干燥,光线明亮,无明显的气流和电磁场等外界干扰。2.3 The test site environmental humidity should be less than 75%; the test site environmental temperature shall not be lower than 15.6 when the equipment needs to be vacuumed.试验场地环境湿度应75%,待设备需抽真空时,试验场地环境温度不低于15.6。2.4 All of the components shall be verified that they can withstand the pressure, vacuum or heating during the test.应确认待检设备的所有组件可承受试验过程的增压、保压、真空或加热干燥。2.5 Helium leak test to be carried out prior to hydro-test.氦检漏应在设备耐压试验前进行。2.6 Make sure no dirt on welding seams which may affect the leak test. All open nozzles should be closed. The equipment should be stable when being tested.焊缝表面无可能遮蔽泄漏的污物;检验时,所有敞口管应密闭,设备应稳固。3 Test Procedure检验程序3.1 Mounting and connecting equipment and instruments according to the diagram.按图安装和连接设备与仪器。3.2 The helium leak detector should be preheated before the test and the preheating time shall not be less than 10 minutes; Calibrate the detector with the permeability type standard hole in the test instrument, the instrument sensitivity shall be at least 110-10Pam3/s (=110-9mbarl/s).试验前,检测用氦质谱检漏仪应先通电预热,预热时间不得少于10分钟;使用检测仪所配带的渗透型标准孔进行校准,仪器灵敏度每刻度至少为110-10Pam3/s(=110-9mbarl/s)。3.3 System calibration: after sniff probe and mass spectrometer connected, a system calibration shall be taken prior to leak test. The distance between the sniff probe and the standard leaking hole shall be within 3.2 mm during calibration. The scanning rate shall not exceed the detected leak rate of standard leakage hole, determining the response time of the system and the cleaning time, cleaning time should be as short as possible.系统校准:嗅吸探头与质谱检漏仪连接后,应进行检验前系统校准,校准时,探头嘴与标准漏孔保持在3.2mm以内,对检验系统的扫查速率不应超过能检出标准漏孔泄漏率,确定系统的响应时间和净化时间,净化时间应尽可能短。3.4 Use blank flanges and gaskets to seal all open nozzles.使用盲法兰和垫片封堵所有的接管。3.5 Fill helium into vessel, helium concentration should be greater than or equal to 10% volume concentration. The equipment test pressure shall not be more than 25% of the design pressure or 0.103MP. After reaching the concentration and pressure, close the inlet valve, hold for 30 min under the test pressure.内部充氦气,氦气浓度应10%体积浓度,设备试验压力为不大于设备设计压力的25%或0.103MPa,达到规定的浓度和压力时,关闭进气阀,在试验压力下保压30min。3.6 Sweep the vessel surface by sniff probe, scanning rate shall be according to the scanning rate of system calibration.用嗅吸探头嘴扫过检查表面,要求扫查速率按校准时规定。3.7 During the scanning period, the distance between the sniff probe and the inspection surface shall be kept within 3.2 mm.扫查期间探头嘴与检查表面之间的距离保持在3.2mm以内。3.8 Scanning direction starting from the lowest point of the vessel, and then move upward gradually.扫查方向从容器最低点开始,而后渐进向上扫查。3.9 The vessel can be accepted if the leakage rate of sniff probe detected is no more than 110-6Pam3/s (=110-5mbarl/s). When detected leakage is out of the acceptable range, use color pen to mark the area and test again after repaired.嗅吸探头检测的泄漏量不超过110-6Pam3/s (=110-5mbarl/s),则该容器可验收;当检测到超标的泄漏时,用色笔对泄漏的位置作出标记,卸压后按相关要求返修,返修后重新检测。3.10 All involved inspectors shall sign the report as per AFW/Evonik approved ITP after successful completion of helium leak test.所有相关检验人员需要按照AFW/Evonik 批准的质量检验计划在氦检漏完成后在检验报告上签字。1- Helium mass spectrometer 2-sniff probe detection 3-Vessal 4-Helium 5-Calibration holeAppendix附录氦检漏检验报告HELIUM LEAK TEST REPORT产品名称Product Name产品编号
