编号无锡太湖学院毕业设计(论文)相关资料题目: 基于Pro/E的水果篮注塑模具 设计与仿真 信机 系 机械工程及其自动化 专业学 号: 0923238 学生姓名: 吴洋洋 指导教师: 曹亚玲 (职称:讲 师) (职称: )2013年5月25日目 录一、毕业设计(论文)开题报告二、毕业设计(论文)外文资料翻译及原文三、学生“毕业论文(论文)计划、进度、检查及落实表”四、实习鉴定表无锡太湖学院毕业设计(论文)开题报告题目: 基于Pro/E的水果篮注塑模具 设计与仿真 信机 系 机械工程及其自动化 专业学 号: 0923238 学生姓名: 吴洋洋 指导教师: 曹亚玲 (职称:讲 师) (职称: )2012年11月20日 课题来源本课题来源于生产实际科学依据(包括课题的科学意义;国内外研究概况、水平和发展趋势;应用前景等)(1)课题科学意义随着全球经济的发展,新的技术革命不断取得新的进展和突破,技术的飞跃发展已经成为全世界经济增长的重要因素。市场经济的不断发展,促使工业产品越来越向多品种、小批量、高质量、低成本的方向发展,为了保持和加强产品在市场上的竞争力,产品的开发周期、生产周期越来越短,于是对制造各种产品的关键工艺装备模具的要求越来越苛刻。(2)研究状况及其发展前景国外注塑成型技术在向多工位、商效率、自动化、连续化、低成本方向发展。因此模具向高精度复杂、多功能的方向发展例如:组合模、即钣金和注塑一体注塑、铰链一体注塑、活动周转箱一体注塑;多色注塑等;向高效率、高自动化和节约能源降低成本的方向发展 例如:叠模的大量制造和应用水路设计的复杂化、装夹的自动化、取件全部自动化。21世纪模具制造行业的基本特征是高度集成化、智能化、柔性化和网络化。追求的目标是提高产品质量及生产效率。缩短设计周期及制造周期,降低生产成本,最大限度地提高模具制造业的应变能力满足用户需求。近年来我国通过引进国际的先进技术和加工设备,使塑料模具的制造水平比十年前进了一大步,然而由于基础薄弱、对引进技术的吸收、掌握,尚有一段距离,而且发展也十分不平衡,因而,我国塑料模具总体水平与世界先进技术尚有一定差距。塑料制品在日常社会中得到广泛利用,模具技术己成为衡量一个国家产品制造水平的重要标志之一。国内注塑模在质与量上都有了较快的发展。但是与国外的先进技术相比,我国还有大部分企业仍然处于需要技术改造、技术创新、提高产品质量、加强现代化管理以及体制转轨的关键时期。目前,我国的塑料消费量已居世界首位,但人均消费量仅为工业发达国家的1/7,为工业中等发达国家的1/4,这一方面反映出我们存在的差距,另一方面也展现了我国塑料工业和塑料模具产业巨大的发展空间。研究内容(1)实际测量水果篮的尺寸,用CAD绘制三视图。(2)选用制造水果篮的材料及其性能参数。(3)利用软件建立水果篮塑件的三维实体模型。(4)利用软件生成水果篮塑件的模具。(5)利用PRO/E软件生成模具的开模效果图。(6)设计水果篮塑件模具的分型面、浇注系统、型芯、导向机构、脱模机构并进行校核。(7)根据模具设计手册设计支撑零部件,选择标准模具框架。拟采取的研究方法、技术路线、实验方案及可行性分析 (1)收集相关资料,复习模具设计的相关知识; (2)根据要求画出设计草图; (3)注塑工艺方案的制定; (4)模具总体结构设计; (5)模具零件的设计与计算; (6)注塑设备的选用; (7)绘制装配图和零件图; (8)图纸审核;(9)编写使用说明书和设计计算书。研究计划及预期成果研究计划:实习调研、开题准备、工艺设计和拟定、模具结构设计、编写设计说明书。2012年11月7日-2012年12月25日:查阅论文相关参考资料,填写开题报告书。2013年1月11日-2013年3月5日:填写毕业实习报告。2013年3月8日-2013年3月14日:学习模具设计以及相关知识,考虑设计。2013年3月15日-2013年3月21日:翻译一篇相关的英文材料,规划整体方案。2013年3月22日-2013年4月11日:明确塑件设计要求及批量,计算塑件的体积和质量,注塑机的确定;模具成型零件的工作尺寸有关计算;图表配图设计及相关计算。2013年4月12日-2013年4月25日:Pro/E、CAD绘图。2013年4月26日-2013年5月21日:毕业论文撰写和修改工作。预期成果:本课题旨在通过对显示器外壳产品的模具设计,系统的了解塑料及塑料的成型基本理论,能够正确分析成型工艺对模具的要求。掌握塑件的成型工艺分析方法,能根据塑件的正确使用和工艺要求进行一般的塑件产品设计。掌握各类塑料模具结构特点,零部件设计与计算,具备独立中等复杂的注射模具的能力。了解塑料模具材料的选用和新技术发展等其他知识。培养分析问题以及运用所学知识解决实际工程问题的综合能力。翻译8000以上外文印刷字符或译出约5000左右汉字的有关技术资料或专业文献,内容要尽量结合课题。特色或创新之处水果篮是常见的日常生活用品,但是根据不同的需求,在水果篮的质量逐渐得到了重视同时,其外观也趋于多样化。对于现代的人们而言塑料用品仅仅依靠质量已经不能满足其需要。所以对于生产水果篮的厂家而言加强产品质量的同时,更要设计出新颖外观造型,如此才能吸引更多用户的目光。已具备的条件和尚需解决的问题已具备的条件:大学里已经学习过塑料成型加工工艺、注塑模具的设计,结合日常工作中触及的知识,询问老师和有经验者,同时有部分可参考的同类设计资料及图纸。尚需解决的问题:缺乏设计经验,对于某些复杂零件及工艺步骤需要导师的指导。指导教师意见 指导教师签名: 年 月 日教研室(学科组、研究所)意见 教研室主任签名: 年 月 日系意见 主管领导签名: 年 月 日英文原文 Mold Design and Manufacture The mold is the manufacturing industry important craft foundation, in our country, the mold manufacture belongs to the special purpose equipment manufacturing industry.
