Multimedia Teaching procedures:Step1 . Warming-up(5)1. Review the words .T: Ittime to have class. Good morning class.S: Good morning, teacher.T: OK, What day is it today ?S: Its MondayT: Good, on each Monday, we have English class. Do you know on each Monday, I feel very happy. Because I can see you again and have English class for you. How about you? Are you happy to see me?S: Yes.T: Now, lets start our class. First, let have a review. Step 2. Presentation. (15)T: I want to be your friend. Do you want to know more about me? Do you want to know about my family? ( teach the word of friend)S: Yes, I do.T: OK, I will show a picture for you. This is my family photo. Can you guess who is he /she ?S1: Your mother.S2: Your father.S3: Your grandmother.T: Yes, you are right. You are very clever.T: Now, we will play a game, please listen to me carefully. If I read this word quietly , you should read it louldly, and if I read it loudly, you should read it quietly. Are you clear?S:Yes.T: OK, lets begin.T: Please look at the picture again. Now , please look at these sentences, I want to change them into plural, do you know how to change themS: NoT: It does not matter, I will give you a example.( write it on Bb)This is her friend.These are her friends.That is his sister.Those are his sisters.T: Please do it as the example. OK, who wants to try?S1: These are my parents.T: Yeal, very good.S2: Those are my brothers.T: Great. Now ,please open you book and turn to page 13 and look at 1a. just two minutes to finish it,T: Ok, time is up, lets check the answers.T: Now, I will divide you into two groups , this is group one, and this is group two. Please read these words together.G1: mother ,father.G2: mother ,father.T: Group one is great.T: Then we will do the listening. Please look at 2b and listen to carefully.(play the tape) ok , lets check the answers.T: Now, lets use these words to talk about Daves family in turn.( show the picture ,then ask 1 or 2 students to introduce it )T: Please turn to page 14 to finish 2a and 2b. T: Check the answers.Step 3. Consolidation(13)T: Now please take out you own family photo and ask each other, then I will ask you to come to here and introduce your family for us.
