一、说明本船主要运输矿石及钢材,兼顾煤碳及水泥熟料等货物。航行于长江武汉至宁波中国近海航区及长江A、B级航区。船舶结构首尾为横骨架形式,中部货舱区采用双底双舷、单甲板、纵骨架式形式,所有构件尺寸均按CCS国内航行海船建造规范(2006)要求计算。1、主要尺度设计水线长:LWL107.10米计算船长:L104.10米型宽:B17.5米型深:D7.6米结构计算吃水:d5.8米2、主要尺度比长深比: = = 5.95 5宽深比: = = 2.30 2.5舱口宽度比: = =0.594 0.6舱口长度比: = = 0.833 0.73、肋距及中剖面构件布置:尾#10及#140首肋距为600mm#10#140肋距为700mm本船规范要求的标准肋距为:S = 0.0016L+0.5 = 0.0016104.1+0.5= 0.667 mm 应分别不小于按下列各式计算所得之值:因为L90m 时所以:h=3.0L+400 mm,=3104.1+400=712.3mm t=0.023L+6 mm=0.023104.1+6=8.39mm式中:L船长,m,计算时取值不必大于250m。(5)首尖舱外的舷侧加强(2.15.2) 舷侧为横骨架式时,对于从距首垂线0.15L 至防撞舱壁区域内的舷侧结构,应按下列要求进行加强:1. 当主肋骨跨距不超过9m 时,应沿首尖舱内的舷侧纵桁或开孔平台的延伸线设置间断的舷侧纵桁.2.当舷侧为横骨架式时,开孔平台应符合下列要求:(1) 每一平台的开孔面积应不小于该平台总面积的10%;(2) 开孔平台板的厚度t 应不小于按下式计算所得之值:t=0.023L+5 mm=0.023104.1+5=7.39mm式中: L船长,m;(3) 在开孔平台下,应每隔1
