中国昆仑工程公司将参加2015中国清洁油品技术经济研讨会并将做甲醇制轻烃与炼化一体化的集成应用展望演讲报告中国昆仑工程公司的前身是中国纺织工业设计院,成立于1952年9月,是纺织行业唯一的部属大型勘察设计单位。2000年10月,划归中共中央企业工作委员会管理,2003年4月改由国务院国有资产监督管理委员会管理,2007年7月,重组并入中国石油天然气集团公司,成为其全资子公司。中国昆仑工程公司是集研发、咨询、设计、采购、施工管理、开车指导和工程监理、工程承包等多功能于一体的国际型工程公司。中国昆仑工程公司的业务范围包括石油化工、碳一化工、合成材料、化纤纺织、环境治理、民用建筑等。碳一化工是中国昆仑工程公司的重要业务领域,特别是在甲醇制轻烃领域具有先进的技术,该技术由中国昆仑工程公司和中海油天津化工研究设计院共同开发完成。装置由反应再生、分离单元组成,其中反应分醚化和合成两个单元。主要产品及副产品有:稳定轻烃、液化烃、重油和富甲烷气,其中重油可进一步分离提纯出均四甲苯。产品稳定轻烃低硫、低氮、低苯、低烯烃,可作为国V及未来国VI汽油的优质调和组分;均四甲苯则可作为高端工程纤维和塑料聚酰亚胺的原料,聚酰亚胺由于其优良的耐高温和低温、介电及耐辐射等性能,广泛应用在航空、航天、微电子、纳米、液晶、分离膜、激光等领域。该工艺第一代技术已成功应用于内蒙古丰汇化工有限公司年产10万吨稳定轻烃项目(一期),装置生产稳定、产品质量高,稳定轻烃直供京津等地区。一代技术能耗比国内同类装置低25%。在成功开发第一代技术的基础上,公司进一步优化工艺技术路线,提高能量利用水平,开发完成甲醇制轻烃第二代技术,并已为数家企业完成前期设计工作,装置规模为年产2025万吨稳定轻烃,二代技术能耗比国内同类装置低40%以上。此外,公司正在开发年产50万吨稳定轻烃的移动床工艺技术,预计将于2016年推广应用。工艺技术特点:(1)采用醚化和轻烃合成两步法,反应器装填不同催化剂,催化剂投资费用低。(2)由于采用两步法,可针对不同反应阶段及其反应机理,分别最优控制反应条件,操作条件整体更加温和,产品质量稳定。(3)采用热壁式反应器,提高装置运行稳定性、可靠性。(4)采用多重手段控制反应温度,防止飞温发生。(5)反应、再生采用多重隔离措施,生产尽量实现全自动化,操作安全、方便。(6)再生周期2226天,再生时间34天。(7)甲醇转化率高(99.99%),产品液收高(36.1%),处于国际领先水平。(8)采用高效换热器,能量梯级利用,全装置能量集成、优化换热网络,装置能耗处于国际领先水平。(9)装置操作相对简单,开停车及生产负荷调整容易。随着油品的升级和环境压力的提升,如何生产清洁的汽油调和组分?新技术与原有炼化一体化装置又该如何结合?中国昆仑工程公司将参加2015中国清洁油品技术经济研讨会并将做甲醇制轻烃与炼化一体化的集成应用展望演讲报告。CKCEC will attend China Oil Products Upgrading Conference 2015 and give the presentation “Integrated application prospect of methanol to stable hydrocarbon technology and refining-chemical integration”.China Kunlun Contracting and Engineering Corporation (CKCEC), whose predecessor is China Textile Industrial Engineering Institute (CTIEI), was incorporated in September, 1952 and used to be the only large survey and engineering unit under Ministry of Textile Industry. The Company was put under the Enterprise Work Commission of the Central Committee of CPC in October, 2000 and under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council in April, 2003. The Company restructured and merged itself into China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) in July, 2007 and has become CNPCs fully-capitalized subsidiary ever since.As an international engineering company integrating various functions of R & D, consultation, design, procurement, construction management, start-up instruction, project supervision, project contracting, etc, CKCECs business scope covers petrochemical, C1 chemical, synthetic material, chemical fiber/textile, environment protection and civil architecture, etc. C1 chemical engineering is CKCECs focused area. CKCEC and CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research & Design Institute (TCRDI) have jointly developed methanol to stable hydrocarbon technology (MTHc). The process of the MTHc consists of reaction, regeneration and separation unit, wherein the reaction unit consists of etherification and synthesis unit.Main products and by-products are: Stable hydrocarbon, liquefied gas, heavy oil and methane-rich gas. The heavy oil can be further purified to get durene. The Stable hydrocarbon product which contains low sulfur, low nitrogen, low benzene and low olefins, is suitable for high quality blending component of national V and VI gasoline. Durene can be used as raw material for high-grade engineering fiber and plastic polyimide. Due to the excellent resistance of high temperature and low temperature, dielectric, radiation resistance, etc, the polyimide is widely used in aviation, aerospace, microelectronics, nanotechnology, LCD, separation membrane, laser and other fields.The first generation MTHc technology has been successfully used in Inner Mongolia Fenghui Chemical Co. Ltd. 100,000 t/a MTHc plant (phase I). The production is stable and high quality, which is sold to Beijing, Tianjin, etc. The energy consumption of the first generation MTHc technology is 25% lower than other domestic MTHc technologies. Based on successful development of the first generation technology, CKCEC has already optimized the MTHc technology and completed the second generation of MTHc technology by improving energy utilization efficiency. In addition, CKCEC has completed front-end engineering design for several companies. The design capacity of these processes is 200,000 to 250,000 tons stable hydrocarbon product per year. The energy consumption of the second generation of MTHc technology is 40% lower than other domestic MTHc technologies. And the same time, CKCEC is developing an annual output of 500,000 tons of stable hydrocarbon moving bed technology. This technology is expected to be applied and popularized in 2016.Technical characteristics:(1) The technology has two steps including etherification and synthesis, and different catalysts have been loaded in reactors. The cost of catalyst is much lower.(2) As a result of two steps, the reaction conditions can be optimized according to different stages and its reaction mechanism. The operation conditions become more moderate and the product index become more stable.(3) The hot-wall reactor has been used to improve process stability and reliability.(4) Using multiple methods to control temperature and prevent temperature runaway from occurring.(5) The reaction and regeneration using multiple isolation measures to achieve fully automated, operation becomes more safe and convenient consequently.(6)The regeneration period is 22-26 days; the regeneration time is 3-4 days.(7) High methanol conversion rate (99.99%) and liquid yield (36.1%), which reached international advanced level.(8) Application of efficient heat exchanger, energy
