ordisclosedtothirdpartieswithoutpriorconsentfromLearCorporation 线束制造讲义插端子的基本要决 1 取连接器 检查锁止片是否开启 2 观察连接器是否防水 以于确定端子是否带密封塞 3 取支路 同时检查端子和电线是否有损坏 4 观察连接器的孔位形状 孔位大小 孔位深度 以识别端子的大致形状 5 观察连接器孔位内部的锁止机构和端子的锁止部位 确保支路正确的插入连接器相应的孔位 防止线交叉 插入端子时 要听到一声清脆的响声 并轻拉电线检查端子是否锁止 即一插二听三回拉 如果不松开表明端子已锁止 如有异常 报告领班或质检员 对于有闭口管或护套的分支 将支路穿入相应的护套或管 并注意不要损伤护套 管或支路 4 将连接器调整到配线板上目视辅助
