/ /浅析未来我国新兴建筑材料发展的新方向中英文Analyses the new direction of the future development of Chinas new building materials目前,我国对新兴建筑材料的研发处于一个快速增长期。随着近些年来我国国民经济的逐步兴起,在各种因素的推动之下。各地不断涌现出各类科技含量较高的新兴建筑材料。因为原有的一些建筑材料的各类性能已经不能适应目前社会的建筑发展的未来综合发展方向。所以说,新型建材的兴起是必然的;对新型建材的开发也是十分有必要的。平均每年新开工的工程项目有许多,新兴建筑材料的应用也就会越来越多。人们在现有条件之下,对建筑材料的选择条件同过去有了很大的不同。不再像过去一样,片面地只追求对成本的控制和一些其他重要经济因素。还更多地考虑到了与自然环境的和谐共融、高性能、直至节能环保、功能多样化和智能化等种种和未来相关行业发展密切息息相关的因素。但是一些总体的原则是变化不大的,主要有以下三点:安全性、经济性和节能环保性。所以,总体上新兴建材的发展应该从实际角度出发。以建筑的具体需求和其他各类因素相结合,完成从老旧建材到新型建材的完美转变;跟上未来相关行业的发展趋势,满足工程实际建设的需要。At present, our country of new building materials research and development in a rapid growth.
