人民教育出版社 八年级(下册) 畅言教育Unit 3 Could you please clean your room?Section B蚌埠高新教育集团实验中学 杨娜教学模式介绍探究式教学模式是指在教学过程中,要求学生在教师指导下,通过以“自主、探究、合作”为特征的学习方式对当前教学内容中的主要知识点进行自主学习、深入探究并进行小组合作交流,从而较好地达到课程标准中关于认知目标与情感目标要求的一种教学模式。其中认知目标涉及与学科相关知识、概念、原理与能力的掌握;情感目标则涉及思想感情与道德品质的培养。探究式课堂教学模式的教学环节:创设情境启发思考自主(或小组)探究协作交流总结提高Period 1设计思路说明【创设情境】用提问的方式引导学生回答问题,学习生词进而知晓本课时所学主题“做家务”。并且继续学习家务的表达方法:do the dishes/ fold your clothes/ take out the trash/ clean the floor/ make the bed/ do the laundry/ clean the bike 并学会给出以下问题答案:Do you help your parents do the chores at home?Do you always ask your parents to do a lot of things for you?Do your parents ask you to do a lot of things for them?【启发思考】 启发学生思考家长和孩子可以各自为彼此做些什么【自主或小组探究】熟练使用目标语言进行练习,并能自主地从中学有所得。【协作交流】 用本单元主要句型同桌或者小组练习对话【总结提高】 通过习题练习反馈所学知识教材分析单元教学内容话题: Could you please clean your room? 功能: 1、讨论家务活的种类2、掌握日常与父母的交际对话语言结构:1、句型:Do you help your parents do the chores at home? I can .2、新词汇:Verbs of chores, provide, depend, independence 3、Grammar focus: Do you help your parents do the chores at home?Do you always ask your parents to do a lot of things for you?Do your parents ask you to do a lot of things for them? I could do the dishes/ fold your clothes/ take out the trash/ clean the floor/ make the bed/ do the laundry/ clean the bike 教学目标【知识与能力目标】1. 知识目标:(1)掌握句式Couldyoupleasedothings? (2)初步了解情态动词could的用法。 (3)掌握短语如dothedishes,sweepthefloor等。2. 能力目标:(1)运用目标语言Couldyoupleasedothings?Yes,sure./Sorry.来进行征求 对方的意见和应答形式。 (2)充分运用两人活动和小组活动进行听、说训练,提高听、说水平。【过程与方法目标】直观教学法、情景教学、任务型教学法【情感态度价值观目标】要求学生通过学习,能亲自参与家务劳动实践应用。教学重难点【教学重点】本单元重点学习如何礼貌地发出请求。【教学难点】情态动词could表示委婉的语气提出请求而非过去时态是本单元的难点课前准备多媒体设备、电脑教学过程1、 创设情境1. Given some situations on PPT and ask students to fill the blanks to brainstorm the chores they learned.2. The answer would be :do the dishes/ fold your clothes/ take out the trash/ clean the floor/ make the bed/ do the laundry/ clean the bike. These can help students to revise what they learned.2、 启发思考1. Ask students some questions and let them think about it carefully: Do you help your parents do the chores at home?Do you always ask your parents to do a lot of things for you?Do your parents ask you to do a lot of things for them?2. Give some samples and encourage students to think more answers.三、自主或小组探究1. Use the phrases in 1a to make conversation.2. Work in pairs to make conversations using:“Could you ? ” or “Could I ?” between a child and a parent.3. Invite several pairs to show their conversations.4. Homework教学反思本节课的内容主要在于让学生能学习新单词和情态动词could的运用,陈述句,否定句,疑问句以及回答,同时本科是主要讨论了一些重要活动的准备工作和家务的工作种类,要注重教导孩子们在日常与父母交流对话的礼貌用语等。Period 2设计思路说明【创设情境】用提问的方式引导学生回答问题”Should parents ask their children to do chores?” 引入本课时的新课内容。【启发思考】 启发学生思考可以为父母做哪些家务,从家务中可以有何收获以及如何让做家务变得有趣,从而为学生为阅读前做好铺垫。【自主或小组探究】阅读两封信,并教授阅读策略-如何快速略读获得信息,训练学生对文中信息筛选、判断及归纳能力。精读课文完成书上练习。【协作交流】 先引导学生讨论学生是否应当承担家务劳动并列出各自的观点及表述,然后训练学生利用所给语句进行书信的续写,陈述自己的观点、发表议论。【总结提高】 通过习题练习反馈所学知识教材分析单元教学内容话题: Could you please clean your room? 功能: 1. 讨论家务活的种类2. 讨论是否应该在家中承担家务语言结构:1. 句型:(1) They should spend time on schoolwork in order to get good grades and get into a good university.(2) Children these days depend on their parents too much.(3) Doing chores helps to develop childrens independence and teaches them how to look after themselves.2. 新词汇:provide, depend, independence, develop, fairness, a waste of, in order to, as a result, agree with教学目标【知识与能力目标】1. 知识目标:(1)Learn to make a polite request and ask for permission. Enable students to understand the main idea of the passage by skimming and show the different opinions.【教学难点】Learn how to find the main idea of the passage by skimming and say their opinions about doing chores.课前准备多媒体设备、电脑教学过程一、创设情境Ask students a question “should parents ask their children to do chores?” to arouse their interest.二、启发思考Get students to think about some questions: Is it cool to make kids do chores?, Do your classmates have any house chores?, What can your classmates learn from doing chores? and How can you make chores more fun?.三、自主或小组探究1. Pre-readingHave students discuss the questions in 2a in groups and write down their opinions.Ask each group to report their results. Then have students read the passage and see which opinion is the same as theirs or different from theirs.2. While-readingHave students skim the passage and find out the main ideas of each letter. Then ask some students which opinion they agree and disagree.Ask students to scan the letters and find out the pros and cons about kids doing chores. Call some students to report their results and check the answers in class. Then have them fill in the chart in 2c.Ask students to read the letters again and list the important phrases and sentences. Then ask the students to guess their meanings. Explain some things they dont understand.Have students read the phrase in 2d and check their own phrases they listed. Ask several students to find the phrases in 2d from the letters and read them aloud. Then have students write one sentence with these phrases in 2d.Call some students to say their sentences in class.3. Post-readingHave students read the questions in 2e. Then ask them to discuss the questions in groups.Ask each group to list each students opinion and choose one in common.Ask each group to say the answers in class.四、协作交流1.
