process specification describes application of vacuum and oil filling for 35kV and above transformer excluding earthling transformer it also includes the oil requirement in different phases 2 3 准备准备 Preparation 3 1 将真空连管连接到油枕顶部或瓦斯继电器接口处 并检查密封 确保不漏气 Connect conservator or gas relay with vacuum pipes and check for leakage 3 2 抽主体时真空连管直径应尽量大 至少为 50mm The internal diameter of vacuum pipe shall be never less than 50mm 3 3 查明油箱及油枕所能承受的真空度 若无特殊说明所有 35kV 及以上变压器的油箱和油枕均可承受全 真空 Check the level of vacuum tank and conservator are able to withstand All 35kV and above transformer tank and conservator are able to withstand full vacuum unless otherwise stated 3 4 检查变压器上各个阀门的开关是否处于要求的位置 Check the state of all valves 3 5 检查真空机组电 水 气供应正常 Check that electricity water and gas supply are OK 3 6 检查变压器油箱和有载开关上联接开关储油柜的法兰兰已经联通 Check there have been a pipe between transformer and the flange on top changer for conducting top changer to top changer conservator 4 工艺过程工艺过程 Procedure 4 1 启动真空机组抽真空 and record starting time 4 2 抽真空的最初 10 分钟初步检查油箱及管路有无明显泄漏 Give the tank and pipes preliminary check for apparent leakage in initial ten minutes after applying vacuum 4 3 查看油箱是否变形 并及时处理 Check that the tank is free of deformation If any deformation the tank shall be repaired as soon as possible 4 4 抽真空到 0 6mbar 时停止抽真空 关闭机组与油箱之间的阀门试漏 停机 10 分钟后记录第一 次压力 P1 再过 60 分种记录第二次压力 P2 以设计的总油量作为容积 V 按下面公式计算泄漏 率 L 要求 20mbar L s 否则 重新检漏 When the vacuum reaches 0 6mbar stop vacuum Close the valve between vacuum system and tank wait for 10 minutes then record pressure P1 After 60 minutes record pressure P2 Calculate the leakage rate L which shall be 20mbar L s L V x P2 P1 3600 Where V total oil amount according to design specification When L is more than 20mbar L s try to locate leakage points 4 5 油样要求见油样标准 The oil can not be filled into the transformer until the temperature of oil reaches between 60 75 For quality of oil sample refer to relevant standard 4 7 注油过程中始终保持油箱内真空压力 1mbar 否则应暂停注油 the tank shall remain less than 1mbar Otherwise stop filling oil 4 1 4 8 若从油枕顶部抽真空 油位一直注到油枕油表的 1 22 3 但是破空后油位应保证在当时油箱内 油温相 对应的位置 If vacuum is applied to the transformer at the top of conservator fill 以不抽出变压器油为限 If vacuum is applied to the transformer through main tank gas relay fill oil to the level 100 150mm lower than tank flange Make sure insulation parts are fully immersed in oil 4 10 注完油后继续抽真空至少 2 小时 停机并保持到装配附件时为止 After oil filling continue applying vacuum After vacuum is applied for 2 hours stop Pump and keep vacuum till assembly accessories 4 3 4 11 装附件后补加油 从主体呼吸器处抽真空 220kV 及以上要求真空 2mbar 110kV 及以下要求 真空 10mbar 从上部注油阀补加油 若无此阀可从散热器上部阀门注油 After accessories are fitted apply vacuum through main breather 220kV and above vacuum 2mbar 110kV and below vacuum 10mbar When the vacuum reaches required pressure fill oil through oil filling valve at the top If no oil filling valve fill oil through the valve at the top of radiator 4 4 4 12 油枕抽真空前必须打开油枕顶部的小阀门 保持胶囊内外压力平衡 破空时从主体呼吸器处缓 慢进行 防止胶囊破裂 If vacuum is applied to the transformer with conservator fitted the small valve at the top of conservator must be opened to equalize the pressure inside and outside rubber bag Release vacuum slowly through breather to avoid rubber breaking 4 13 因开关油量少 注油时流量建议调节在 1000 升 小时以下 Due to the fact that tap changer only requires small amount of oil the flow rate shall be controlled to below 1000L 页数 4 5 4 14 对于 220kV 及以上变压器注完油后应立即对主体进行循环滤油 上进下出以最快的速度滤 4 5 油 油温 控制在 65 75 度 循环滤油 3 遍 滤油时有条件应加装呼吸器 For 220kV and above transformer the main tank shall be oil circulated immediately after oil filling When circulating oil the oil temperature shall be controlled at 65 75 and oil shall be circulated 3 times If available fit breather for oil circulation 4 15 安装散热器后补加油 In order to adjust oil level after fitting radiators 若油位在箱沿下 100 150mm 处先打开散热器所有上部阀门抽真空 边抽真空边开始从上部注油阀门 注油 同时每隔 3 5 分钟缓慢打开一个散热器的下部阀门 尽量使油位一直保持在原来的水平 If the oil level is 100 150mm lower than tank flange Open all valves at top of radiators before applying vacuum Fill oil through top oil filling valve over applying vacuum During this period open the valve at bottom of radiators at intervals of 3 5 minutes to make the oil level retain the original level 若油位在油枕 打开散热器上部放气塞再缓慢开启下部阀门 到出油为止 当所有散热器充满油后再从上 部注油阀补加主体油到油枕油表 6 7 或玻璃管 2 3 的位置 但是破空后油位应保证在当时油箱内油温 相对应的位置 If the oil is at the conservator level Remove the air release plug at the top of radiators then open bottom valve When the oil spills it can be considered that all radiators are full of oil Then fill the main tank with oil through top oil filling valve until the oil indicator for conservator shows 6 7 or to the level at 2 3 of glass tube the oil should reached the level which is relative with oil temperature after aerating 4 16 主体排油后再注油 Oil re filling 主体全部排空后注油前必须先抽真空 参照 4 5 项 但 For re oil filling after full evacuation of oil vacuum must be applied as described in item 4 5 but 1 1mbar 的保持时间改为至少 12 小时 Duration with 1mbar for minimum 12 hours 2 注油速度
