Module 9 Animals in danger Unit 1 We need to protect animals Part 1Analysis of the teaching material The content of this unit is about protecting animanls in danger .Animals are always students favourite and the lesson can arouse students interest easily . However , there are too many new words and expressions in the dialogue ,in spite of a structure - infinitive, which is not only important for students , but also quite difficult to learn .So its not easy for students to learn all these words ,expressions and grammar in one step . Therefore, teachers have to design the teaching procedure carefully and skillfully! (camel)3)What color is a tiger?(orange) What about the bear?(brown )4) Who is the tigers cousin?5)What animal do you like best?Panda/whale/tiger- But they are now in danger .We must protect themStep 3 Teach new words (T1) whale 鲸 camel 骆驼 orange 橙色 brown 棕色 ,褐色 cousin 堂(表)兄弟姐妹 danger 危险 protect 保护Step 4 Complete the quiz with the words in the box(T1) 1.
