CARB Circular roller bearingCARB Circular roller bearing is a compact single-row automatic aligning roller bearing and has symmetrical roller with long and slightly arc surface. Raceway of inner ring and outer rings is concave globoidal and is symmetric to center of bearing. Fit between optimized raceway and roller contour surface can make load of bearing evenly distributed and lowers friction of running. Roller can be automatically guided. Whether inner ring has axial displacement and/or alignment error for angle of axis exists or not in relation to outer ring, it can be at a position making a load evenly act on whole roller. Axial displacement can be made between inner ring and outer ring, which can accurately set radial internal clearance. CARB bearing adopts advantages and abandons shortcomings and integrates advantages of short cylinder roller bearing, spherical roller bearing and needle roller bearing. It can bear ten times of angular alignment error allowed by short cylinder roller bearing, taper roller bearing or needle roller bearing, one hundred times of axial displacement allowed by spherical roller bearing, and its bearing capacity is improved by 30% compared with the firmest designed roller bearing. Use of CARB bearing can reduce size and weight of machine and manufacturing cost. It can increase reliability of machines, lower maintenance cost and improve performance. Bearing capacity of such bearing is very high: even under the situation of alignment error for angle of axis or axial displacement. It is mainly used for work condition bearing radial load. Such bearing is designed to be specially used as bearing at floating end. CARB bearing can allow smaller and lighter bearing configuration and provides same or even better performance. So such bearing can be reliably operated and has long service life. However, its worth noting that CARB bearing does not bear axial load in design, both inner ring and outer ring must be positioned. CARB bearing is typically applied in following: bearing at free end of steam heating dryer in papermaking machinery industry, guide roller bearing of guide apparatus of continuous caster, output shaft bearing of automobile transmission gear box, bearing of industrial gearbox, bearing of crank shaft for racing-motorcycle, supporting bearing of propeller shaft for ships, supporting bearing at free end of largesized crusher, bearing of screw compressor, rotor shaft bearing of fan and motor and bearing of wood chipper etc. With excellent performance of CARB bearing being widely recognized, CARB bearing can be often seen or used in more work sites. CARB bearing has sealing type and non-sealing types: non-sealing structure includes bearing with cage and full complement roller bearing. Bearing capacity of full complement roller CARB bearing is slightly higher than that bearing with cage. These two types provide bearing with cylindrical bore and taper bore. CARB bearing with taper bore can be fit with clamping sleeve or withdrawal sleeve to be installed on optic axis or stepped shaft. Sealing ring is set at both sides of sealing type CARB bearing, long service life lubricant grease is filled in it without maintenance. Dimension of CARB bearing is in accordance with standard of ISO15. Dimension of clamping sleeve and withdrawal sleeve is in accordance with standard of ISO2982-1. CARB bearing is manufactured according to common-grade tolerance and is radial clearance of common group. Most of its model No. can provide bigger clearance of C3 group. Smaller clearance of C2 group or bigger clearance of C4 or C5 group also can be provided according to actual demand of customers.Except full-roller bearing, according to different size, following standard cage are installed for CARB bearing: Window type stamped steel cage, roller guide without suffix; Window type brass cage, roller guide, suffix M; Turned brass cage r, inner ring guide, suffix MB.
