亚化咨询:中国页岩气勘探开发技术装备国产化进展 作者: 日期:亚化咨询:中国页岩气勘探开发技术装备国产化进展2015-3-2在企业和科研机构的不懈努力下,过去一年中国在页岩气地球物理、钻井、完井、压裂改造等技术方面不断取得突破,使得气田勘探开发效率和经济性不断提高。水平井单井成本从1亿元下降到5000-7000万元,钻井周期从5-7个月缩至2-3个月,最短的只需33.66天。目前,中国具备了3500米以浅水平井钻井及分段压裂能力,自主研发的压裂车等装备已投入生产应用,连续油管工艺和桥塞等页岩气开发核心技术均实现国产化。中国已经成为继美国和加拿大之后,第三个使用自主技术装备进行页岩气商业开采的国家。页岩气勘探与评价2014年5月,由重庆市地质矿产研究院构建的综合地质评价体系已用于渝东南五峰组-龙马溪组页岩的有利区划分和页岩气资源潜力估算。同时,该院研制的页岩气现场含气量测定仪成功应用于重庆地区页岩气井的现场测试。截至2014年12月中旬,川庆物探通过页岩气地球物理技术研究成果提供的36口页岩气井,经钻探31口获气,获气概率达86%。其中阳201-H2井日产气43万立方米,宁201-H1井日产气13万立方米,该技术起到了支撑页岩气勘探开发的作用。钻井、完井及配套技术与设备2014年,中石化江汉石油工程与江钻公司联合研制了新型的PDC钻头,该钻头能够与国产LWD地质导向技术和国产螺杆完美结合,堪比国外的旋转导向技术。同年,江汉石油工程公司在涪陵焦石坝工区首次应用连续油管光纤产气剖面测试技术获得成功,弥补了单转子式测试工具无法清晰判断各种流体及流速的缺陷。2014年川庆钻井液公司在钻井液技术上取得重大突破。2014年5月,该公司研发的页岩气油基钻井液首次在威204H1-2井进行现场测试,随后该技术在11口页岩气井中应用,打破了国外公司的垄断。公司开发的优快水基钻井液技术则成功用于威远区块第二轮钻井,平均钻井周期63.1天,比第一轮钻井周期下降了28.05%。2014年9月,华菱衡钢研发的具有双密封性特殊扣套管于在湘西页岩气区块顺利下井,该产品满足了复杂地质条件下页岩气开采的性能需求。2014年10月,中石化研制的桥塞及其配套技术在重庆涪陵页岩气田商用成功,标志着中国页岩气开发核心技术装备制造完全摆脱对外国公司的依赖,全面实现国产化。压裂技术及设备2014年3月,中石化石油工程机械有限公司第四机械厂自主研制的世界单机功率最大的3000型压裂的车,首次在重庆南川县页岩气压裂现场投入使用。该装备比其他压裂车工作效率高20%以上,易损件寿命提高20%以上。2014年10月,石油工程学院微孔高效套管承压堵漏技术首次在中石化涪陵页岩气田焦页14-1HF井成功应用。该技术摆脱了对外依赖,为保障产能建设提供了强有力的技术支撑。此外,2015年1月,中石化涪陵页岩气田首座智能化集气站焦页5号集气站正式实现全面智能化24小时无人值守运行,满足了页岩气大规模开发增速提效的需要。亚化咨询认为,2020年中国页岩气产量达到300亿方的目标将为中国的页岩气配套技术、工程服务和装备制造业带来巨大的市场机遇。技术和装备的国产化将降低页岩气勘探开发的成本,而成本的降低加强页岩气的竞争力与市场空间,又将带来更多的勘探开发动力以及对国产化技术和装备的需求,形成良性循环,中国整个能源化工产业都将因此受益。第五届中国页岩气开发与利用研讨会将于2015年3月19-20日在上海召开。中国页岩气勘探开发技术和装备的国产化进展将是会议探讨的重要内容。ASIACHEM: China Shale Gas Technology & Equipment Localization Progress2015-3-2Under th effort of enterprises and scientific institutions, in the past year, China continuously gain breakthrough in shale gas geophysics, well drilling, well completion and fracturing reformation etc. technologies, which make gas field exploration & development efficiency and economical efficiency continues improve. Horizontal well single well cost reduces from 100mn CNY to 50-70mn CNY. Drilling period has shorten to 2-3 months from 5-7 months, with the shortest one which only spends 33.66 daysCurrently, China has 3500 meters and less shallow horizontal well drilling and staged fracturing ability. Independent R&Ds fracturing trucks etc. devices have put into application. Coiled tubing technology and bridge plug etc. key techniques respectively realized localization. China has become the third country use independent technology and device to do shale gas commercial exploitation, just behind US and Canada.Shale Gas Prospection & EvaluationIn May, 2014, comprehensive geological evaluation which is structured by Chongqing Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources has used to Southeast Chongqing Fm-Wufeng-Longmaxi shales benefit area differentiate and shale gas resources potential evaluation. Meanwhile, gas content tester developed by this institute has successfully applied in Chongqing Area shale wells field test.Up to the middle December, 2014, 31 of 36 shale gas wells which through SCGC shale gas geophysical technology research findings got gas, the probability of 86%. Among, Yang-201-H2 Well shale gas production is 430,000m3/d, Ning-201-H1 Well shale gas production is 130,000m3/d. The technology have played an important role in supporting shale gas exploration & development Well Drilling, Well Completion and Matching Techniques and DevicesIn 2014, Sinopec Jianghan Petroleum Engineering and Kingdream Public Co., Ltd. joint R&D new type of PDC drill. This drill can perfect combine with LWD geology steering technology and localization screw, and it is comparable with abroad spin orientation technology. In the same year, Jianghan Petroleum Engineering first applied coiled tubing fiber optic gas producing profile testing technology in Fuling Jiaoshiba Work Area and succeeded, which make up single rotor type test tools fault which cannot clearly see and judge each fluid and flow speed.In 2014, Chuanqing Drilling Fluid Technology Service Co. achieved major breakthrough in drilling fluid technology. In May, 2014, the company R&Ds shale gas oil based drilling fluid first did field test in Wei 204H1-2 Well. After that, the technology is applied in 11 shale gas wells, and break foreign countries monopoly. The company R&Ds excellent and fast water based drilling fluid technology successfully applied in Weiyuan Block Second Round drilling, the average drilling period is 63.1 days, reduce 28.05% than the first round.In September, 2009, Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co., Ltd. R&Ds special buckle casing which has double sealing smooth down to the wells in Xiangxi Shale Gas Block. The product meets the characteristics demands of shale gas exploitation under complicated geological conditions.In October, 2014, bridge plug and its matching technology, which is R&D by Sinopec, successfully used in Chongqing Fuling Shale Gas Field, suggest that China shale gas development key technology and device manufacture completely get rid of the reliance of foreign countries, wholly realize localization.Fracturing Technology and DevicesIn March, 2014, SJ Petroleum Machinery Co., Sinopec independent R&Ds 3000 Level fracturing truck which has the world largest single machine efficiency first applied in shale gas fracturing scene which is located in Chuannan County, Chongqing. The device has 20% efficiency higher than other fracturing trucks, and the consumables lifetime increases more than 20%.In October, 2014, Petroleum Engineering Institute micro porous high efficiency casing pressure-bearing and sealing technology first and successfully applied in Jiao Shale 14-1HF Well, Sinopec Fuling Shale Gas Field, which get rid of the reliance of other countries, and give strong technology support to secure capacity.In addition, in January, 2014, Jiao Shale No. 5 Gas Gathering Station, Sinopec Fuling Shale Gas Field first intelligentialize gas gathering station, formally realize 24h unattended operation, meet the need of shale gas large scale development speed up and efficiency increase.ASIACHEM believes that, aim of China shale gas output that will r
