ST-903锅炉房烟囱吊装方案(The lifting plan of ST-903 boiler house chimney)1、 吊装简介:Lifting instruction(1)ST-903锅炉房烟囱安装位置为锅炉房北面,其吊装前摆放位置见吊装示意图。到货状态为分体,共8节,每节5米。现已将最底端一节烟囱安装就位于烟囱基础上,剩余7节焊接在一起,焊接后烟囱总长为35米,总重为8.4吨。ST-903 boiler house chimney locate at the north of boiler house , the position of chimney see to lifting sketch, when it is delivered, they are 8 parts, every part is 5m. Now the first part has been put in position. The other 7 parts is welded together, the total length is 35m, and the total weight is 8.4T.(2) ST-903锅炉房烟囱采用SCC1000C液压履带起重机与QY50V汽车式起重机进行抬吊。SCC1000C液压履带起重机为主机,用于烟囱的整个吊装过程;QY50V汽车式起重机为副机,用于烟囱的辅助吊装。We use SCC1000C hydraumatic crawler crane and QY50Vcrane for lifting work. SCC1000C hydraumatic crawler crane is main lifting crane, and the QY50V crane is auxiliary lifting crane. (3) 吊装ST-903锅炉房烟囱前,由赛吉满公司给予协调将吊车占位场地平整夯实。Before we lifting ST-903 boiler house chimney, we need Sedgman Company to lever the road and compact it for the crane come through.2、 吊装机具能力校核过程:Inspection of lifting equipment1、 ST-903锅炉房烟囱总重8.4吨,加上30吨吊钩实际重量为710kg(电脑设置显示重量为2吨);The weight of ST-903 boiler house chimney is 8.4T, add the actual weight of 30T hook is 710kg;(displayed on computer is 2T) 2、 风载系数取K=1.2,故实际吊装为(8.4+0.71)*1.2=10.932吨;Take wind factor K=1.2,so the actual lifting weight is(8.4+0.71)*1.2=10.932T3、 回转半径为14米;Lifting radius is 14m;4、 主臂伸长60米;The length of main boom is 60m;5、 根据SCC1000C液压履带起重机起重性能参数表知:回转半径14米,主臂伸长60米,起重能力为23.7吨;完全满足吊装要求。According to the lifting performance table of SCC1000C hydraumatic crawler crane:When the lifting radius is 14m and the length of main boom is 60m, the lifting capability is 23.7T and can match the requirements of lifting.6、 吊点选择:根据烟囱的总长度,将吊点设置在由烟囱底面往上25米焊接处;具体吊点详见吊装示意图;Selection of lifting points: According to the length of chimney, choice the lifting point at 25m welding position from the bottom; the specific lifting point see to the lifting sketch;7、 钢丝绳选择:Selection of steel wire:SCC1000C液压履带起重机吊装端采用两种型号的钢丝绳:Use two kind of steel wire for SCC1000C hydraumatic crawler crane lifting:实际吊装用钢丝绳型号为:(6*37+1*19、直径为32mm)长度为11.4米、3根;The steel wire for lifting is: (6*37+1*19、diameter is 32mm)length is 11.4m、3 piece;捆绑烟囱用钢丝绳型号为:(6*37+1*19、直径为19.5mm)长度为10.5米、2根;The steel wire used for binding chimney is:(6*37+1*19, diameter is 19.5mm)length is 10.5m、2piece;、QY50V汽车式起重机吊装端采用钢丝绳:型号为:(6*37+1*19、直径为19.5mm)长度为10.5米、2根;The steel wire for QY50V crane lifting is: (6*37+1*19、diameter is 19.5mm)length is 10.5m、2piece;8、 钢丝绳(6*37+1*19、直径为32mm)校核:Inspection of steel wire(6*37+1*19、diameter is 32mm) 计算载荷:load calculation Q计=K*(Q+q) 其中therein: Q计计算载荷calculated load K风载系数取1.2 Take wind factor K=1.2 Q被吊部件重量(8.4吨)weight of lifted components(8.4T) q吊具索具重量,取0.55t weight of sling, take 0.55T则So: Q计=K*(Q+q) =1.2(8.4+0.55) =10.74t采用三点吊装。(具体吊点见吊装示意图)Use three point lifting( specific lifting point see to lifting sketch)A、单根绳索受力bearing weight of each sling:S=*gS-单根钢丝绳受力bearing weight of each sling (KN);n吊装钢丝绳分支数3;Quantity of slings is 3. a经过计算:绳扣与水平方向夹角为60;After calculation,the angle between slings and horizontal direction is 60则:S=*g=4.133吨9.8=40.51KNB、钢丝绳最低破断拉力lowest breaking force of sling:P=SKK安全系数,取6 safety coefficient is 6则So:P=40.51KN*6=243.07KN根据五金手册查表,用6*37+1*19,d=32mm钢丝绳,抗拉强度为1670MPa时,其破断拉力总和为P=666.50KN243.07KN,满足使用要求。According to the hardware manual, use the cord as6*37+1*19,d=32mm, Tensile strength is 1670MPa,the total breaking force is P=666.50KN243.07KN, it can meet the requirement.9、安全通道:采用升降机作为安全通道对吊装完毕后钢丝绳扣的拆卸;3、 人员配备: 起重总指挥1名,起重工2名,SCC1000C液压履带起重机司机1名,QY50V汽车式起重机司机1名,其他参加组装装人员由班组长统一配置。HR: 1 commander of crane, 2 riggers,1 SCC1000C crane driver, 1 QY50V crane driver, the other workers should be arranged by worker leader四、吊装过程:在SCC1000C液压履带起重机与QY50V汽车式起重机进行抬吊烟囱过程中,为减少烟囱底板与地面的摩擦阻力,其中QY50V汽车式起重机为副机,吊点选择在烟囱底面往上10米处,起吊烟囱时配合SCC1000C液压履带起重机起钩,随着SCC1000C液压履带起重机的起吊,QY50V汽车式起重机要回转吊车臂,在递送过程中,QY50V汽车式起重机承担了一部分荷重,将烟囱慢慢直立起来,并将烟囱底板递送到烟囱基础上面,QY50V汽车式起重机摘钩,卸掉荷载,此刻SCC1000C液压履带起重机满载,将烟囱就位。Lifting process:when use SCC1000C crane and QY 50V crane lifting the chimney together, for reduce the frictional drag between the chimney bottom and ground, QY 50V crane is auxiliary lifting crane, select the lifting point at 10m position from the bottom, when SCC1000C crane lifting the chimney, QY 50C crane will coordinate with SCC1000C crane for lifting, along with SCC1000C crane lifting up the hook,QY50V crane should turn around its boom, when delivering the chimney, QY 50V crane will bear some load. Make the chimney upright and transfer the bottom of chimney to the basis of chimney. Take the QY50V slings out and use SCC1000C crawler crane lift the chimney in position.五、就位过程:当烟囱吊装至其安装标高面200mm后,烟囱在其安装标高面的水平运输路线要明确,施工机具要提前配置好,以防吊装过程中由于施工机具配备不足导致人员来回跑动混乱。In location: when the chimney has been lifting above 200mm of the installing position, the horizontal transport line of chimney should be clear, arrange the tools in advance, then bolting the chimney together as a whole component. 六、注意事项:吊装过程中,应服从统一指挥,信号协调一致,指挥人员信号必须清楚明确,和吊车司机配合好。吊装时,吊车司机要分配好方案中预定的起重重量,凡工作人员严禁酒后进入现场,严禁起重机司机酒后或情绪紊乱时进行作业。当遇有五级(包含5级)大风或雷雨天气时禁止吊装作业。Note : All the workers should obey the commander, and the signal should be harmonious cooperation when do the lifting.
