specificationsofthegoodsandtradingcountrycorrespondtothoseonthelicenses thatthecargoaccordswithrelevantregulationsonforeigntrade thatthereisnodamagetoorlossofcargo 4RevisedAmericanForeignTradeDefinitions1941In1919 nineAmericancommercialgroupsdrewuptheUSExportQuotationsandAbbreviationsin1919 thenrevisedin1941andrenamedRevisedAmericanForeignTradeDefinitions1941
