Design scope1. The design covers the water supply and drainage, fire fighting and water spraying system of the unit.III. Piping system and water quantityThe works includes life water supply system, life sewage water, rain water system, fire-extinguisher water supply system, automatic water spraying and gas fire extinguisher system.2. the water usage of interior fire extinguisher is 20L/s, exterior is 25L/S, automatic water spraying fire extinguisher system is 30L/S.3. Life water supply systemSet 300 cubic meters fire fighting water pool on basement one, 18 tons fire fighting water tank on the roof. Water spraying and fire-extinguisher share the water tank.Parameters of the fire extinguisher pump and spary pump are not fixed.One for use, one for spare. The drawing of the fire fightinhg paum will come out after the location of the fire fighting water pool is confirmed.3) the sewage water will be drained to municipal sewage water pipe after the septic tank processing.4) set the tool aeration pipe and vent stack in public toilet3. rain water system1) adopt the siphon rainwater system for the roof rain water, use patented stainless bottom Silico-manganese alloy water bucket2) HDPE pipes and fittings using pvc pipe or water supply, hot melt connection. When the pipeline passes through the fire district, use siphon drainage channels specially for fire rings, fireproof rings shall be fire-retardant material3) The exterior ground rainwater will be collected by exterior rainwater paipe to municaipal rain water pipe.4. Exterior fire hydrant water supply system: use municipal low-pressure system, exterior fire hydrant, water supply directly by the municipal, intervening space not longer than 120 meters.5 Interior fire hydrant water supply system:a. The project is on Class 2 multi-storey commercial building, building height 8 meters, interior fire hydrant water usage 20L / S, exterior fire hydrant water usage 25L / Sd. fire hydrant water supply pump control: two fire hydrant water supply pumps, spare for each other. In case of fire, the pump canbe started and alarmed by pushing any botton of fire hydrant pump, fire fighting center or water pump room. After tge pump is started, the feedback information will be sent to fire hydrant and fire fighting control center.e. Interior fire hydrant box: combined type fire hydrant cabinet with fire extinguisher, the preset hole size is 1830*730*240mm,the hole bottom is 100mm up the ground, the fire hydrant mouth shall be 65mm, monitor spout shall be 19mm, with 25m long glue hose and fire fighting reel.The fire hydrant installation height shall be the mouth 1.1m up the ground. For detailed installation, refer to 04S202g. install 4 sets of water pump shifting coupling for the exterior to connect the interior pipe system.6. Auntomatic water spraying fire extinguishing systemThe spraying system of the works shall be designed according to Chinese II, use standing type 68 degree glass ball sprinkle-nozzle, keep 10% of the the nozzle for spare.9. Gas extinguishing systemTransformer and distribution room adopts ZHG25-2X90 cabinet heptafluoro-propane fire extinguishing system, which will be fixed by the manufacturer.10. Mobile fire extinguisher: Transformer and distribution room shall be installed with two pieces of 5kg portable drymeal Ammonium Phosphate fire extinguisher, see the detailed location on the plan.Set two pieces of 3kg ABC type fire hydrant box.Construction Descriprtion1. pipe materials1) life water supply pipe:a. use PPR water supply pipe for life water supplyb. exterior embedded water supply pipe: double-wall corrugated pipe connectionc. pipes connected to submersible sewage pump: Steel wire frame composite pipe, groove type or flange connectiond. interior rain water vertical pipe and suspended pipe: HDPE pipe, hot melt connectione. overflow pipe and drain pipe: Galvanized steel pipe, fange connection3) fire water supply pipe:a. fire hydrant water supply pipe: use interior and exterior walled galvanized steel pipe when the pipe pressure is less than 1.0mpa; use seamless pipe, flange or groove connection when the pressure is more than 1.0mpa. Flange connection for the valves and the work pressure is 2.0mpa.b. automatic spray pipe: use interior and exterior walled galvanized steel pipe when the pipe pressure is less than 1.0mpa; use seamless pipe when the pressure is more than 1.0mpa. groove mechanical joint for the valves and the work pressure is 2.0mpa.2. valve:a. life water supply pipe: total Cu slide valve, the work pressure is 1.6mpa.c. fire water supply pipe: for fire pump suction pipe, use ductile iron valve, for other parts, use ductile iron gate valve or two-way type valved. The pressure valve, use copper pipes ductile iron casing valve, working pressure 1.0 mpa.e. Check Valve: life water supply pumps, fire pumps are installed with the outlet pipe muffler valve water hammer, other parts with ordinary check valvef. reducing valve: living water supply systems with adjustable pilot operated pressure reducing valve. Before installing valve, all pipes shall be clean. Before valve filter, regularly clean and remove debris.3 fittings:a. Public health and residential toilet, use anti-back overflow drain, grate were chrome-plated products, to seal leakage height of not less than 50mmb. use copper product for ground clean mouth, cleaning surface equal to the ground level.c. roof with siphon rain bucket.d. All water fittings are made of water-saving products4. Sanitary ware:a. The sanitary equipment of the works shall be all ceramic ware products, color and decoration are to be determined by the owner.b. use the the inductive sanitary ware for public toilets.c. water supply and sanitary drainage metal fittings should be used with water-saving sanitary ware.5 Pipe laying:a. all the water supply pipes shall be concealled installedb water supply riser through the floor should be set casing. The casing installed in the floor should be higher than the decorative inner surface 20mm; the casing installed in the bathroom with its top 50mm up the decorative surface, the bottom of the face should be flat with the floor; the gap between the casing and the pipe should be used flame retardant dense material and waterproof grease fill real, smooth face wearing a floor drain holes should be set aside.
