Ss look at the picture and read the words.4.Teacher use the patterns “Do you like apple? Yes, I do. /No, I dont” and dialogue with student. Then ask students to dialogue with their partners whit the patters ,And communication whit each other. 5. Revise the words about Numbers and Time(1).Ask students recite form 1 to 20.Then check out randomly. And let the students speak “What time is it?”(2).The teacher takes out a model clock. And ask the students look at the clock and speak the time.(3). Ss use the sentences“ what time is it? Whos she ?3. Model responses then elicit responses from Ss.4. Put Picture Cards of notebook, snake, butterfly and lamp on the board.5. Model answers, e.g. Its a small snake. Have Ss repeat.6. Point to Ss books and play the tape .7. Play the tape again, pausing after each sentence to let Ss repeat .8. Sivide Ss into four froups for the roles of Tony , Jenny , Bing the bird and Gogo.9. T reads each line , pausing for each group to repeat its part .10. Encourage groups to add actions ,e.g. Tony and Jenny looking up and pointing at the sky and the bird flapping its wings.Step 3 :Practice 2 (Ask and answer .)1. Write Are you thirsty ?and Do you have a ruler ?on the board .2. T: Are you thirsty ?(Point to s1 .)s1: Yes ,I am ./No , Im not.3. T: How about you ? Are you thirsty? (Point to s2 .)s2: Yes, I am ./ No, Im not.4. Continue until you get both yes and no answers .5. Do the same for Do you have a ruler ?6. T: Now, lets read the questions together.7. Once Ss are familiar with the game, put Ss into groups of three. One student is the announcer and the other two will play against one another using one book. They compete to see who can touch the picture first .4. Have Ss change roles aftter a few minutes .5. Continue until all items have been called out .Step 4: Sounds and words (Listen ,point and say )1. Write cooks, plays and washes on the board and underline the ending sounds.2.
