不发火耐磨地面施工方案Implementation of Schemes实施一：确定调节高度螺栓的形式及位置Implementation 1: Confirm form and location of the bolt for adjusting elevation江都仔细分析了高度调节的过程，制定了调节高度螺栓的形式。即在14螺栓头部设置两个丝帽，将角铁夹在两个丝帽中间，下部丝帽调节高度，上部丝帽固定角铁，调高螺栓的位置及标高要依据对图纸地面坡度的计算，如下图：Jiangdu carefully analyzes the process of adjusting elevation and formulates the form of bolt for adjusting elevation. During construction, if any loose status occurs, the iron nail will be hammered into the gap between bolt and hole for reinforcement. 6m guiding ruleFastened adjustable boltPre-release the line to determine the locationUse the nail to reinforce it 实施四：采用水准仪对角铁确定标高Implementation 4: Take advantage of leveling instrument to confirm elevation of iron施工中，由技术员采用C32型水准仪对角铁进行标高确定，同时，施工人员根据技术员的指令调节调节螺母，将角铁的高度调节好，校核无误后，将固定螺母拧紧。标高确定过程中，每个调节点都仔细校准标高。如下图：During construction, C32 II type of leveling instrument will be adopted by technicians to confirm elevation of angle iron, meanwhile, construction personnel adjust adjustable bolt according to instructions of technicians. Adjust elevation of angle iron well. After verified to be without error, screw up fixing bolt. During the process of confirming elevation, every adjustable point shall be under careful calibration of elevation, shown as the figure below:6m guiding ruleAngle iron 实施五：采用6m靠尺对砼找平Implementation 5: Take advantage of guiding rule with the length of 6m to find evenness of concrete标高点抄测完毕校核无误后，便开始砼浇筑。砼铺摊完毕后由三名施工人员同时采用一根6m靠尺沿由角铁组成的“轨道”对砼表面进行找平。突出地面标高的砼被刮除，凹陷的部位则由另一人则负责补料，然后再由找平的三人二次刮平，如由上图。After completion of search and measurement of elevation point as well as verified to be without error, start concrete pouring. After completion of laying concrete, 3 construction persons will use a guiding rule with the length of 6m together to find evenness of concrete surface along the “track” made up of angle iron. The concrete protruding over elevation of ground will be scraped off. The depressed part will be supplemented feed in the charge of another person. Then, it will be scraped off for evenness for twice by the three persons finding evenness, shown as the figure below:实施六：拆除角铁Implementation 6: Tear down angle iron砼浇筑找平完成后，待砼开始初凝时将角铁拆除。对角铁部位的砼面采用靠尺沿已经成型的砼表面再次进行找平。同时清洗角铁以备周转使用。After completion of concrete pouring and evenness finding, tear down angle iron when the concrete starts initial set. For concrete surface of angle iron, the guiding rule will be used to find evenness again along the molded concrete surface. Meanwhile, clean and wash angle iron in case of utility of turnover. 实施七：面层施工养护Implementation 7: Construction Maintenance of Surface Layer用圆盘抹平机地面进行提浆，并再次进行找平。此时机械手应穿专用鞋，以免留下脚印。此项工序需往返数次，一般情况下为二横二纵，每次之间的间隔约在半小时左右。同时注意对缺棱掉角处进行修补。 Use disc grinder to extract water, then level with screed; the operators shall wear special boots in case of any footprint; this procedure needs several times, generally twice lengthwise, twice breadthwise, the interval is around half an hour; take care to remedy the prism and corner if necessary.将抹平机的圆盘改成抹刀进行精抹，精抹次数也为二横二纵。 Trowels shall be used instead of discs to smooth the surface, the procedure is also twice lengthwise, twice breadthwise抹平完工后，对该地坪进行养护。 After the leveling is done, the concrete slab shall be cured.备注：为了消除相邻混凝土板的高差，用400毫米长的25毫米圆钢作为传力杆，每隔300毫米设置。一半防锈并涂上黄油。Remarks: to eliminate height difference in neighboring concrete slabs, use 25mm round steel with length of 400mm as dowel steel, and set one with 300mm from each other. Carry out rust prevention measures for one half and coat them with grease.不发火耐磨地面的施工方案：Misfire wear-resisting ground construction shceme:一：施工准备Construction preparation（1） 地坪下砂石垫层用压路机压实。Compact sanding filling under terrace with road roller.（2） 按设计标高设置模板（钢模板或槽钢），用水准仪随时检测模板标高，对偏差处用楔性块调整。Set up template (steel moulding plate or U-bar) according to design elevation, detect template elevation at any time with balance level, and adjust deviations with wedge block.（3） 根据规范要求，按纵横轴线分仓分格缝。按规范要求最大分格不能大于6m6m。分格缝嵌缝材料应为不发火材料，如导电橡胶条等，也可利用铜条或铝条。利用铜条和铝条时应单独使用，不宜混合使用，使用嵌缝条应有可靠连接且与房屋主体工程做成可靠等电位连接。Divide warehouse and joint according to vertical and horizontal axes as per requirements of code, and the maximum scale division can not exceed 6m6m. Joint material for scale division should be misfire materials, including conductive rubber bar, and copper bar or aluminium rod can also be used. Use them separately when applying copper bar and aluminium rod, and they are not suitable for mix use. Joint bar should be used with reliable connection and connected with main house project for reliable equipotential connection.（4） 混凝土所用碎石最大粒径30mm，水灰比和坍落度应尽可能小。Maximum partical size for macadams used for concrete 30mm, and water-cement ratio and slumps should be as small as possible.（5） 混凝土标号不低于25号，现场塌落度在75100毫米之间。Concrete grade should not be inferior to No.25, and site slump should be within 75-100mm.二. 不发火水泥基耐磨地面硬化剂工艺流程 Process flow for misfire cement base wear-resisting ground hardening agent工艺流程如图所示。（建议找平层施工之前做一层砂浆粘结层，以确保基层与面层结合不良而导致裂缝和空鼓的质量通病）Process flow is shown in the picture. (it is suggested to do a mortar bonding layer before screed-layer construction, to ensure common quality problems of fissure and hollowing because of poor bonding between base course and surface course)三. 不发火水泥基耐磨地面硬化剂操作要点Operation points for misfire cement base wear-resisting ground hardening agent3.1 抹光面放样 Trowelled finish lofting 依建筑物结构基准墨线（如墙面50cm线），用水准仪在地坪浇筑区域内定出混凝土预定浇筑厚度，设置水平高程标记，并认真复核，控制最大凹凸偏差在3-5mm以内。According to architecture benchmark chalk line (such as wall space + 50cm line), determine the preset pouring thickness within terrace pouring area with balance level, set up level elevation mark, and carefully review it to control the maximum concave-convex deviation within 3-5mm.3.2 不发火水泥基耐磨地面硬化剂混凝土浇筑 Concreting of misfire cement base wear-resisting ground hardening agent（1）混凝土浇筑前洒水使地基处于湿润状态。为减少泌水，应控制水灰比和坍落度，商品混凝土利用溜槽配合人工卸料，不宜采用泵送。Water before concrete pouring to make the foundation at wet state. To reduce bleeding, control water-cement ratio and slumps, chute should be coordinated with manual unloading for commercial concrete, and pumpover is not desirable.（2）混凝土尽可能一次浇筑至标高，局部未达到标高处利用混凝土料补齐并振捣，严禁使用砂浆修补。使用平板振捣器振捣，并用特制的钢滚筒多次反复滚压，柱、 边角等部位用木抹拍浆。混凝土刮平后水泥浆浮出表面至少3 mm厚。Concrete should be poured to the elevation at one time, use concrete material to polish and vibrate where elevation is not reached, and it is strictly forbidden to use mortar for repair. Use panel vibrator for vibrating, use special steel rollers for repeated rolling, and use wood plaster to beat mortar pillar and corner, etc. Cement paste should emerge to the surface at least 3mm after concrete strickle.（3）混凝土浇筑完毕，采用橡皮管或真空设备除泌水去，重复两次以上后开始不发火骨料施工。不发火骨料施工前，中期作业阶段施工人员应穿平底胶鞋进入，后期作业阶段应穿防水纸质鞋进入。After concrete pouring, use rubber tube or vacuum equipment to eliminate bleeding, and start misfire aggregate construction after repeating twice. Before misfire aggregate construction, constructors should wear flat bottom rubber footwears to enter into the site during medium construction phase, and wear water-proof paper shoes to enter into the site during later construction phase.3.3 第一次撒布不发火防静电硬化剂及抹平、墁光First spreading misfire anti-static hardening agent and screeding, pavement（1）不发火水泥基耐磨地面硬化剂撒布的时机随气候、温度、混凝土配合比等因素而变化。撒布过早会使不发火水泥基耐磨地面硬化剂沉入混凝土中而失去效果；撒布太晚混凝土已凝固，会失去粘结力，使不发火防静电硬化剂无法与其结合而造成剥离。判别不发火水泥基耐磨地面硬化剂撒布时间的方法是脚踩其上，约下沉5mm时，即可开始第一次撒布施工。Misfire cement base wear-resisting ground hardening agent spreading opportunity should be changed with climate, temperature, and concrete mix proportion, etc. If it is spread too early, misfire cement base wear-resisting ground hardening agent shall sink into concrete and become invalid; if it is spread too later, concrete shall solidify and lose binding power, thus, misfire anti-static hardening agent can not combine with it and shall peel off. The method to determine the spreading time of misfire cement base wear-resisting ground hardening agent is to step on it, when it sinks about 5mm, start the first spreading construction.（2）墙、柱、门和模板等边线处水分消失较快，宜优先撒布施工，以防因失水而降低效果。Moisture shall disappear quickly at wall, pillar, door and template, where spreading construction should have priority to prevent effect reduce because of water loss.（3）第一次撒布量是全部用量的2/3，拌合物应均匀落下，不能用力抛而致分离，撒布后即以木抹子抹平。不发火水泥基耐磨地面硬化剂吸收一定的水份后，再用墁刀机碾磨分散并与基层混凝土浆结合在一起。First spreading amount should be 2/3 of the total, the mixture should fall off equally, throwing with force is forbidden as separation may be led to, and screed it with wood float immediately after spreading. When misfire cement base wear-resisting ground hardening agent absorbs certain water, separate it with pavement machine, and mix it with base concrete mortar.3.4 第二次撒布不发火水泥基耐磨地面硬化剂及抹平、墁光Second spreading misfire anti-static hardening agent and screeding, pavement（1） 第二次撒布时，先用靠尺或平直刮杆衡量水平度，并调整第一次撒布不平处，第二次撒布方向应与第一次垂直。For the second spreading, firstly, use a guiding rule or straight floating rule to measure its levelness, adjust where it is not flat during the first spreading, and the seconding spreading direction should be vertical to the first.（2）第二次撒布量为全部用量的1/3，撒布后立即抹平，墁光，并重复墁光机作业至少两次。墁光机作业时应纵横向交错进行，均匀有序，防止材料聚集。边角处用木抹子处理。The second spreading amount should be 1/3 of the total amount, screeding and pavement immediately after spreading, and repeat operation of pavement machine for at least twice. Pavement machine should do criss and cross operations evenly and orderly to avoid material gathering. Corners should be treated with wood float.（3）面层材料硬化至指压稍有下陷时，墁光机的转速及角度应视硬化情况调整，墁光机进行时应纵横交错3次以上。When surface course material is hardened until it sags when pressed with a finger, revolving speed and angle of pavement machine should be adjusted according to hardening conditions, and do criss-cross operation of pavement machine for at least 3 times.(4)不发火地坪的平整度要求为2m见方最大偏差3-5mm，同标高极高点与极低点的最大偏差不大于20mm。尽量避免龟裂、脱皮或起砂现象。Maximum evenness deviation of misfire terrace is required to be 3-5mm of 2m square, and maximum deviation for the highest point and the lowest point of the same elevation should be no more than 20mm. Try best to avoid checking, scaling, or sugaring.3.5 表面修饰及养护 Surface finish and maintenance(1) 墁光机作业后面层仍存在抹纹较凌乱，为消除抹纹最后采用薄钢抹子对面层进行有序、同向的人工压光，完成修饰工序。Surface pavement texture is of a mess after pavement machine operation, to eliminate pavement texture, thin steel float is adopted finally for orderly and homodromous manual press polish and complete modification process.（2）不发火水泥基耐磨地面硬化剂地坪施工5-6小时后喷洒养护剂养护，用量为0.2升/m2。或面覆塑料薄膜防止引起开裂。Misfire cement base wear-resisting ground hardening agent should be spread with curing agent for maintenance after 5-6 hours since terrace construction, with dosage of 0.2 litre/m2. OR cover with plastic film to avoid cracking.（3）不发火水泥基耐磨地面硬化剂地坪面层施工完成24小时后即可拆模，但应注意不得损伤地坪边缘。Remove shuttering after 24 hours since misfire cement base wear-resisting ground hardening agent terrace surface construction is completed, but terrace edges should not be damaged.在施工完成12h内进行淋水式蓄水养护，养护时间不应小于7d抗压强度应达到5Mpa后方可上人行走，抗压强度达到设计要求后方可正常使用，地面正式使用前应进行实际不发火测试，合格后方可使用。Carry out pouring impoundment maintenance with 12 hours after construction completion, and it can be stepped on only after maintenance time is no less than 7d and compressive strength reaches 5 Mpa.
