This schedule covers operation tests and acceptance during mooring tests. The procedure of every item is determined by the manage department with responsibility for the construction of vessel and will be determined in agreement with Owner.本大纲包括操作试验和系泊试验中的验收。本大纲各项目的试验程序由负责船舶建造的管理部门决定,并最终应与船东达成一致。1.2. Requirements for the test items in this program are applicable for sister ships. 本大纲试验项目的要求,适用于续造的姊妹船。1.3. Prior to starting of tests, persons involved should make themselves familiar with operation instructions and relevant ship design drawings.在各项目试验开始前,各有关人员应熟悉该项目的使用说明书及相关的施工设计图纸。1.4. This program covers simultaneous tests of equipment involved together with the acting jointly system.本大纲所包括的各设备以及与其相关联的各系统可以同时进行试验。1.5. Record of delivery-acceptance tests are to be witnessed by the classification surveyor if it is required.试验需由船级社验收时,试验记录须经船级社验船师过目。1.6. Owners representatives will be officially asked to attend the tests of all items.船东代表应被正式邀请参加所有项目的试验。1.7. The operating data and results of tests will be recorded in stipulated forms by surveyor of shipyards quality control department.操作数据和试验结果由船厂质检部门检验员记录于规定的表格上。1.8. These items consist of the mooring test for all equipment.本大纲项目包括全船设备的系泊试验。1.9. Check the completeness of the installation of systems which is compliance with the drawings before the tests of all systems and equipment.所有系统及其设备试验之前应检查其系统的安装是否与图纸一致,是否安装完整。1.10. Sea trial of this vessel should be carried out after site surveyor has fully inspected the vessel and confirmed that it meets sea trial condition.该船的航行试验应在现场验船师对试航船舶进行全面检查后,确认该船符合试航条件时方可进行。1.11. Items of mooring test to be carried out in the shipyards quay.系泊试验项目应在船厂码头进行。二HULL PART 船体部分1. STEERING GEAR TEST舵机试验1.1. Check the accuracy and completeness of system and its wiring condition after finishing the installation of rudder control and alarm system etc. equipment.舵机控制和报警系统等设备安装完毕,检查系统及接线完整性和正确性。1.2. Monitoring system of alarm has been put into running. 报警监视系统已投入运行。1.3. Check the proper installation of hydraulic piping system.检查液压管路系统安装的正确性。1.4. Measuring the insulation resistance of the electric motor of hydraulic pump No.1 and No.2, which will be not less than 1MW.测量1号、2号液压泵电机绝缘电阻,应不小于1兆欧。1.5. Testing alarm system of steering gear: Check the proper function of alarm for alarm box in ECR and control panel in wheelhouse.试验舵机报警系统:检查在集控室的报警箱及驾驶室内控制板的报警功能。1.6. Local starting or stopping control of hydraulic pump in pump control box at steering gear and control panel in bridge. Measure the starting current and working current for electric motor of each pump.在舵机旁泵控制箱和驾控台控制板起动或停止液压泵,测量各泵电机起动电流,工作电流。1.7. Perform the calibration of rudder with angle at 0.舵角零位校准。1.8. Check the proper function of mechanical limit switches 371 for port and starboard rudder of steering gear.检查舵机左右舵371机械限位功能。1.9. Check reliability of the acting of limit switches with rudder angle of 35.检查舵35时限位开关动作可靠性。Check the proper function and reliability of steering by emergency steering push-button. (check that clear EMERGENCY instructions are posted near emergency handling station).检查应急操舵进行操舵功能的正确性和可靠性。(检查是否清晰的应急说明张贴在应 急操作站附近)110 Tightness test is to be carried out according to 1.25(9.4MPa) times working pressure, Setting value of pressure limiting valve in hydraulic system should be cheched in accordance with the makers requirement. Record setting of safety relief pressure.舵机进行密性试验, 压力值为工作压力1.25倍(9.4MPa),按照厂商要求检查液位系统中压力限制阀的调定压力。记录安全释放压力。Safty Valve安全阀:9.4MPaOverflow Valve溢流阀:9.2MPaDuring test the agreement of angle indicators in bridge, bridge wings and ECR to be verified. 试验过程中,驾驶室,两翼和ECR的舵角指示器应核实。Communication means to W/H from emergency steering position to be confirmed. 应确定从应急操舵位置到驾驶室的通讯方式。Relevant test forms refer to rudder angle and angle indicator inspection, emergency steering inspection.2. ANCHOR AND WINDLASS TEST锚和锚机试验2.1. Check completeness of system and correct wiring of electric system.检查系统的完整性和电气系统接线的正确性。2.2. Check cold insulation resistance of anchor windlass motor and control box, which should be not less than 1MW.测量锚机电机及控制箱的冷态绝缘电阻,应不小于1兆欧。2.3. Continuous running test without load for ahead and astern alternatively in total 30 minutes.空载正、倒车交替连续运转试验共30分钟。-Ahead (slow speed, medium speed, fast speed) running without load for 15 minutes. 正车(慢速、中速、快速)空载运转15分钟。-Astern (slow speed, medium speed, fast speed) running without load for 15 minutes. 倒车(慢速、中速、快速)空载运转15分钟。No abnormal heat generating and noise of striking for anchor windlass happened.After the test, measure the thermal insulation resistance of electric motor and control box, which should be not less than 1MW.锚机应无异常发热及敲击声。试验后测量电机及控制箱热态绝缘电阻应不小于1兆欧。2.4. Simulated test for stopping with electric motor over-load protection.电机过载保护模拟停机试验。Functional test of slipping clutches to be carried out for anchor windlass at the same time.同时进行锚机离合器功能试验。2.5. Carry out test three times without load for clutches engagement / disengagement and band brake tightening.空载状态下进行离合器挂上及脱开和刹车试验3次。2.6. Demonstrate two times, that the anchors leave the hawse pipes easily. At the same time, observe the operation of the anchor chain in hawse pipe, on the stopper and on the chain wheel of the anchor windlass. It should be stable and not skip.进行锚收放试验2次,检查锚是否能方便地脱出锚链筒,同时观察锚链通过锚链筒、掣链器和锚机链轮时的状况,应平稳,无跳链现象。2.7. Demonstrate the possibility of fast release of the chain slipping wedge 进行弃链器快速脱钩试验。2.8. Check the anchor chains for proper stowage in the chain lockers on prototype vessel. Check the fitness between anchor and bell mouth.检查首制船锚链在锚链舱的堆放情况,锚与锚唇的贴合情况。3. MOORING WINCH TEST系缆绞车试验3.1. Check completeness of system and correct wiring of electric system.检查系统的完整性和电气系统接线的正确性。3.2. Check cold insulation resistance of winch motor and control box, which should be not less than 1MW.测量绞车电机及控制箱冷态绝缘电阻应不小于1兆欧。3.3. Continuous running test without load for ahead and astern alternatively in total 30 minutes.空载正、倒车交替连续运转试验共30分钟。Running ahead and astern shall be changed every 3 min. Measure and record shaft speed, pressure at rated speed , oil temperature and current aof hydraulic unit motor at rated speed. 试验时,正、倒车每隔3分钟变换一次。测量和记录轴速,额定速度下的压力,油温和额定速度下液压装置。 No abnormal heat generating and noise of striking for winches happened.After the test, measure the thermal insulation resistance of electric motor and control box, which should be not less than 1MW.绞车应无异常发热及敲击声。试验后测量电机及控制箱热态绝缘电阻应不小于1兆欧。Windlass brake holding capacity to be tested and recorded (OCIMF). Brake shall be adjusted to render at maximum 60% of the SWL of the mooring rope according OCIMF requiremenst. After adjustment the brake shall be properly marked. 应测试并记录锚机刹车性能(OCIMF)。应根据OCIMF要求调整刹车拉力以保证系缆绳SWL最大60%。调整后,刹车拉力应适当标出。Check if all mooring ropes have been properly tagged with I.D. labels according to their stowage plan.核实所有系缆绳应根据配载图标有识别标记。4. LIFESAVING APPLIANCE TEST救生设备试验4.1. lifeboat and rescue boat falling test:救生艇和救助艇释放试验:4.2. Preparation before test:试验前应具备条件:Hydraulic system to be adjusted according to product instruction.液压系统按产品说明书调整完毕。- Check completeness and quality of the installation of lifeboat and rescue boat launching device.检查救生艇架和救助艇架安装完整性及安装质量。- Check completeness and operational convenience of lifeboat and rescue boat fixture in launching device.检查救生艇在艇架上固定装置的完整性及操作方便性。- Preparatory of person and weight while test.试验时人员及配重准备。4.3. Test area:试验区域:Test to be carried out in the water at the quay of shipyard. Water depth to be not less than 8m.本试验在船厂码头水域进行。试验时水深应不小于8m。4.4. Lifeboat test and procedure:救生艇试验内容及程序- Carry out the free fall test of lifeboat进行救生艇自由降落试验- Lifeboat to be loaded 1.1 times of its maximum working load(50KN)试验负荷按1.1倍最大工作负荷(50KN)进行- Check the proper operation of lifeboat for the whole process from falling into the water to fully floating during launching. Friction and striking between boat and launching device to be observed.检查艇在降落过程中下滑入水至艇全浮全过程是否正常及艇与滑架之间是否发生摩擦或撞击。- Check launching device and relevant hull construction after test.试验后,对艇体滑架及有关的船体部位结构进行检查。Life boat running test救生艇运行试验Life boat sprinkler test.救生艇喷洒试验Life boat air bottle check救生艇空气瓶检查Life boat inventory check救生艇详细目录检查Certificates of check for wires/falls/hooks/ shop 钢丝/释放/吊钩/车间检查证书4.5. Rescue boat test and procedure:救助艇试验内容及程序Brake test for static load静负荷刹车试验Under the load of 1.5SWL, the hook on load for 5 min. then check the brake should be safe and reliable.试验按1.5SWL(31.5KN)负荷进行,将负荷挂在吊钩上静置5min,刹车应安全可靠。Brake test for dynamic load动负荷刹车试验Under the load of 1.1SWL, the hook on load, fall down the load with max. speed and brake (two times each) . Check the reliability of brake fittings and Measure the current of motor and thermal/cold insulation resistance hooks.试验负荷按1.1SWL(23.1KN)负荷进行,负荷挂于吊钩上,将负荷以最大速度下降及制动各二次,检查刹车装置的可靠性,并测量电机电流和冷热态绝缘。- Rescue boat to be loaded 1.1 times of its maximum working load(12KN)试验负荷按1.1倍最大工作负荷进行(12KN)- Lift the rescue boat to outside of the ship and start the propeller motor before touching the sea surface by rescue boat crane on starboard side. The down speed should not be less than 0.6m/s.利用右舷救助艇吊将救助艇吊离舷外,在将艇放到接近水面时,进行艇的推进装置的启动试验。艇下降速度应不小于0.6m/sTest all limit switches where applicable (hoist/lower, slew, luff)测试所有限制开关(提升/下降,回转,转向)Verify the proper release of hook on load.当吊钩负载的时候核实适当的释放。After the test, all certificates for wires/hook of the lifeboat davit, rescue boat and life raft cranes to be delivered to owner with final documentation.试验之后,所有救生艇架,救助艇和救生筏吊的钢丝/吊钩证书应提交给船东并带最终文件。4.6. Recover of lifeboat and the rescue boat:救生艇和救助艇的回收:Carry out the recover test by hoisting the lifeboat and the rescue boat with boat crane. Check reliability of boat crane. The hoisting speed of the rescue boat is not less than 0.3m/s. 利用艇吊进行救生艇和救助艇提升回收试验,检查艇吊工作的可靠性。救助艇提升速度应不小于0.3m/s。4.7. The lifeboat and rescue boat shall be restored and fixed after test.试验结束将救生艇和救助艇复位并于以固定。4.8life raft crane test救生筏吊试验The rescue boat crane is also used as the life raft crane on this vessel, the test procedure refer to the rescue boat test and procedure. 本船救生筏吊由救助艇吊兼,试验程序见救助艇试验程序。5. STRENGTH TEST OF ACCOMMODATION LADDER舷梯强度试验5.1. Preparation before accommodation ladder test:舷梯试验前应做的准备工作:Check the proper installation and completeness of whole set of accommodation ladder.检查舷梯装套装置安装的完整性及正确性。5.2. Test:试验内容:Carry out strength test for installation of accommodation ladders and parts by means of loading with weight. Demonstrate the lowering, lifting, turning and fixing etc. operation of accommodation ladders at the same time. Check the flexibility and reliability.用压重荷的方法对舷梯的安装及附件进行强度试验,同时检查舷梯在收放、翻转、固定等运作的效用情况,检查其灵活性和可靠性。5.3. Requirements and methods of test:试验要求与方法- Turn, lower and hoist the unloaded accommodation ladders three times, to check the lowering and hoisting flexibility of turning gear, and the reliability of the brake, check the proper operation of actuator.舷梯进行空梯(不负载)翻梯试验,放下和吊起各3次,检查舷梯翻转装置收放灵活性,检查制动器的可靠性及传动装置的工作情况是否正常. - Strength test of accommodation ladders (load test)舷梯装置的强度试验(负载试验)a. Turn the accommodation ladder outboard at the angle of 60 to horizon.试验时将舷梯转到舷外,与水平线成60夹角。b. Carry out the test of weight distribution, put a load of 300kg (weight) on the upper platform, 150kg on lower platform, 75kg on each step (or 150kg on every other step), keep in a static condition for 15 minutes. Then remove the loading and check that turning parts of accommodation ladders should be flexible. No permanent deformation, blocking and crack shall be found.试验重物分布,上平台放置300kg(负荷),下平台放置150kg。每一踏步放置75kg或每隔一踏步放置150kg (负荷),在静止状态下保持15分钟,然后卸去负荷,舷梯各旋转部分应保持灵活,不得有永久变形、卡住及裂纹现象。6. HOSE HANDLING CRANE TEST 软管吊试验6.1. Preparation before hose handling crane lifting test:软管吊吊重试验前应做的准备工作:a. Check the proper installation and completeness of whole set of hose handling crane.检查软管吊装置安装的完整性及正确性。b. Hoisting, luffing and slewing shall be carried out without load.Check the flexibility and reliability.检查软管吊在空载状态下的升降、变幅和旋转等动作的灵活性和可靠性。6.2. Test content:试验内容:a. Hose handling crane to be loaded by weight of 1.25 times of its SWL(37.5KN)(safety working load).试验负荷按1.25倍安全工作负荷(37.5KN)进行b. Weight shall be lift away from deck at max. working radius and kept hanging for not less than 5 min.试验时应把试验负荷重物以最大工作半径吊离甲板,并保持悬挂时间不少于5min.c. Hoisting, luffing and slewing shall be carried out under above load t
