DEAR PROFESSOR:WELCOME TO OUR HOSPITAL, IM CHY, AND GLADE TO INTRODUCE OUR DEPARTMENT.解放军总医院心血管内科成立于1954年，是心血管内科专业硕士、博士学位授权点、博士后流动站，全军心血管病研究所，北京市重点学科，卫生部及全军心血管介入培训中心。Founded in 1954, The Cardiology Department of Chinese PLA General Hospital is now the authorization center for Doctors & Masters degree of cardiovascular as well as postdoctoral mobile station, Cardiovascular Disease Research Center of PLA, Beijing Municipal Key Discipline, Cardiovascular intervention Training Center of Health Bureau & Cardiovascular intervention Training Center of PLA.科室拥有一流的人才队伍、国际领先的诊疗设备和科学的教育培训系统，在国内心血管领域拥有较高学术地位，是国家重要的心血管疾病诊疗、科研、教学、保健基地。科室专家长期担负着党和国家重要领导人的医疗保健任务。With the first-class talents, the most advanced clinical equipment and scientifically designed education &training system, the cardiology department enjoys high reputation in domestic cardiovascular field. We have become an important base for cardiovascular diseases in vary way including diagnosis, treatment, research, education, and health care. Experts from this department has assumed long-term health care task for important leaders of the party and the state.通过科室几代人的不懈努力，目前在多个领域的诊疗技术已达到国际领先水平，成为科室特色优势项目，包括：冠脉腔内影像技术指导下复杂冠脉疾病介入治疗、复杂心律失常的射频和起搏治疗、成人先天性心脏病的介入治疗、肺动脉高压的介入诊疗、心力衰竭的综合治疗（药物、干细胞移植、心脏同步化）、难治性高血压病综合治疗、肾动脉狭窄介入治疗、全方位评估左室功能及心肌灌注、以及临床心电图诊断和监测。Thanks to the spare less efforts of generation after generation, the diagnosing and treatment technology in our department has possessed the leading position internationally and features in the areas including Complex coronary artery disease intervention under the guidance of new coronary imagingComplex arrhythmia treatment by electrophysiological and pacing Interventional treatment of adult congenital heart diseaseInterventional treatment of pulmonary hypertensionComprehensive treatment of heart failure (medicine, stem cell transplantation, cardiac synchronization)Comprehensive treatment of Refractory HypertensionInterventional treatment of renal artery stenosisAll-round assessment of Left Ventricular Function & myocardial perfusionClinical diagnosis and monitoring of ECG现任科室主任陈韵岱教授，国内知名心血管病专家。在陈韵岱教授带领下，解放军总医院心血管内科坚持“一切从心出发”的诊疗理念，与国内外同道携手，共同为我国心血管疾病的防治做出贡献。Under the leadership of the department director Professor Chen Yundai, a well-known expert in cardiovascular disease, our department stick to the patient caring concept of all start from the heart, and are determined to contribute to prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease together with people from home and abroad.心血管病中心目前拥有教授/主任医师 8名，副教授/副主任医师9名，博士生导师5名，硕士生导师6名，拥有4个病区，1个心脏监护室，1个心脏介入中心，1个心脏无创检查中心和1个心血管病基础实验室，共8个二级单位，展开床位160张.We have 8 secondary units: 3 wards, 1 CCU,1 cardiac intervention centre, 1 noninvasive examination centre and 1 laboratory.科室年门诊量10万余例；展开床位130张，年收治病人5600余例，其中危重病人500余例；每年完成各类心脏介入诊疗手术3300余例。Every year, we have More than 100,000 outpatients,5600 inpatients,3300 cases of cardiac interventional operation.More than 100,000 patients receives treatment from outpatients department, and over 4500 cases in inpatient department with160 beds, among which over 500 cases of critically diseased. More than 3300 cases of cardiac interventional operation of various types were conducted every year on average.建立了常见病、多发病的标准化诊疗流程，建立了心源性休克等25项急救流程危重患者接诊流程、各类介入手术护理流程。We set up cardiac disease Standardization diagnosis and treatment process，Cardiogenic shock，acute myocardial infarction。实施临床路径，研制了急性心肌梗死临床路径等47条表单，目前应用了5条路径，入组病例达69例。We are implementing clinical pathway, developing 47 forms.一站式服务，one-stop service, 由急诊、导管室、监护室、病房四个环节无缝链接。We provide one stop service, emergency department、cardiac intervention centre、CCU and ward.seamless connection.健康教育大课堂，园地，每周四下午
