Good morning, my dear teachers. Glad to be here for this interview. I would like to show my heartfelt appreciation to the opportunity you render me. First, let me introduce myself. My name is Sun Lu, Sun is a common surname in China，Lu is often associated with the dew, it is symbol of neat and pure water. My English name is Sophie. I come from Jinan which was considered as the spring city. I finished my undergraduate education in Shandong art of college last year, majored in dramatic literature. Four years-university education gives me an extensive knowledge, a wealth of chances, an ocean of practices. It not only expands my outlook but also fosters creativity and imagination. I have benefited from the university life. It is my pleasure to meet such lovable friends and warm-hearted professors. Faithful friend is like a shade of a great tree in the noonday heat. Professors guidance boosts me to cultivate the positive studying habit and makes me go far and do things differently and always linger in my depth of my heart as reflections on the shimmering waves. In daily life I am a girl who is enthusiastic, easy-going and vivacious. In learning I am a diligent student especially do the thing I am interested in. I will try my best to finish it no matter how difficult it is. In my spare time, I have broad interests like many other youngsters. I like reading books especially drama, Chinese traditional classic music. My favorite proverb is “The finish point is the start beginning.” There are three primary causes. The first and foremost, in such a competitive world everybody is trying to get ahead. Just like running, whatever we are doing, we should not cease the advancing footsteps. Secondly, success is gained through non-stop efforts. Lastly, everybody needs to continue learning before she or he becomes an educated person. Studies serve for delight, for ornament, and for ability. Next, I would like to introduce the reasons why I attend the Graduate School Entrance Examination. To start with, I love my major. Drama came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of young adults who had been seared in the flames of vulgar culture. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of art world. What is more, along with the advancement of economy and cultural integration, dramatic literature is becoming increasingly popular and essential in China. Accordingly committing the development of drama is my dream. Id like to adapt a saying, “Ask not what drama can do for you; ask what you can do for drama”. Finally，I enjoy my Alma Mater, Shandong Art of College . It is full of youthful spirit and responsible professors and I am fascinated by the scholarly atmosphere.
