Attach Base tube (19) to Supporting tube weld of pedaling frame (2) with Bolts (M10x70mm) (58k), washers (65b) and locknuts (68b).Step 2Step 2: Place the bumpers (74) on the Leader base seat frame weld (9). Slide the leader (28) through Leader base seat frame weld (9) and bumpers (74). Slide the Rubber weight stacks (103) onto the leader (28) from top end. Slide suspender weld (27) into the Rubber weight stacks (103). Slide Plastic briquetting (102) onto the leader (28) from top end, tighten with Bolt (M8x70mm)(58r), washers (65c) and locknut (68c). Attach Leader top frame weld (11) to the leader (28), tighten with Washers (65b) and Bolt (M10x25mm) (58n). Attach Pull down limiting seat weld (5) to Supporting tube weld of pedaling frame (2) with Bolts (M10x75mm)(58i), Washers (M10)(65b) and Locknuts (M10) (68b).Step 3Step 3:Connect Mid vertical shaft weld (1), Leader top frame weld (11) and Chest-pressing fixing frame weld (24) by Bolts (M10x80mm)(58g) Washers (65b) and locknuts (68b). Attach Supporting tube weld (20) to Seat weld (21) with Bolts (M10x75mm)(58i), Washers (M10)(65b) and Locknuts (M10) (68b). Attach Handlebar weld (32) to U-shaped tube weld (31) with Bolts (M10x75mm)(58i), Washers (M10)(65b) and Locknuts (M10)(68b). Attach fixed tube nip (79) to U-shaped tube weld(31) with Bolts (M10x75)(58i), Washers (M10)(65b) and Locknuts (M10)(68b). Attach the assembly to Swing arm weld (29) with Bolts (M10x75)(58i), Washers (M10)(65b) and Locknuts (M10)(68b). Step 6Step 6:Attach Handlebar weld (47) to the Pulling frame weld (46) with Steel slice (48) and Allen bolt (M10*25mm)(60b). Connect Pulling frame weld (46) and T-shaped connecting frame (15) by Washers (M12) and Bolt (M12x65mm)(58d). Connect E-shaped connecting board (23), T-shaped connecting frame (15), Nylon set (56), Iron rings (17), Pulley (73b) with Bolts (M10x75mm)(58i), Washers (M10)(65b) and Locknuts (M10) (68b). Step 7Step 7:Attach Adjusting tube I weld (22) to the Supporting tube weld (20) with Bolts (M10x70mm)(58k), Washers (M10)(65b) and Locknuts (68b). Connect Cushion (84A) and Backrest adjusting board weld (45) by Washers (M8)(65c) and Bolts (M8x30)(58s). Attach Adjusting pole I weld (34) to the Backrest adjusting board weld (45) with Bolt (M12x130mm)(58a), Washers (M12)(65a), Locknut (68a) and Hexangular floriated colum bolt (61), and you can adjusting the pitch that you want by Pop pin (72b). Then insert the assembly into the Adjusting tube I weld (22), screw the Pop pin (72a).Connect Cushion (84) and Chest-pressing adjusting tube weld (35) by Washers (M8)(65c) and Bolts (M8x30mm)(58s). Then insert the cushion assembly into the Seat weld (21), screw the Pop pin (72a). Step 8Step 8:Attach Pedaling sofa adjusting seat weld (8) to inclined stay bar weld (3) with Bolt (M10x70mm)(58k), Washers (M10)(65b) and Locknut (M10)(68b). Slide the Washers (51), Steel slice (48) and Sponge tube (89) onto the Pedaling sofa adjusting board weld (12), tighten with Allen bolt (60b). Attach Backrest (83) to the Pedaling sofa adjusting board weld (12) with Washers (M8)(65c) and Bolts (M8x30mm)(58s). Insert Pedaling sofa adjusting board weld (12) into the Pedaling sofa adjusting seat weld (8), screw the Pop pin (72a). Attach the Cushion (84) to the Pedaling seat weld (6) with Washers (M8)(65c) and Bolts (M8x75mm)(58q). Attach the seat assembly to the Supporting tube weld of pedaling frame (2) with Bolts (M10x75)(58i), Washers (M10)(65b) and Locknuts (M10)(68b), connect Pedaling seat weld (6) and Inclined stay bar weld (3) with Washers (M10)(65b) and Bolts (M10x70mm)(58k). Attach Handlebar weld (49) to pedaling seat weld (6) with Bolts (M10x75)(58i), Washers (M10)(65b) and Locknuts (M10)(68b). Step 9Step 9:Connect Leg-kicking frame weld (44) and Seat weld (21) with Bolt (M12x75)(58b), Washers (M12)(65a) and Locknut (M12)(68a). Connect Leg-kicking frame weld (44) and Connecting set weld (37) with Bolt (M12x70mm)(58c), Washers (M12)(65a) and Locknut (M12)(68a).
