Unit 2 I think that mooncakes are delicious!Section A(3a-3c)教学设计绥中一中 吴波1.教学背景分析教学内容分析: 本课的教学内容选自人民教育出版社Go for it(新目标)九年级Unit 2 I think that mooncakes are delicious! Section A(3a-3c) 本部分在Section A 第一课时的基础上,在话题上,侧重介绍我国传统节日中秋节。活动3a-3c通过语篇加强语言输入量,发展学生的阅读技能,强化对本单元新语言内容的认知。学生情况分析:九年级的学生少了一分张扬,多了一份稳重,不爱举手发言的他们不会自然的融入到和老师的对话中,他们更需要任务的驱使来表达自己。因此口语展示、师生对话和小组讨论的设置十分必要。另外,学生们对听英文歌曲、看英文视频等学习方式感兴趣,本节课由我国传统民间故事出发,极易激发学生学习英语的兴趣。2.教学目标分析Knowledge and ability objectives: Students will be able to improve their reading strategy ability-scanning/skimming according to the reading passage. Emotional objectives: Students should know our traditional festival and love our Chinese culture. Learning strategies:Students should master more about traditional festivals not only in China but also in the Western countries.3.教学重点、难点 教学重点:1.掌握阅读策略2.进行写作训练教学难点:阅读技巧的运用4.教学过程设计Step 1:Warm-up and Pre-task. 1. Class begins and greetings.Enjoy music and free talk . (幻灯片 1)【设计意图】快乐问好。通过学生喜爱的歌曲和话题,拉近与学生的距离,走入本节课英语学习氛围。2. Leading in. Watch the video and answer the question:What festival is the video about? (幻灯片 2,3)【设计意图】让学生们坚持每天说英语,让每天说英语成为一种自然的习惯。并在课堂上给他们一个口语展示的平台,帮他们建立自信心。 Step 2:While-task Task1: Fast reading.When we do some reading, not only words, but also pictures can help us to find out the main idea of the passage. Skim for general information and find the answer.(幻灯片4)Whats the meaning of “Full Moon, Full Feelings”, think about it and discuss it with your partner. (幻灯片5)【设计意图】让学生从整体感知入手,通过观察图片和快速阅读对语篇有个总体的把握,分析文章标题含义。 Task 2: Reading in detail.Read again and answer the questions. (幻灯片 6)1. How do people celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival?2. What do mooncakes look like? What meaning do they carry?Task 3: 仔细朗读3a, 判断下列句子的正(T)误(F). (幻灯片 7)( ) 1. The mooncakes carry wishes to the families they love and miss.( ) 2.
