2009级英语专业毕业论文工作安排一、 毕业论文动员大会(一) 时间：2011年10月24日10月28日，具体时间由各论文指导教师自行确定(二) 地点：由各论文指导老师自行确定(三) 参加人员：商务英语0901，0902学生和全体论文指导教师，分小组进行(四) 会议内容：1. 毕业论文动员2. 布置毕业论文选题工作3. 发放武汉软件工程职业学院毕业论文基本规范要求及相关资料4. 宣布毕业论文时间安排二、 毕业论文选题(一) 时间：2011年10月24日至2011年10月28日。(二) 负责人：由各班班长收集本班所有同学的论文选题并造册。(三) 各位同学应根据自己的专长和所掌握的有关资料选题。（题目见附件一）(四) 负责人汇总班级毕业论文选题，于2011年10月31日前将选题汇总清册（电子文档）交姚瑾老师。(五) 2010年11月10日下午，指导教师与选题学生见面并布置撰写论文提纲和开题报告。三、 建议上交论文提纲截止时间：2011年11月17日。（由指导教师把握）四、 建议上交论文初稿的截止时间：2011年12月8日。（由指导教师把握）五、 建议上交论文修改稿时间：2011年12月22日。（由指导教师把握）六、 上交毕业论文最终正式稿(一) 截止时间：2011年12月30日（不能拖延）(二) 每位学生将下述要求内容装入档案袋中上交论文指导教师：1. 论文正式稿要求一式三份。2. 武汉软件工程职业学院毕业论文成绩鉴定表（除论文评定栏由指导教师填写以外，其他项目由学生按要求填写）3. 论文提纲（含教师修改意见）和开题报告4. 论文初稿（含教师修改意见）5. 论文修改稿（如有修改稿、含教师修改意见）七、 毕业论文评价：(一) 毕业论文评价截止时间：2011年1月5日（不能拖延）(二) 各指导教师将已作评价的最终正式稿件交系教学科。每位指导教师推荐一篇论文参加公开答辩。(三) 论文评价包括评语和论文评定等级。(四) 论文评定等级为：优秀、良好、合格、不及格。八、 论文公开答辩时间：待定（根据具体情况再作调整） 经管系英语教研室2011年10月19日附件一Suggested Topics for Graduation PapersI.
