be finalfor quality,weightandquantity andatthetime ofshipment from the warehouseand alongsidethevessel,the costof inspectionwill beto the Sellers aount.ARTICLE19-FORCE MAJEUREIf onaount ofhostilities orwars,blockade,insurrection,governmental restriction,mobilization,strikes,port strikes,lock out,riot orother civildisturbances ornatural calamitiesbeyond thecontrol of the Parties,the fulfillmentof this contract inwhole orin partis renderedimpossible.Due to the followingreasons thecontract isconstrued tobe postponealong withForce Majeureperiod withoutprejudice to the rightor obligationsof either Party aordedin respectof anythingdone orexecuted.There willbe nofurther liabilitytobeattached toeitherParty.-The SellerandBuyershallnot be responsiblefor thenon-performance of this contractin caseof
