Check the companys business license2. Consult the condition of company to your alumni 3. Inquiring the information of company on internet 4. Following up students practice situation timelyReminding everyone to be careful outside to ensure personal safety书面文件Written document合同Contract希望实习单位能在招募实习前就将实习协议签署以及其他要求明确好We hope the companies to sign the articling agreement and clear other requirement before recruiting 实习证明Internship certificate能提供实习证明Be able to provide internship certificate会要求公司提供，若公司未主动提供可向其索取We will require the company to provide document, if they dont provide on their initiative, you can ask for it推荐信Letter of recommendation可以出介绍信,时间能控制在一两个月最好,不要太长也不要太短We can provide letter for recommendation, one month or two is best, not too long and not too short可自己同上司争取You can strive for it from your superior保险insurance目前大多数公司不会提供，有需要的同学可以自行购买At present most companies dont offer this, anyone who need it can purchase by his own其他Else男女比例适宜.Proper male female ratio这个大家要自己把握。This problem is depending on yourself22. 你对我们的工作还有什么建议吗？ Do you have any other suggestions for our project? - Open-Ended Response类型建议解答针对性：Pertinence希望可以对实习单位进行事先的筛选归类，更有针对性，例如适合大二的实习，适合大三大四的实习；另外，之前推荐的的实习单位大多都更适合商科和工科I hope that the intern companies can be divided on the basis of their features and be more targeted. For example, the interns suitable for year 2 students can be distinguished from interns for year 3 and 4. In addition, the interns posted before are more suitable for business and engineering students我们会将公司按照年级，专业进行大致分类，以便同学选择适合自己的公司We will divide the companies according to grade and major for students to better choose appropriate jobs.公平性：Fairness对工科生多一些实习推荐，谢谢多找一些金融（证券，银行）类实习项目Please give more engineering related interns, thank you.Find more financial related interns please like security and banking所有适合本校同学实习的公司类型我们均会联系，并且尽量保证各个专业和各个年级都有适当比例的对应公司。All types of company suitable for UNNC students will be contacted, and the ratio will be adequate for all the majors and grades.公司类型：Company types今年可否多和一些国内的NGO接触争取机会Can we get more opportunities of connecting with national NGO?应同学的建议，我们会增加NGO和工业设计类的公司We will increase the number of NGO and engineering design related companies.联系途径：Contact Methods希望能充分利用校友的资源争取到与更多的公司合作的机会谢谢！I hope you can get more chances for cooperating with companies using the resources of alumni, thanks我们主要将通过校友联系其所在公司，也会由其他途径联系正规公司Contacting the companies through alumni will be our main way, but other approaches will be applied as well.地域范围：Geographicscope希望实习地点不要局限于所提及的4个城市，更愿意在自己的家乡I hope that the location of interns will not be restricted in the four cities. Students would be more likely to do interns in their hometown.如果能为大三大四的学生找更多实习，特别是在香港的就更好了，谢谢Search more internships, especially hongkongs, for Y3 and Y4 students in UNNC, thank you暂时不会开展宁波上海杭州北京以外的公司联系，希望在其他地区找到实习的同学能给我们提供相关信息，以便我们今后的拓展。香港地区由于政策原因暂不考虑。We are not going to contact with companies except for Ningbo, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Beijing for now. If the student can find interns in other cities, please contact us for future using. Hongkong will not be considered now due to the policy.数量：Quantity实习的数量希望能再多一点Hope the amount of internships can be more.会在保证质量的前提下尽量增加数量We will increase the number of interns in premises of good quality,宣讲会和交流会：Campus talk related希望可以有机会邀请到知名人士进行宣讲，如职来职往的达人。Hope you can invite more famous people here, like participants in Zhilaizhiwang多提供一些与公司的交流会而不仅仅是宣讲会.Provide more chances for facing the company but nor just campus talk会通过各种途径争取更多公司及知名人士的宣讲交流会，会有实习经验分享会，面试培训，反馈会等相关活动，期待大家的参与We will try to invite more companies and famous people to give speeches.
