NXP SSL21083高压8W LED驱动解决方案关键词:电源管理,LED驱动器,AC/DC转换器NXP公司的SSL2108x系列是高压LED驱动器,集成了300V(SSL21081和 SSL21082)或多或少(SSL21083和SSL21084),开关接通采用零电流开关(ZCS),开关关断采用零电压或谷底电压开关,输出信号采用PWM调制,主要用在输入电压100V/120VAC和230VAC的紧凑型LED照明.本文介绍了SSL2108X主要特性和优势,框图, 基本应用框图,SSL21083参考板主要指标,电路图和材料清单.The SSL2108X is a range of high-voltage Integrated Circuits (ICs), intended to drive LED lamps in general lighting applications.The main benefits of the product family are:Small Printed-Circuit Board (PCB) footprint, and compact solutionHigh efficiency (up to 95 %)Ease of integrationLow electronic Bill Of Material (BOM)The product family is made of ICs with a range of internal HV switches for easy power scaling.The ICs work as boundary conduction mode converters, typically in buck configuration.The IC range has been designed to start up directly from the HV supply by an internal high-voltage current source. Thereafter, the dV/dt supply is used with capacitive coupling from the drain, or any other auxiliary supply. This functionality provides full flexibility in the application design. The IC consumes 1.3 mA of supply current with an internal clamp limiting the supply voltage.The ICs provide accurate output current control with LED current accuracy within 5%. Mains input voltages include 100 V, 120 V and 230 V (AC). In addition to the mains voltage optimization, the board is designed to work with multiple LEDs or an LED module with a high forward voltage.Mains connection of this reference board is different from other general evaluation/demo boards. Connect the mains to the screw connector J6.Remark: The maximum rated voltage of the board is 280 V (limited by the value of electrolytic capacitor C1) or 400 V (DC).The anode of the LED load is connected to positive positions 1 to 3 of connector J5. The cathode is connected to negative 4 to 6 of connector J5.Use an LED string with a VF greater than 20 volt on this board.
