一、总体部分GENERAL PART 1、 船型及用途SHIPFORM AND PURPOSE 本船为钢质全焊接结构、单甲板、尾机型、,单桨、单舵,由柴油机驱动螺旋桨推进的散货船,具有球尾和球鼻首线型。设有首楼、尾楼、尾部尾楼甲板以上设有四层甲板室。首部设有应急消防泵舱,货舱区域设置双壳、双层底,机舱设置双层底。本船设置四个货舱和3台克令吊(25t25m)。 This ship shall be of all steel welded construction with one continuous deck, bulbous stern, bulbous bow, single propeller, single rudder, forecastle, poop, and of stern-engined type. This ship is to be a bulk carrier, propelled by one main propulsion diesel engine, coupled to a fixed pitch propeller through reduction gearbox. Four-storied deckhouse arranged above poop deck at aft, emergency fire pump room arranged at fore, double hull and double bottom for cargo hold area, double bottom for E/R. There are four cargo holds and three cranes in total (25t x 25m). 货舱内可装载煤碳、矿砂及其它散货、谷物等杂货(A、B、C类)的经济型散货船。 As a economic-type bulk carrier, this ship is designed for carrying coal, ore, other bulk cargo and grain, etc. (A, B, C type) 驾驶室对主机可直接遥控,机舱内设监视室。 M/E can be directly remote controlled from wheelhouse, monitoring room is to be arranged in E/R. 2、 船级社及规范CLASSIFICATION SOCEITY, RULES AND REGULATIONS 2.1、船级社 CLASSIFICATION SOCIETY 本船入级:BV船级社 Class of the Vessel:BV 入级符号与标志Class Notations and Mark: Class:BV Hull,Ice Class ID, Bulk Carrier,CSR MACH 航区:国际远洋航区。 Navigation Zone: international sea area 船旗:方便旗。 Flag : flag of convenience 2.2、规范和规则RULES AND REGULATIONS 本船满足下述规范: The vessel is to comply with the following rules and regulations: “国际载重线公约”(1966年及最新修订本) The International Convention on Loadlines (1966) and the latest Amendment “国际吨位丈量规则”(1969年) International Tonnage Regulation (1969) “国际海上人命安全公约”(2004年综合文本,以下简称“SOLAS”) The International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (2004, hereinafter called “SOLAS” for short) 对此种船型的IMO规则 IMO code fit for the vessel mentioned herein “国际海上避碰规则”(1972年)及1981年修正案 The International Convention for Prevention of Collisions at sea (1972) with 1981 Amendments 适用于此种船型的国际劳动组织公约 Conventions of International Labor Organization fit for the vessel mentioned herein 法国BV船级社“钢质船舶入级规范” (2005年) Rules for Classification of Steel Ships of BV (2000) 船旗国对本船的特殊规定 Special Regulations of the Vessel Flag Nation 散货船共同结构规范(2006规范) Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers(2006) 3、 主尺度PRINCIPAL PARTICULARS 总 长 LOA 159.90 m Length overall LOA 设计水线长 LWL 153.99m Length of waterline at designed draft LWL 垂线间长 LbP 149.80 m Length between perpendiculars LbP 型 宽 B 24.40 m Breadth moulded B 型 深 D 14.20 m Depth moulded D 设计吃水 d 10.40 m Designed draft moulded 设计排水量 31276.1 t Designed displacement 4、 载重量Deadweight 在设计吃水10.40m时,载重量约 23800 吨。 Deadweight at designed draft 10.40m abt. 23800t. 5、 舱室容积CAPACITIES NO.1货 舱 (No.1 cargo hold) 6455.8 m3 NO.2货 舱 (No.2 cargo hold) 7761.3 m3 NO.3货 舱 (No.3 cargo hold) 7761.3 m3 NO.4货 舱 (No.4 cargo hold) 6562.2 m3 合计(total)28540.6 m3 燃料油舱 (fuel oil tank) 853.4 m3 柴油舱 (diesel oil tank) 274.5 m3 淡水舱 (fresh water tank) 470 m3 压载水舱 (ballast water tank) 8411.5 m3 6、 总吨位GROSS TONNAGE 总吨位 约 15645吨 gross tonnage abt. 15645T 7、 主机、功率和航速、螺旋桨M/E, POWER, SPEED AND PROPELLER 主机型号(type) MAN-B&W7S35MC 1台 最大持续功率(MCR) 5180KW173rpm 在试航条件下,吃水10.40m,主机功率4662KW(90%MCR)时,航速约为12.200节。 Trial speed at draft of 10.40m and 90% MCR of main engine (4662KW) will be about 12.2 knots under trial conditions. 螺旋桨主要参数Main Parameters of Propeller 直 径diameter 盘面比propeller area ratio 螺距比pitch ratio 叶片数number of blades 材 料material 重 量weight 型 式type MAU - 4(four) 8、续航力ENDURANCE 本船的续航力约为 海里。自持力大于30天。 The endurance of the vessel is abt. nautical miles, and sea endurance to be more than 30 days. 9、稳性和干舷STABILITY AND FREEBOARD 本船在任何装载状况下的稳性衡准应满足“BV”规范”、“IMO”规则”对远洋航区散货船的稳性要求。 The vessels stability criterion complies with requirements of BV and IMO for ocean-going bulk carrier under any loading condition. 本船运输的货物必须左、右严格平衡,不得有横倾现象存在。固体散装货物必须严格平舱,一直平整到货舱四周舱壁,如果对稳性还有严重影响,则再加压包和挡板措施。 Cargo carried by the vessel should be stacked properly to avoid listing and keep the vessel in good balanced condition. Solid bulk cargo must be strictly trimmed until to ambient bulkhead. If not enough, then heavy cargo package and baffler shall be supplied. 本船干舷满足“BV”规范”、“IMO”规则”。 The vessels freeboard complies with requirements of IMO and BV rules 计算最小干舷为 mm,而本船实取干舷值为3818mm,夏季吃水为10.40m。 The minimum calculated freeboard is , and real freeboard of the vessel at 10.40m summer draft is 3818mm. 10、定员COMPLEMENT 本船定员25人。均设置为单人间。其中高级船员室4间。 The vessel is to be capable of accommodating total of 25 persons, with 21 crew cabins and 4 senior officer cabins. 11、总布置概况OUTLINE OF GENERAL ARRANGEMENT 本船主体设七道水密横舱壁由尾至首分为:尾尖舱、机舱、第四货舱、第三货舱、第二货舱、第一货舱、应急消防泵舱、首尖舱。其中尾尖舱内设淡水舱、压载水舱、舵机舱。机舱分为上、中、下三层及内底,内底设有主机循环油舱、污水舱、双层底上设有污油舱、废柴油舱;机舱7.1m平台甲板至上甲板设有第二燃料油舱、第一柴油舱、油渣舱及机舱监视室等;机舱10.95m平台甲板至上甲板设有滑油储存柜、日用油柜、分油机室等。 货舱双层底及边舱均为压载水舱;其中第四货舱的后端(#35#40)内底上设有第一燃料油舱,燃料油舱兼溢流舱,边舱及货舱之间的上半部(二甲板至上甲板)均为空舱。首部设有应急消防泵舱,首尖舱为压载舱。首楼为泵舱、仓库及储物舱等。首楼甲板设有前桅、起锚及系泊设备;尾楼甲板上设有系泊设备及四层甲板室。 The vessel is to be divided under main deck by seven watertight bulkheads as shown on General Arrangement into the following principal compartments: aft peak, E/R, No.4 cargo hold, No.3 cargo hold, No.2 cargo hold, No.1 cargo hold, emergency fire pump room, fore peak. The aft peak tank is to be subdivided into freshwater tank, ballast tank, steering gear room. E/R is to be divided into lower, middle and upper parts and fitted with inner bottom, inner bottom to be arranged with M/E circulating oil tank, bilge water tank, double bottom arranged with dirty oil tank, waste diesel oil tank. No.2 fuel oil tank, No.1 diesel oil tank, oil sludge tank and E/R monitoring room etc. are to be arranged from E/R 7.1platf. deck to upper deck. Lub oil storage tank, oil service tank and oil separator room etc. to be arranged from E/R 10.95platf. deck to upper deck. Double bottom and side tank both to be used as ballast tanks. No.1 fuel oil tank, fuel oil & overflow tank to be fitted on inner bottom of aft part (#35#40) of No.4 cargo hold. Side tank and upper part between cargo holds (tween deck to upper deck) to be void space. Emergency fire pump room locates at fore part, fore peak to be used as ballast tank. Forecastle is to be used as pump room, warehouse and store etc. Forecastle deck fitted with foremast, anchoring & mooring equipment, poop deck fitted with mooring equipment and four-storied deckhouse. 本船甲板室设五层,甲板间距纵中剖面处高度如下: The vessel has a five-storied deckhouse, deck heights at longitudinal midsection to be as follows: 上甲板 尾楼甲板 3.05 m upper deck poop deck 尾楼甲板 居住甲板 2.70 m poop deck acc. deck 居住甲板 船长甲板 2.70 m acc. deck captain deck 船长甲板 驾驶甲板 2.70 m captain deck wheelhouse deck 驾驶甲板 罗经甲板 2.70 m wheelhouse deck compass deck 上甲板 首楼甲板 约 2.70 m upper deck forecastle deck 本船上甲板梁拱为折角线,折角梁拱为150mm;首、尾楼甲板为抛物线梁拱150mm;罗经甲板为抛物线梁拱150(半宽12m时)。 The vessels upper deck camber is to be of knuckled line, and the knuckle camber is 150mm; poop deck has parabola camber of 150mm; compass deck is to have a parabola camber of 150 (half width of 12m). 尾楼内设有机舱棚、空调机室、二氧化碳室、厕所、更衣室、洗衣间、蔬菜库、粮食及干货库、冷冻机室、储藏室、2间船员室、医务室、通道、上下扶梯等。 The followings are to be fitted inside poop: engine casing, A/C room, CO2 room, W.C. change room, laundry, vegetable store, provisions & dry food room, freezer room, store, two crew cabins, hospital, passage, stairs, etc. 尾楼甲板上设有厨房、船员餐厅及高级船员餐厅,应急发电机室、4间船员室、甲板办公室及轮机办公室。 The followings are to be fitted on poop deck: galley, crews mess, officers mess, emergency generator room, four crew cabins, deck office and machinery office. 居住甲板设有11间船员室、储藏室,船舷放置救生筏、救助艇及吊机、绳梯等。 Acc. deck to be fitted with eleven crew cabins, store. Liferaft, rescue boat, lift and rope ladder are all to be located at side. 船长甲板设有8间单人船员室、储藏室等。其中4间为高级船员室,即船长室、轮机长室、大付室、大管轮室。 Captain deck is to be fitted with eight single-berth room, store and so on, four of which to be senior officer rooms, that is, captain room, chief engineer room, first mate room, and first engineer room. 驾驶甲板设有驾驶室、厕所等,室内设有报务台、海图桌、驾控台等。 Wheelhouse deck is to be fitted with wheelhouse, W.C. and so on, radio station, chart table and bridge console, etc. to be located inside. 罗经甲板设有信号桅、雷达、闪光灯、探照灯等。 Compass deck is to be fitted with signal mast, radar, flashlight and searchlight, etc. 二、船体结构部分HULL STRUCTURE MODEL 1、 概述GENERAL 1.1 船体结构形式HULL STRUCTURE FORM 本船结构形式为混合骨架式,货舱部分的双层底及边舱的甲板、舷侧等均为纵骨架式,货舱之间部位的甲板条为横骨架式;其它部位的船底、甲板、舷侧及甲板室、上层建筑均为横骨架式。 This vessel is to adopt combined framing type, double bottom in cargo hold area together with deck and broadside of side tank to be of longitudinal framing, area between cargo holds to be of transverse framing. Bottom, deck, broadside in other area as well as deckhouse and superstructure to be of transverse framing. 1.2 船体强度HULL STRENGTH 本船结构设计满足法国BV船级社“钢质船舶入级规范” (2005年) 、散货船共同结构规范(2006规范)的有关要求。结构吃水为10.40m。 The vessel is designed to satisfy relevant requirements of Rules for Classification of Steel Ships of BV (2005), Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers(2006). Scantling draft is 10.40m. 1.3 船体和上层建筑材料MATERIALS FOR HULL AND SUPERSTRUCTURE 本船主要建造材料选用BV“A”级钢。屈服点大于或等于265N/mm2,采用高强度钢。 Main materials used for the vessel to be BV “A” grade steel with yield point more than or equal to 265N/mm2, high strength steel to be adopted. 铸钢件满足规范中“船体结构用铸钢件”的有关要求。 Casting steel to be meet the requirement of “Casting Steel for Hull Structure”. 1.4 船体结构的焊接WELDING FOR HULL STRUCTURE 本船钢结构为全电焊结构,且最大范围内采用自动焊。 Steel construction of the vessel to be of full electric welding form, furthermore, automatic welding should be used as much as possible. 船体焊接材料为船级社认可材料,船体接头采用适当的焊接材料和工艺。 Welding material for hull shall be approved by BV, appropriate welding material and workmanship to be used for block connection. 采用X探伤或超声波检查焊缝质量。 X-ray detection or ultrasonic inspection to be supplied to check quality of welding seam. 2、 船底BOTTOM 2.1 机舱双层底E/R DOUBLE BOTTOM 机舱为双层底,高度为1700mm,每档设置实肋板,双层底结构上的开口尺寸满足“规范”要求。 E/R to be fitted with double bottom with height of 1600mm, every frame to be fitted with solid floor, openings on double bottom to satisfy requirements of regulations. 所有舱内设置足够数量的人孔以便出入,船底和纵、横结构设置足够数量的尺寸的流水孔和透气孔。 All compartments shall be arranged with sufficient number of manholes to facility access to these areas, sufficient number of drain holes and air holes with appropriate size in area of bottom, transverse and longitudinal structures are required. 机舱内共设置二个海水阀箱,板厚及结构形式满足“规范”要求。 Total of two sea chests are required in E/R with plate thickness and structure form satisfied with requirements of regulations, 主机座结构的刚度和强度满足“规范”要求,并按照主机厂推荐的形式进行设计。 The rigid and strength of M/E seatings are to meet requirements of rules and to be designed according to recommendation of M/E manufacturer. 2.2 货舱双层底DOUBLE BOTTOM OF CARGO HOLD 货舱双层底:高度为1350mm。 Double bottom of cargo hold: 1350mm in height. 货舱内底板取17mm。 Inner bottom plate of cargo hold: 17mm. 肋板和旁桁材的开口满足船级社要求。 Openings for floor and side girder are to meet requirements of BV. 所有双层底舱为水密和油密,按规范要求进行水压或气密试验。 All double bottom tanks are to be watertight and oiltight, and water tested and air tested according to BV requirements 3、 舱壁BULKHEAD 全船#10、#35、#73、#111、#149、#187、#194设置了水密横舱壁(货舱为槽型舱壁),在尾轴处作局部加强。横舱壁伸至上甲板,舱壁上设置垂直扶强材。 Transverse watertight bulkheads are to be fitted at Fr. No.10, 35, 73, 111, 149, 187 and 194 (cargo hold with corrugated bulkhead), and to be locally strengthened in way of propeller shaft. Transverse bulkheads to be extended until upper deck, with vertical stiffener fitted on bulkheads. 4、 舷侧BROADSIDE 4.1舷侧骨架SIDE FRAMING 货舱位置舷侧设置强框架,间隔最大为3档肋距。 Web frames to be fitted at side cargo hold, with 3 frame spaces at most. 机舱位置设置强肋骨,间隔最大为5档肋距。 Web frames to be fitted in way of E/R with 5 frame spaces at most. 锚链筒及艉轴出口处增加外板厚度或加复板。 Shell plate to be thickened or double plate to be added for hawse pipe and exit of propeller shaft. 4.2 舷墙BULWARK 在首楼、尾楼甲板设置舷墙,舷墙高1100mm,每两档肋距设舷墙肘板。排水舷口的设置满足“规范”要求。在设置导缆孔处舷墙板增加板厚和加强筋。 Bulwark to be fitted at forecastle & poop decks with height of 1100mm, and bracket fitted at each two spaces. Freeing ports shall be fitted according to requirements of rules. No sheer considered, parabolic camber to be provided. 9.2 首楼FORECASTLE 首楼设在#186首,首楼有脊弧,甲板设抛物线梁拱为150mm。 Forecastle to be fitted at #186stem, forecastle fitted with sheer, deck parabolic camber to be of 150mm. 首楼甲板在锚机、带缆桩及锚链筒、前桅等处结构作相应加强。 Forecastle deck shall be strengthened correspondingly in way of windlass, bollards, hawse pipe and foremast. 10、甲板室和烟囱DECKHOUSE AND FUNNEL 尾楼甲板上设有四层甲板室及机舱烟囱,甲板室由纵桁和强横梁及扶强材加强。 烟囱结构设有垂直扶强材加强。甲板设抛物线梁拱为150mm。 Poop deck
