That is to say, some people, especially young people change their jobs frequently. But, different people have different attitudes towards this trend.Those who are in favor of this trend think that job-hopping is justified. People change their jobs because they want to pursue better working conditions which will do well to their personal development. At the same time, people can get higher payment and live a more comfortable life by job-hopping. Of course, they have the right to transfer from one job to another. However, those who are against job-hopping believe that a person should stick to his position all the time. They think that the longer a person works in a professional field, the more skillful he will be. For my part, I think it is reasonable for a person to change his job if he really has a better opportunity. But a constant job-hopping will do harm to a person, because he will not have the chance to develop his potentials to the full. As a result, a person should give a careful consideration before hopping from job to job. 193
