风烟控制系统Air and Flue Gas Control System 一般把送风控制系统、炉膛压力控制系统、一次风压控制系统、二次风控制系统、磨煤机出口风温和风量控制系统称为风烟控制系统。Generally, the air supply control system, the furnace pressure control system, the primary air pressure control system, the secondary air control system, the coal mill output air temperature and air flow control system are called the air and flue gas control system. 1.磨煤机出口风温和磨煤机出口风量控制系统。1. Coal mill outlet air temperature & coal mill outlet air flow control system. 磨煤机风系统是设置冷热风调节挡板的风温/风量控制系统。由于冷风或热风挡板任一挡板开度的变化,都会影响到风量和温度的调节,因此在负荷变动时,对磨煤机的出口风温和出口风量的控制比较困难。对磨煤机出口风温和磨煤机出口风量控制所采用的方法是:温度调节器的输出在控制热风门的同时,通过一个负的比例环节去控制冷风门,使温度调节器的动作不影响风量;同样,风量调节器的输出在控制冷风门的同时,通过一个正的比例环节去控制热风门,使风量调节器的动作不影响温度。为了进一步改善调节品质,采用了变参数PI控制。The coal mill air system is an air temperature / air flow control system that is provided with a cold and hot air damper regulator. Changed opening of either the cold air or hot air damper will affect the regulation of air flow and temperature. Therefore, if the load changes, it will be more difficult to control the outlet air temperature and air flow of the coal mill. The method to control the outlet air temperature and outlet air flow of the coal mill is: output of the temperature regulator will control the hot air throttle and a negative proportional component will control the cold air throttle, so that the action of the temperature regulator does not affect the air flow; Similarly, output of the air flow regulator will control the cold air throttle and a positive proportional component will control the hot air throttle, so that the action of the air flow regulator does not affect the temperature. Variable parameter PI control is adopted to further improve the quality of regulation. 冷风门和热风门分别有一个手动、自动切换开关,它们互为连锁。当冷风门和热风门投入自动的条件都满足时,只要两个开关中任意一个切换到自动,另一个也随之切换到自动;如果有一个开关投自动条件消失而切换到手动时,另一个也将切换到手动。The cold air throttle and the hot air throttle are respectively provided with a manual selector switch and an automatic selector switch. The two switches are interlocked. When both the cold and hot air throttles meet the conditions for automatic operation, the other switch will switch to automatic as long as either of the two switches is in automatic state; If one switch changes to manual when the automatic conditions are gone, the other switch will switch to manual, too. 当出现下列条件时,热风门控制从自动切换至手动:The hot air throttle will switch from automatic control to manual control in the following conditions: 1) BCS(燃烧器控制系统)不允许投自动;1) BCS (burner control system) does not allow for automatic operation; 2) 冷风门手动;2) The cold air throttle is in manual state; 3) 温度变送器偏差报警;3) There is a temperature transmitter deviation alarm; 4) 挡板位置不跟随指令;4) The damper position does not follow the demand; 5) 操作员选择手动。5) The operator chooses manual control. 当出现下列条件时,冷风门控制从自动切换至手动:The cold air throttle will switch from automatic control to manual control in the following conditions: 1) BCS不允许投自动;1) BCS does not allow for automatic operation; 2) 热风门手动;2) The hot air throttle is in manual state; 3) 风量变送器偏差报警;3) There is a temperature transmitter deviation alarm; 4) 补偿用温度变送器偏差报警;4) There is a deviation alarm of compensation-used temperature transmitter; 5) 挡板位置不跟随指令;5) The damper position does not follow the demand; 6) 操作员选择手动。6) The operator chooses manual control. 风量调节的设定值由对应于该磨煤机的给煤机转速通过函数加偏置产生。The set value of air flow regulation is generated by function plus bias of the feeder speed corresponds to the coal mill. 2.送风控制系统。2. Air supply control system. 风量调节器与多输出控制系统中的变增益调节器构成了风量控制的串级调节系统。锅炉指令经风煤交叉限制回路形成风量指令。经风量调节器运算后,输出指令到两台风机的动叶控制器,通过对动叶开度的调节来实现风量调节。每台风机都用各自的实测风量进行最大动叶开度限制,如果动叶开度指令大于实测风量规定的最大动叶开度,则风机动叶开度的增加会被限制在实测风量规定的最大动叶开度。当出现以下条件时,每台送风机控制从自动切换至手动:The air flow regulator and the variable gain regulator in the multi-output control system constitute a cascade regulating system of air flow control. The boiler demand forms an air flow signal through the air-coal crossing restriction loop. After calculation by the air flow regulator, the demand is output to the moving blade controller of the two fans. The air flow is adjusted by adjusting the opening of the moving blade. Each fan restricts the maximum opening of its moving blade based on its actual air flow. If the opening demand of the moving blade is greater than the maximum moving blade opening as provided by the measured air flow, increase in the opening of the fan moving blade will be restricted to the maximum moving blade opening as provided by the measured air flow. Each fan will switch from automatic control to manual control in the following conditions: 1) 执行器失电;1) Actuator power failure; 2) 送风机停运;2) Supply fan outage; 3) 送风机失速;3) Supply fan stall; 3) MFT;3) MFT; 4) 经风温修正后的风量偏差报警;4) Air flow deviation alarm after air temperature correction; 5) 风量变送器偏差报警;引风机手动;5) Air flow transmitter deviation alarm; induced draft air under manual control; 6) 动叶开度大于实测风量规定的最大开度;6) Moving blade opening greater than the maximum opening as provided by the measured air flow; 7) 操作员设置手动;7) The operator sets to manual control; 8) 动叶位置不跟随指令。8) Moving blade position does not follow the demand. 3.炉膛负压控制系统。3. Furnace negative pressure control system. 炉膛负压控制系统由负压调节器和多输出控制系统的变增益调节器构成串级调节系统,以送风指令为前馈,使送引风机能协调动作。The furnace negative pressure control system is a cascade regulating system formed by the negative pressure regulator and the variable gain regulator of the multi-output control system. The air supply demand acts as the feedforward so that the supply air fan and induced air fan can operate in coordination. 当炉膛压力高软报警和硬报警同时存在时,引风机发生减闭锁,同时送风机发生增闭锁,当炉膛压力低软报警和硬报警同时存在时,引风机发生增闭锁,同时送风机发生减闭锁。When high soft alarm and hard alarm of the furnace pressure simultaneously exist, block decrease of induced draft fan will occur while the block increase of the air supply fan will occur. When low soft alarm and hard alarm of the furnace pressure simultaneously exist, block increase of induced draft fan will occur while the block decrease of the air supply fan will occur.当出现下列条件时,引风机调节挡板控制从自动切换至手动:The damper regulator of the induced draft fan will switch from automatic control to manual control in the following conditions: 1) 风机停运;1) Fan outage; 2) 动叶位置不跟随指令;2) Moving blade position does not follow the demand; 3) 炉膛负压(三选二)测量值偏差报警;3) Deviation alarm of measurement of furnace negative pressure (two out three); 4) 风机进口挡板或出口挡板非全开;4) Fan inlet damper or outlet damper is not fully open; 5) 操作员设置手动。5) The operator sets to manual control; 4.一次风压控制系统4. Primary air pressure control system 一次风压控制系统的控制要求是保持一次风母管的风压与炉膛压力有一定的差压,以保证一次风的送粉和助燃能力。一次风压控制系统为串级多输出控制系统。系统主调节器的测量值为一次风母管与炉膛的差压,设定值由6台给煤机转速的最大值经函数发生器产生,设定值的最小限制值为6.5kPa左右。最大限制值为12.2kPa。副调节器为多输出控制系统的变增益调节器。The control requirements of the primary air pressure control system are to maintain certain differential pressure between the air pressure of the primary air main pipe and the furnace pressure, so as to ensure that the primary air is able to feed pulverized coal and help combustion. The primary air pressure control system is a cascade multi-output control system. The measured value of the system main regulator is the difference pressure between the primary air main pipe and the furnace. The set value is generated from the maximum speed of the 6 coal feeders through the function generator. The minimum limit of the set value is about 6.5kPa and the maximum limit is 12.2kPa. The secondary regulator is a variable gain regulator of the multi-output control system. 负荷较低时,经常只要求一台一次风机运行。在两台风机运行时,由于振动、磨煤机跳闸等原因,也常会发生一台事故跳闸,处于一台一次风机运行状态。而一次风压力是锅炉燃煤运行时比较重要的参数,为了在一次风机事故跳闸或启停时,一次风压控制不会退出自动且具有较好的调节品质,在常规的多输出控制系统的基础上增加了跳闸补偿回路:If the load is small, usually only one primary air fan is required to operate. When the two fans are put into operation, accident trip will occur to one of them due to vibration, coal mill trip and other reasons. When this happens, only one primary air fan will be in operation. The primary air pressure is an important parameter when the boiler is in coal-fired operation. To ensure that the primary air pressure will not exit from automatic control and achieve higher quality of regulation in case of accident trip or start and stop of the primary air fan, a trip compensating circuit is provided on the basis of the conventional multi-output control system: 1) 两台手动时,变增益调节的跟踪变量为:A运行、B停运时,跟踪A;
