A stable personality and high sense of responsibility; 6.Ability to work well with others.; 7.Ambitious attitude essential; 8.Initiative, independent and good communication skill; 9.Willing to work under pressure with leardership quality;10. Strong determination to succeed; 11Be highly organized and efficient.;And so on.Leadership qualities in the analysis, I also analyze my suitability to be a leader. I have both advantages and disadvantages will be described.Advantages：1. honesty , integrity and credibility. In todays society, Honesty make a difference in leaders effectiveness. I also think that Honesty is a valuable quality in every field. 2.extrovertion . I am glad that I am outgoing because this makes it easier for me to communicate with people in learning and working .what is more,extrovertion has been recognized for its contribution to leadership effectiveness because it is helpful for leaders in most situations to be gregarious. 3.warmth. Warmth is a key component of charisma , and it provides emotional support to group members. In the daily life , I usually treat people friendly to make them warm.4. enthusiasm. I treated people very enthusiastic, whether he is a schoolstudent or a subordinateat at the students Union. And enthusiasm is a desirable leadership trait because it helps build good relationship with team members.Therefore, I will Carry forward my strengths in the following ways:1. I will do exactly what I say when I say what I will do. If I change my mind, I will tell you in advance so you will not harm your action.2. I will be more active to communicate with others. This will make me lose the opportunity. do not usually have strong determination to succeed. When I have difficulty in the way, I will back down. By learning leadership, I find that assertiveness helps leader perform many tasks and achieve goals. So if I want to become a good leader, I must have the firm determination.2. my creative thinking is weak. Creative leaders are good at innovation , and This will make his team obtain a bigger success. I think that lack of creativity will lose many opportunities for promotion.I will correct my disadvantages in the following ways:1. I will increase my self-confidence. In the daliy life, I will express my own views in the process of policy-making ,and keep cool under pressure.2. Raising the firm determination when meeting the difficult problems, I will stick with it until the settlement.3. Developing my creativity. I know that knowledge , intellectual abilities, personality and social habits are quite important for a leader. Therefore, I will make my efforts to enhance wisdom and knowledge.4.
