The work involves in X precast piling of 600110 tube piling or 400400 square piling. only the tie-in piont of 200mm and not more than 100 meter from site is need to be provided by contractor.2.4.2电:现场用电包括照明用电和施工用电,总包商需提供距施工现场不大于200m的施工电源,电源电压为220/380V,功率不低于200KW。Electic Power: The tie-in point of 220/380V and more than 200KW for lighting and construction power to be provided by contractor not more than 200 meters away from site is needed.2.4.3道路:总包商必需保证施工现场道路畅通并能满足重载车辆通行,保证车辆能将桩运至施工场地内。Road: The Contractor must ensure that site construction road can be smoothly passed through and have enough capicity for heavy transportation so that the piling delivery truch can easily march to site.2.4.4施工场地:在施工机械设备进场前,总包商应将施工现场场地平整完毕,以便安装设备及正常施工。Construction field: Prior to the constructin equipment coming to site, Contractor should completed the field grading for equipment installation and assemblying to ensure the construction running to the normal.2.5临时设施布置temporary facility plan根据工程需要,施工现场需合理布置现场办公、材料、机械堆放场等临时设施,具体用地见下表。As policy: Win credit with integrity, scientific precisenses, keeping improving and Client satisfaction.3.2质量目标:Quality target提供的工程产品满足要求,一次交付合格率100 Provide engineering products satisfied with requirment and one-time-turnover come to 100%.地基与基础工程优良率达90,其它项目优良率达85 excellent t rate in Groundwork and Foundation project over 90% and others over 85%.确保用户满意,投诉率为零 Ensure the Client satisfaction, zero in litigation and complaining.每年至少完成2项质量改进工作At least 2 innovation in quality completed in each year.3.3安全目标、安全管理方针safety target and safety policy.3.3.1安全目标Safety target四个重大事故(工伤、交通、设备、火灾爆炸)为零 Zero Rate to Four severity incident like working injury, traffic incident, epuipment exploration and fire.工伤事故频率低于3。Incident frequency Rate of working injury less than 安全管理方针Safety polity 安全第一,预防为主。safety first and taking priority to prevention.4施工方案construction plan4.1 施工工艺流程construction process本项目预制桩施工采用锤击沉桩法施工工艺,就是采用锤击沉桩机械,将事先制作好的预制砼方桩或管桩,直接锤击沉入土中至设计深度的一种施工方法。具体工艺流程如图2。We will adopt the construction process in hammer-hit piling method, which use hammer-hit pile driving machine to drive manufactured precast concrete square pile or tube pile into soil to designed dept. The detailed process flow as follows:预制桩施工工艺流程图 Precast pile driving process flow 图1 Chart 1正常打桩driving piles in normal situation分析原因、会商解决analyze cause and discuss to resolve the problem桩位测放setting outNY桩机移位pile driving machine relocating桩机就位taking pile driving macnine in place停打stop driving调正导杆 adjust the leader tube测量贯入度、桩顶标高survey penetration number, pilehead elevation预制桩就位locating the precast pile driving machine预制桩起吊lifting the precast pile插桩insert the pile into its location小落距打桩driving in lower falling distance调正桩锤、桩帽、桩垫及导杆adjust the hammer, pile cap, pile mat and leader tube4.2 施工方法construction methods4.2.1清除施工现场障碍和平整场地clear up obstacle from construction site and take the site grading.打桩前,清除现场妨碍施工的高空和地下障碍物,以保证沉桩顺利进行;Prior to piling works, obstacles overhead or underground will be cleared away from site to ensure pile driving smoothly.桩机进入场地前,在表层铺一层碎石,并予以整平,以确保场地水平度,提高地表承载力,防止沉桩作业时桩机产生不均匀沉降;Before pile driving machine coming into site, a flat of gravel should be spreaded on soil surface and made it in level to provide enough level degree and enough base bearing capicity. This measure can prevent from collapse of pile driving machine due to the asymmetric settlement during pile driving.4.2.2预制砼方桩和管桩桩体由预制厂购买,桩体运至现场后,经检验合格后,方可投入使用。The precast concrete square pile and tube pile will be bought from prefabrication factory. Only the qualified piles will be put into piling works.4.2.3施工现场放线定位Setting out the location on site在施工现场不受沉桩作业影响的地方设置轴线控制点,然后按设计图纸测放点位,并测量每组预制桩处的地面标高,后进行标识。The Base Point of Benchmark should be set up in location, where pile driving work cant interfered to shift, and the setting of axis line control point should be based on the designed drawing. Survey groud altitude of each group of piles and then mark it .4.2.4预制桩施工采用锤击沉桩方法。选用步履式打桩架,配备筒式柴油锤。 桩机就位时,对准桩位,二个方向调直桅杆。Adopt hammer-hit piling method in precast pile construction. The equipment can be footstep-piling frame equipped with tube-shaped diesel hammer. The piling driver should be aimed to the piling point and adjusted the mast to vertical in two cross direction.4.2.5混凝土预制桩强度达到70方可起吊,强度达到100,方可运输和打桩。桩在起吊、搬运时力求平稳,吊点要符合设计要求。The concrete precast piles can be lifted up when the strength over 70% , conveied and drived with over 100% strength. Pile lifting and conveying should be done as steady as possible at the lifting point as the design specification.4.2.6按不同桩顶标高,确定不同的送桩器长度。锤和桩帽,送桩器与桩之间设弹性衬垫,且桩锤、桩帽、送桩器、桩身保持在同一轴线上。The pile transferrer length should be selected as the different pilehead altitude. Flexible and elastic mat should be available between hammer and pile cap, pile and pile transferrer. Keep the hammer, pile cap, pile transferrer and pile body in anxis line.4.2.7桩尖插入桩位后,先用重锤低击。采用2台经纬仪两个方向控制桩身垂直度,稳桩后,按要求的落距进行沉桩。Insert pile tip into the soil of piling location and drive in lower falling distance, then adjust the pile in verticle by two transit in cross direction. After the pile is steady, drive as the required falling distance.4.2.8按施工图纸及有关规范要求施工。Driving pile in accordance with construction drawing and code requirement concerned.4.2.9停止打桩的控制原则:以贯入度控制为主,桩顶标高可作参考。The control principle to stop driving is: depending on penetration number as basis with pilehead elevation as the reference altitude.4.2.10混凝土预制桩的制作Process precast concrete pile预制场地必需平整坚实。Prefabricate field should be flat and stability.制作预制桩的钢筋、水泥、石子、砂必需符合标准要求,要有出厂合格证和复验报告。桩运进施工现场时要有出厂合格证。Steeel bar, cement, sand and gravel to be used for pre-cast piling manufacturing need to meet the standard requirement and adhered with leaving factory qualification and re-qualified report. The piling also need to have leaving factory qualification before coming into site.制桩模板采用钢模,支模时必需保证尺寸准确。Steel mould is adopted; and ensure the size of formwork is correct. 钢筋采用对焊,主筋接头位置必需符合混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范(GBJ502042002)要求。Butt welding to merge the steel bar should be used and the welding location of main bearing steel bar should be applied with the Construction Quality and Acceptance Criterion for Concrete Structure (GBJ502042002).浇注混凝土时,从桩顶开始浇注,并应防止另一端砂浆积聚过多的现象。Pour concrete from pile head to toe, and avoid slurry accumulating on one side.4.3主要管理措施Main management measurement4.3.1工程中,设专职质检员、安全员,对施工过程质量与安全情况进行监督。The full time quality supervisor and safety supervisor will supervise on construction process quality and safety condition when piling work is on going.4.3.2成立由技术负责人为组长,各工序负责人为成员的质量管理小组,责任落实到人,设立奖罚制度。The quality managing team will be established, name the chief technician as leader and construction sequence supervisor as member. Clear the resposibility of each involved person and establish up the incentive program.4.3.3操作人员严格按操作规程或指挥指令操作,不得违章作业。Operator need to strictively follow up the operation regulation or comanding instruction and avoid violation in operation.4.3.4每道工序完成后,各工序自检,然后由技术负责人请示项目经理、质量检查员进行内部验收,合格后,报请监理等有关人员验收,验收合格,方可转入下一道工序。Each working procedure to be inspected by themselves at the end of the works, then technican in charge ask for instruction from project manager and quality inspector for internal acceptance. If it is qualified as interior acceptance, report to the relative supervisory for checking and accepting. Only the work, which is passed over the acceptance, can be shifted to the follow precedure.4.3.5对设计单位、监理单位、建设单位等部门提出的问题及建议,虚心接受,分析研究后,采取相应的措施。The problem and suggestion given out from engineering, supervisory and the owner need to be accepted in an open mind and the corresponding measurement need to be taken through out the analysis and studies.4.4施工顺序Construction sequence4.4.1施工顺序采用先中央后周围,由里及外进行施打。Construction sequence: first center then edge; fromt the inside to the outside.3.4.2为减小施工时对邻近建筑物、地下管线等影响,可背离保护对象由近向远沉桩。For decrease the effect to adjacent building and underground pipe etc., carry out driving the pile along opposite direction from close to far. 4.4.3 若一个装置区内有几种桩型,应根据桩径先大后小,桩长先长后短的原则逐次施工。If there are several type pile in one unit, we should construction wity following order: first large pile diameter, then small one; first long pile length, then short one. 5. 施工组织Construction Orginazition5.1组织机构Orginazation5.1.1组织机构图:Orginazation Chart为确保工程按期,优质地完成,组织一支由壹级项目经理领导的精干的施工队伍,实行项目法管理。组织机构图(见下页)Estabilish a capable project team to ensure timely and excellently finish the piling work, and manage the project by project law. Please refer to the orginazation of site.5.1.2各岗位职责Principile Responsibity项目经理:是本工程最高管理者,对工程质量、工程成本、工程进度全面负责,确保满足合同规定的要求;Project manager: be in charge of projecr quality, cost and schedule, ensure them meeting the contract requirment. 项目技术负责人:对本工程技术工作负全面责任,负责技术资料的编制,过程产品的检验和试验,确保工程达到业主和设计要求;Technician in chief: be in charge of engineering technical work, eg. Made technical data, inspect amd test the process product. Ensure engineering meet client and design requirement. 施工经理:负责施工组织管理,确保工程按期、按质、按量完成;Construction manager: take charge of construction management; ensure the work finished in according to clients requirement.项目技术部:负责对产品进行检验和试验;Technical department: carry out the inspection and testing the production.项目经理Project Manager技术负责人安全经理采购经理质量经理施工经理测量组后勤保障组技术组预制桩机组计划组项目组织机构图Project ManagerSafety ManagerPurchanse ManagerTechinician in chargeQulity Manger Construction ManagerPrecast pile construction teamSchedule control teamSurvey teamTechnical teamLogistic teamOrginazition for site质量经理:对外业施工过程与质量体系文件的符合性及施工质量进行监督,发现不合格的操作或不合格品,有权责令其停工,进行纠正或停止使用,且不得转入下个过程,并通知项目技术负责人或项目经理进行处理。Qulity control manger: Supervise on construction quality and ensure the consistency with field construction process and quality system document. If there is unqualified operation and substandard products, he has the authority to stop the work, correct it or stop practicing and never allow it into the next precedure. At the same time, he is responsible for noticing Project chief technian or Project Manager to resolve the problem.采购经理:负责现场工程材料的采购及验收。Purchasing manager: purchase and accept the engineering material.桩机操作员:按桩机操作规程进行打桩施工,对桩机进行维护及保养。Operator of pile machine: drive the pile in
