施工准备质量组织机构图一、技术准备1、熟悉和分析施工现场的地质、水文资料,熟悉施工现场环境,摸清邻近区域内的地下管线(管道、电缆)、地下构筑物等的分布情况。避开关键线路,不能避开应做疏导或引走。在开挖处有一棵通信电缆,开挖面内设计到一条通信电缆,已联系相关单位进行拆改(位于北丰产河北岸)。2、由项目总工程师组织向施工技术人员进行书面的一级技术、安全、环保交底。3、开工前,对设计单位移交的导线点、永久的水准点进行复测;按施工现场的实际情况加密导线点和水准点,并与相邻标段联测。4、根据坐标控制点和水准控制点进行控制桩和高程放样,确定临时建筑物位置,基坑开挖范围。二、材料准备1、原材料:钢筋、水泥、砂子、碎石等,由材料员和试验人员按规定的频次检验,确定原材料是否符合质量标准。2、混凝土配合比设计及试验:按混凝土设计强度要求做好试验室配合比、施工配合比,满足设计要求。3、模板:根据设计图纸在厂家定制墙的定型模板。4、钢筋:钢筋应有出厂质量保证书或试验报告单,并做机械性能试验。对桥涵所用钢筋应抽样做力学性能试验5、施工用电采用200kw柴油发电机,施工用水为洒水车运送。6、材料储存材料集中储存保管整个工地统一调配使用的物资。包括劳保库、工具配件库、电器库、小型机电设备库、零星施工材料库、办公室及值班室等。三、劳动力计划劳动力计划表序号工种数量(人)备注1钢筋工202混凝土工153司机64现场管理人员55散工156模板工207合计81注:当劳动力不足时聘用当地劳力补充;四、围堰搭设为达到施工场地干场作业需要须在丰产河搭设两道挡水围堰,根据现场情况拟采用无土桩模坝方案,坝长45.0米坝高4.0米。在外环河搭设一道挡水围堰,根据现场情况拟采用无土桩模坝方案,坝长31.5米坝高3.0米。外环河另一侧离泾河道桥较近,借用泾河道桥的围堰截流。1. 围堰维护备足必须的防汛抢险材料、设备及劳动力,围堰内侧备足土料。安排专人对场内围堰进行巡视值班和维护检查,通报水情。特别是高水位、暴雨等恶劣天气,安排负责人带班,及时发现隐患并予以消除。2、围堰拆除桩摸围堰拆除前先将围堰内清理干净,并拆除各段围堰间连接杆,使各段围堰之间全部分开,之后将砂袋一一捞出,将围堰内放满水后,将防水布全部拆除,使河中只剩下围堰支架及模板。用吊车将围堰吊上河岸进行拆除模板及支架的工作。施工时先拆下游围堰3、围堰拆除后河道清理围堰拆除后,残留在河道内泥土按照河道清淤标准进行清理,首先采用挖掘机进行清理,在挖掘机清理不能保证恢复河道原状下,剩余部分采用水力冲挖淤泥工作原理。水力冲挖的施工原理是模拟自然界水流冲刷原理,借水力作用来进行挖土、输土、填土,即水流经高压泵产生压力,通过水枪喷出一股密实的高速水柱,切割、粉碎土体,使之湿化、崩解,形成泥浆和泥块的混合,再由立式泥浆泵及其输泥管吸送。 五、施工导流本工程为外环河与丰产河交汇为不影响两河排水因此须搭设外环河、丰产河跨外环河导流工程。根据河道特性外环河导流拟采用PE双壁波纹管管径DN600、坡降1%全长105米,北丰产河跨外环河拟采用两根钢管沿河坡设计标高1.0M铺设,管径1000、坡降1%全长127米,经与相关单位确认,并且在非雨季施工,基本满足导流要求,导流管跨基坑部分悬空,在基坑边设钢板桩支撑以保证导流管的稳定。六、降排水措施排水拟投入6寸潜水泵4台套。上、下游围堰合龙时间尽量选择在低水位时,拟23天将积水排完。围堰内积水排除每天降低速率不超过0.5m。基坑开挖前选用轻型井点降水,井点降水系统应在土方开挖前两星期就绪,提前14天开始降水,并设置观测孔检查水位,当水位降至坑底0.5m-1m时开始挖土,时刻观察水位并确保水位保持在坑底0.5m-1m范围内。基坑土方开挖到位后,在基坑边缘外布置排水沟,排水沟断面尺寸40m*50m,在四周设置集水井,用5.5KW的潜水泵排除施工过程中的施工养护、场地冲洗和雨水等积水。在加工场、拌和站、料场和生活区四周和所有施工道路两边也要开挖排水沟,并且相连,并且向一方向留有一定坡度,在端头设置集水坑,采用潜水泵将其排至围堰外。七、原有建筑物拆除1、准备工作:(1)在拆除作业前,应检查建筑物内及临近各类管线情况,确认全部切割或移除后方可施工。(2)在施工场所设置相关的安全标志,应按照现行国家标准安全标志GB2894规定执行。划定危险区域,施工前应发出告示,通报施工注意事项,并采取可靠地安全防护措施。(3)主要施工方法及措施使用破碎挖掘机进行破拆,破拆顺序自东向西,(路面破碎渐变段破拆截止闸拆除虹吸管身拆除渣土外运)先破碎路面混凝土,在破碎两侧浆砌石,最后破碎截止闸混凝土,破碎作业时有专人进行监护。拆除后将破碎渣土用挖掘机装自卸汽车运至指定地点,为控制扬尘,做好淋水压尘工作,专门配备洒水车每天进行路面洒水,旧建筑物拆除时应持续喷水压尘,确保百分百湿作业,无扬尘。拆除渣土及时覆盖清运,运输车辆百分百冲洗。第五章 施工现场平面布置一、施工机械修配厂本标段施工机械修配厂设置在生产区内,主要承担投入本标段施工的设备、施工机械和汽车的检修、维修、保养,临时故障处理等施工机械修配厂占地面积200m2。厂内设有维修站、冲洗站、工具及配件库、办公及值班室等,厂内地面在清除表土后,回填素土并碾压夯实,地面四周设排水沟,场地做1%的泛水,坡向排水沟。二、综合加工厂本工程综合加工厂设置生产区内,占地面积300m2。综合加工厂内主要包括钢筋加工厂和木工加工厂。1、钢筋加工厂占地面积200m2,加工区内设原材料堆放场和钢筋加工车间。钢筋加工车间占地80m2。钢筋加工车间内设置钢筋弯曲机1台、钢筋切断机1台、无齿锯1台、滚轧直螺纹机床1台、电焊机2台。加工棚采用钢架结构,屋顶采用石棉瓦。另在加工厂内配备16t吊车1辆,用于材料及成品的装卸。2、木工加工厂主要承担特殊部位的木模板及其它木材加工,占地面积100m2,厂内设成品堆放区和木工棚,木工棚占地30m2(钢桁架、石棉瓦结构),木工加工厂内设置手动进料电锯1台、电刨1台。3、综合仓库综合仓库用于集中储存保管整个工地统一调配使用的物资。包括劳保库、工具配件库、电器库、小型机电设备库、零星施工材料库、办公室及值班室等。本工程综合仓库设置在生产区内,占地面积100m2,建筑面积80m2,仓库为活动板房结构。仓库地面用50mm土石屑硬化。4、搅拌站本工程混凝土采用商品混凝土,搅拌站用于现场零星混凝土及砂浆的拌和。搅拌站设置在生产区内,占地面积200m2,搅拌站内部搭设钢架结构搅拌棚30m2,棚内配备2台0.5m3搅拌机。另设水泥库50m2,砂、石材料堆放场地220m2。搅拌站场地清理完毕后,其地表用推土机碾压,硬化。四周设排水沟,场地做1%的泛水,坡向排水沟。现场平面布置图第六章 C15混凝土垫层-箱涵底板钢筋砼施工箱涵墙身及顶板钢筋砼施工-拆模及养护-混凝土防碳化-进出口闸室打松木桩-垫层施工进出口闸室底层混凝土施工进出口闸室墙体及顶板混凝土施工-回填-浆砌石护底、护坡-启闭机安装-围堰拆除-沥青混凝土路面恢复。一、施工测量根据复核后监理人批准的坐标点和水准点,用全站仪对建筑物边线进行测量定位。在放线时在建筑物四边各设一根控制桩,控制桩施放完毕后进行复核,复核后进行细部控制线及高程测设,待位置及高程经复核确定无误后,将测量资料报送监理人复核。二、土方开挖工程施工方案1、施工准备(1)技术准备挖方前检查图纸和地形测量资料是否齐全,核对平面尺寸和槽底标高,掌握设计内容及各项技术要求,了解工程结构形式、特点、工程量和质量要求。熟悉工程地质、水文地质资料,搞清地下构筑物,研究好开挖程序,明确各专业工序间的配合关系、施工工期要求。对有地下设施部位,开挖前挖设探坑,探明地下设施的位置,以防止开挖时受到损坏。(2)测量放线根据复核后监理人批准的坐标点和水准点,用全站仪对开挖边线进行测量定位。在放线时每10m设一棵控制桩,转点处另设桩,控制桩施放完毕后进行复核,待位置及高程经复核确定无误后,将测量资料报送监理人复核。然后用白灰施放出开挖边界线。基槽开挖完成后,用经纬仪、水准仪间隔50m测量开挖断面(测量槽底高程、槽底宽度、上口开挖线及边坡尺寸必须符合图纸尺寸要求),作为土方计量依据。(3)场地清理场地清理范围主要包括工程永久占地和临时工程施工用地等。开工前对开挖工程区域内的树根、杂草、垃圾、废渣及监理人指定其他障碍物进行清理。场地清理范围内,砍伐的成材或清理获得具有商业价值的材料按监理人指示,将其运到指定地点堆放。植被清理过程中,注意保护清理区域附近的天然植被,避免对环境保护造成不良影响。清理出的无价值可燃物,尽快将其焚毁,同时做好防火措施,避免造成火灾。对于无法烧尽或严重影响环境的清除物,运至监理人指定的地区进行掩埋,且不得妨碍自然排水或污染河川。场地清理过程中发现的文物古迹,采取有效措施加以保护,并立即报告当地文物行政部门。2、建筑物土方开挖(1)表土开挖表土按监理人指示的开挖深度开挖,并将开挖的有机土壤运至指定地区堆放。表土堆积体不宜过高,防止水土流失。表土开挖时采用118kw推土机将表土集中堆放,随后采用1.0m3挖掘机装土,8t自卸汽车运至指定地点单独堆放并作标识。表土开挖示意图(2)土方开挖本工程建筑物基槽开挖采用自上而下分层开挖的方式施工,深度大于5m的基槽分步开挖到位,深度小于5m的基槽一步开挖到位。施工中采用1m3挖掘机开挖,8t自卸汽车运土,人工配合修坡,为不扰动地基,基槽底部预留30cm的保护层,由人工修整到设计标高。施工过程中要避免扰动开挖线以外的土方,并且按设计图纸和测量点线控制开挖断面的坡比和高程,严禁出现超挖,并尽量避免欠挖。在土方开挖的过程中,在基底两侧挖设排水沟和集水井,同时作好边坡临时处理。基槽开挖时,设专人监视开挖边坡的稳定情况,如果边坡的土质松散程度比较严重,可采取土袋护坡和放大边坡坡度等措施提高边坡的稳定。并在雨期对已开挖形成边坡的部位覆盖土工膜,防止雨水冲刷,造成边坡垮塌。土方开挖时,为防止邻近已有建筑物或构筑物、道路、管线等发生下沉或变形。在施工中要对其及时进行沉降和位移观测。施工中如发现有文物或古墓等,立即报请监理人和当地有关部门,经处理后,方可继续施工;如发现有测量用的永久性标桩或地质、地震部门设置的长期观测点等,要加以保护。基槽开挖深度超过2m后,在基槽开口线以外1m处搭设安全防护栏杆,搭设材料采用钢管脚手架,上下两根横杆挂好密目安全网,夜间加设红色安全警示灯。建筑物基槽开挖出的符合填筑要求的土料,运至临时堆土区存放,堆放高度不大于4m,施工过程中在临时堆土区内配置推土机及挖掘机进行土料归整作业,用以充分利用场地。土方堆放完毕后对堆土表面压实以防雨水冲刷造成流失,并在堆土区边界挖设排水沟,防止污染环境。临时堆土区设专人看护,将不同的土料分别做标识,以便回填时使用,并进行适当的苫盖,防止刮风扬尘。建筑物基槽开挖出的废弃土方运至监理人指定的地点堆放,并加以保护、处理。建筑物基槽开挖完毕后由项目技术负责人组织质检人员进行验收,基槽几何尺寸必须符合设计要求。经验槽合格后才可进行下道工序。土方开挖示意图(3)开挖过程中注意事项开挖时注意保护测量控制定位桩、轴线桩、水准基桩,防止被挖土和运输设备碰撞损坏。在土方运输中,运土车辆苫盖严密,现场设置洒水车降低扬尘。若出现施工道路不能满足运输要求时,采用山皮土、碎石进行垫路处理。施工期间,定期对边坡的稳定进行安全监测,对有可能失稳的地段停止施工,及时报告监理人并采取措施保证边坡的稳定。多台挖掘机在同一作业面作业时挖掘机间距大于10m,多台挖掘机械在不同台阶同时开挖时,上下台阶挖掘机前后相距30m以上。机械施工区域禁止无关人员进入场地内,机械工作回转半径范围内不得站人或进行其他作业。机械行使听从现场指挥,所有进出车辆严格按照规定的路线行驶。3、土方工程质量保证措施(1)土方工程施工时,选派有经验的工程技术人员在现场填筑中进行监督、指导施工人员按操作规程和方案进行各步骤作业。(2)开挖过程中视土质和地下水情况做好边坡坡度和集水井的布置,测量人员经常校核开挖位置、高程、桩号、水准点和边坡坡度是否符合图纸要求。随开挖随测量,施工人员严格按施工方案进行开挖,严禁超挖和欠挖。(3)人工清底至设计高程以防基底土层被扰动,并且保证基槽无积水。发现软
