概述一、搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井概述本工程顶管施工用井(工作井、接收井)结构形式采用钢筋混凝土搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井、沉井,其中W8、W9与W12井结构形式采用的是沉井,其余12个井一律采用圆形搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井形式(5个工作井W4、W17、W21、W26、W31,7个接收井W1、W6、W15、W19、W19-1、W24、W28、)。根据本工程实际情况,共设置7个工作井和8个接收井。工作井、接收井有矩形沉井和圆形搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井两种。井壁处预留出管道出入口,工作井D2000管穿过预留直径2600mm的孔,D1000管预留直径1400mm孔,接收井D2000管穿过预留直径2800mm的孔,D1000管预留直径1600mm孔,预留孔在顶管机进出洞前用M10砖、MU10砂浆砌筑封堵,预留孔且要砌筑实,以防井室进水和能更好地承受顶力。搅拌桩采用500搭接100mm,每井采用两排支护,搅拌桩采用32.5R普通硅酸盐水泥作固化剂,水泥用量每米为50kg,水灰比0.5。逆拱墙、后靠墙墙体混凝土及底板均采用C25商品混凝土,垫层100mm厚采用C15混凝土,钢筋均采用HRB335,fy=300KN/mm2,保护层厚30mm。基坑的开挖深度见下表。表1-1 基坑开挖深度统计表工作井号开挖直径(m)开挖深度(m)接收井号开挖直径(m)开挖深度(m)W4811.86W16.311.88W17811.08W66.312.25W21810.28W156.311.09W2689.68W196.310.63W3187.36W19-16.39.33W246.39.66W286.39.45二、施工工艺概述1、根据设计要求,搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构形式的工作井与接收井均采用圆形制作,沿井的外围首先打两排搅拌桩,后开挖由搅拌桩支护形成的井里土体,分层挖深为1m,然后在井的四周绑扎钢筋,立模板,浇筑混凝土,而后接着挖土、绑扎钢筋、立模板、浇筑混凝土制作第二节拱墙,如此反复做第三、四节拱墙,直到设计井底。挖土采用履带吊抓铲取土与人工辅助挖土法施工。搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井封底后,浇筑底板,进行顶管施工。由于搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井施工时低于地面,时按设计施工图,拱墙顶应高出地面200mm,防止地面水流入井体内,影响顶管施工作业。2、搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井现场布置搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井四周设施工道路,宽度为48m。为保证施工机械设备及文明施工的要求,施工便道铺筑厚0.3-1m(根据每个井现场实际情况铺填)的块石、砂。沿井的边侧搭设钢筋、模板拼装场地及堆场等,在工作井外设置泥浆沉淀池,由于弃土量较大,泥浆沉淀后,弃土应及时外运。3、主要工程量表1-2 劳动力投入计划柱状图二、劳动力投入保证措施根据劳动力计划,本工程搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井在施工高峰期总施工人员人数达到67人,劳动力需求量不小,因此,必须做好一切准备保证劳动力能及时到位,确保施工工期。1、根据目前我司现有施工力量的情况,现与各专业施工队伍联系好,如搅拌桩施工队、土石方施工队伍等,并签订初步协议,保证可以立即入场,马上开工。2、施工开始期间正值秋冬季节,已作好后勤饮食、保温工作,保证劳动力的充沛体力,防止感冒、肠胃不良等疾病的发生,提高工人的营养水平,保证其承担体力活的基本要求。3、由各工区的工长根据各工区开展的工作面计算劳动力的准确需要量,制订详细的劳动力需求表,提交项目经理部进行劳动力的统一调配,既防止劳动力不足引起施工停顿,也防止劳动力过多引起劳动力的浪费。4、加强技术工人的培训工作以及其他劳动力的熟练程度,确保劳动效率。5、项目部工会组织随时掌握施工队伍劳动力的动向,医疗室配备足够的医药,及时对发生疾病的工人进行治疗或转院治疗,尤其针对冬季容易发生的流感、非典事件对工人宿舍区进行定期消毒处理,改善工人住宿条件,确保不发生传染性的疾病而导致劳动力的严重缺失。1.5 材料投入保证措施由于本标段工程的材料投入量巨大,必须投入大量人力进行材料的管理,主要采用如下措施:1、为了确保在施工过程中主要材料供应及时,在施工之前就与主要材料的供应商进行联系,签订供货意向,确保在施工过程中主要材料都有充分供应的保证。2、施工前,由材料部门会同技术部分进行主要材料的统计工作,并按照施工进度计划的安排确定各期的材料用量,以备材料部进行材料的计划。3、材料部配备专门人员进行材料计划、材料进场登记、材料分配、材料储存、材料台帐等各项工程的实施。4、在施工时,则组织富有经验的材料管理人员对各种材料的采购、储存、发放及现场的堆放管理,以使材料供应保障工作得以有条不紊的进行。5、另外,施工中应注意材料的浪费情况,对有用的余料必须加以充分利用,以降低材料成本。1.8资金投入保证措施1、科学编制资源资金使用计划,见图8-1,合理确定工程造价的总目标值和各阶段目标值,使资金使用计划做到有据可依,同时也为资金的调配和协调打下基础。2、正确对施工项目的资金使用和进度控制作出预测,消除不必要的资金浪费。3、避免在施工过程中由于缺乏依据而进行轻率判断所造成资金的损失,减少盲目性,增加自觉性,使现有资金充分发挥作用。4、对脱离实际的工程造价目标值和资金使用计划,需在科学评估的前提下,允许修订和修改,最大限度地节约投资、提高投资效益。图8-1 资金投入计划柱状图5、按项目的不同和项目划分资金的使用,进而做到合理分配,主次分明,尽可能减少资金占用和利息支付。6、定期对资金的投资和使用进行偏差分析,及时纠正,使资金使用计划在较大范围内具有一定的指导作用。7、适当运用表格法进行偏差分析,同时可以运用计算机进行辅助管理,提交投资控制的工作效率。8、充分运用组织、经济、技术、合同四个方面的措施纠正偏差,使资金的运用达到预定良好的效果,并进一步取得造价控制的主动权。9、从主动控制角度出发,加强日常的合同管理,落实合同规定的责任,尽量避免索赔事件的发生,造成资金使用效率降低。1.9 搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井测量放线搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井施工前,根据设计图纸坐标及甲方提供的基准点测量定位,同时在搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井周围,且在施工影响范围之外布置坐标控制点和临时水准点,建立的控制点精度为1mm。并填写测量复核单,由甲方和监理认可,施工过程中控制点要加以保护,并定期检查和复测。在搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井四周设置龙门桩,并用石灰粉划出。井中心轴线、基坑轮廓线,搅拌桩位置线,作为打搅拌桩搅拌桩、制作逆拱墙定位的依据。1、导线测量导线根据总平面图布设,所选点位最好选择净空地带,并要考虑便于使用、安全和长期保存。2、角度测设角度观测采用全圆测回法进行,测回数及测量限差与方格网角度观测要求相同。3、高程测量本工程高程测量控制网采用三、四等水准测量方法建立。水准网的绝对高程从业主提供的高级水准点引测并联系于网中一点,作为推算高程的依据。4、标桩埋设导线控制点和高程控制点均远离搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井区域范围以外,保持350m以外的安全距离,桩要深埋,并设置保护装置,定期检查和校核。5、搅拌桩定位点放样每个搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井搅拌桩定位以本工程管线检查井中心为控制点,以井的半径来定出搅拌桩位来。搅拌桩则以井周长均分八个区,分区两排桩同时打,以免漏打。1.10水泥搅拌桩施工本工程搅拌桩与逆拱墙支护结构井外围支护采用水泥搅拌桩(喷浆式)作为支护桩,(位置见工作井、接收井施工图)桩径为500mm,施工采用四搅两喷法,要求搅拌轴提升速度为0.6m/min,搅拌轴垂直度达到99,桩平面偏差不大于50mm。水灰比为0.5。搅拌桩用32.5R普通硅酸盐水泥作固化剂,每米水泥用量50Kg,均匀搅拌,停灰面为地面。搅拌桩要严格控制喷浆时间和停灰时间,不得中断喷浆,保证桩长,严禁在尚未喷浆的情况下进行钻探提升工作。一、施工工艺流程:搅拌机就位压送水泥浆配制水泥浆压送水泥浆搅拌提升清洗移机搅拌下沉搅拌下沉搅拌提升图12-1 水泥搅拌桩施工工艺流程图二、主要施工方法施工中要求每条桩须经过两次搅拌下钻至桩底设计标高处、四次对持力层进行搅拌,两次搅拌提升时进行压浆,每个井位以井周为线均分八个区,分区两排桩同时打,以免漏打、错打。1、预搅下沉清除障碍物并平整场地后,进行定位放线,经监理复核后,将钻机移到指定桩位,调整钻机底座水平,使钻杆和地面垂直,启动深层搅拌机电机,待搅拌头转速正常后放松起吊钢丝绳开始下钻,使搅拌机沿导向架边搅拌边下沉,下沉速度由电气控制装置的电液压监测表控制,工作电流不应大于额定值。下钻时,应根据不同的地层调整不同的下钻速度和钻进参数,桩底深度进入持力层0.5m以上。2、浆液配制深层搅拌机预搅下沉同时,后台拌制固化剂浆液,按照设计水泥浆的配合比备料,严格控制水灰比,预先配制好混合浆,压浆前将浆液倒入集料斗中。要求制配的水泥浆及时用完,禁止使用不合格浆液,同时送浆过程中在集料斗中仍要不断地搅拌。3、压浆搅拌提升深层搅拌机下沉到达设计深度后停止下钻,开启灰浆泵,开启压浆设备将制配好的水泥浆液从钻头底端喷咀喷出,待浆液到达喷浆口,再按设计确定的提升速度边喷浆边提升深层搅拌机,使浆液和土体充分拌和直至设计顶标高。桩内水泥浆与土形成具有一定强度的搅拌土桩体,从而改善了土体的结构特性,达到支护、止水效果。根据搅拌桩不少于50Kg水泥掺入量的要求,通过压浆流量确定搅拌提升速度,搅拌提升速度0.6m/min。4、重复搅拌为提高水泥浆液与土体的混合效果,深层搅拌机喷浆提升至设计顶面标高时,为使软土和浆液搅拌均匀,重复下沉、至设计要求深度后,再将深层搅拌机边喷浆边提升出地面。这时集料斗中的浆液应正好排空,要求采用4档速度下沉、2档的速度提升。5、清洗系统成桩完毕,用清水清洗灰浆泵和输浆系统,同时清洗钻头上粘附的软土,检查钻头,如果磨损严重应及时更换。三、搅拌桩施工技术措施1、技术参数使用32.5R普通硅酸盐水泥作为固化剂,每米水泥用量不少于50Kg,水灰比为0.5;搅拌桩的垂直度偏差不得超过1%;桩位偏差不得50mm。2、施工注意事项 桩机就位由专人操作,专人负责电缆管线,专人校正钻头对位,钻头就位采用目测(横竖向观测)。测量放线,定出每一个桩位、桩号,每个井位均分八个区打,以免出现偏位和遗漏。 钻进前先打开浆泵送清水,检查各种管路及钻头喷口通畅才可钻进。压浆过程中不允许出现断浆现象,输浆管不能堵塞。 钻进至桩底喷浆应不少于30秒,使浆液能完全到达桩端。 整个制桩过程就保障边喷浆,边搅拌,边提升的连续作业,注意观察有关仪表和管道的脉动情况,以判断管道是否通畅,喷浆是否正常。 每次成桩前必须检验桩机的平整度和导向垂直度,搅拌桩的垂直度偏差不得超过1%,桩位偏差不得大于50mm。
